This was Angus's first stay, he's a 'senior' and I was concerned I wouldn't find anywhere that would take him. Thank goodness for Sydney's!!! They welcomed him with open arms and I know he loved his time there as he slept like a rock when I got him home. We were able to spend a weekend away without worrying about him...💚

I take my dog, Banzai, here when I want to have a date night with my partner! My dog has super bad separation anxiety so we can't leave him at home and after a year of never being able to go out we decided to take him to Sydneys. The people working there are sweethearts and always talk about how they love my dog when I come pick him up! Afterwords, he is so tuckered out. It seems like he has so much fun every time we go, and I loved getting photos and a report card after his first visit. I just wish they did that more! Its so fun!

My babies absolutely love this place. Lizzy and Dexter can not wait to go to daycare again. If they could talk I'm sure they would ask to go daily.I also board my babies here as well and have had no issues. They take great care of them and for that my vacations are more relaxing.

A great place! They have a vast amount of options for your fur babies and their staff make sure to take good care of the animals as well. I’m always satisfied after taking my pup. He did get kennel cough after attending daycare, but I have no doubt they could control that. I’m just grateful for a place where I don’t have to constantly worry about my dog.

Dog had shampoo still on her every time we picked up as well as is always still super wet when we pick her up. Something is off about this place, as my dog is always “too nervous to do extra services” there (nail trimming, ear cleaning, etc.), but does perfectly fine at other places.

Where do I begin. This staff goes above and beyond what is expected. They have great communication and love your pets as if they are your own. Lacey and Ashli are amazing managers. We will always bring our pets to stay here. I wouldn't recommend you take your pets anywhere else. We can't thank them enough for everything they have done for our fur babies.

Apollo loves to go to daycare. He gets so excited when he knows he is getting to see his friends! I'm so glad he is happy and comes home worn out from a day of play! I am so relieved Sydney's takes such good care of him. Thank you!

I only have wonderful things to say about my groomer Katie at Sydney’s Pet Resort in Wichita. She always keeps me informed about my dogs grooming session. She is kind to my dog and always gives my dog an exceptional groom. My dog is 120 pounds and sheds a ton of fur. Not the easiest groom, but Katie does an excellent job. My dog is always excited for her groom. That says a lot right there. Would recommend her highly.

I was sent to work in Kansas and have a 12 year old Chocolate Lab named Bandit, I was at a loss of where to send him for day care but found Sydney's Pet Resort and Spa. I am very protective of my dog but after his first day the staff made me feel very comfortable and kept me posted with updates. As old age happens he did get sick at home and when I notified Sydney's they went above and beyond to care for him and keep him under watch while I still had to go to work. They're hours are perfect for the full time working adult and Facilities are very modern and clean. I would recommend them every time. This place is truly a gem.

Great place. I took my large breed puppy in for some boarding and training while I was out of town for work. Delsie did a wonderful job. He improved so much after just working with him for 5 days. I would definitely recommend taking your pet to Sydney’s.

Definitely one of the nicest dog boarding facilities we've been to. Very clean, so cute with all the "high end" dog named shop decor. They treated our dog so well, if we are ever in Wichita again, we'd bring our pup here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not leave your pets here during your vacation. Find somewhere else.My 5 year old healthy and active Golden Retriever/German Shepherd died not even 24 hours of picking her up after a week long trip we were on.Per the Necropsy our vet performed. She had developed a bladder infection which had quickly spread to her heart and killed her only 20 hours after picking her back up. Were they not letting her out enough to pee? Who knows but she was perfectly healthy and her hyper active normal self when we dropped her off. This happened in October of ‘22 so I’ve sat with it now long enough. This is the kindest review I can give this place. Please do not leave your dogs here.

Delsie did an excellent job at training my dog Blue! I used to struggle to take him outside without being worried he was gonna pull me down. Now he walks like a gentleman on his leash. I’d highly recommend using her if you need your dog trained!

We needed to get our dog in last minute due for daycare due to unforeseen circumstances. I was able to speak with assistant manager, Ashley, who got us in even due to late requests. We have used Sydney’s for awhile now and have experienced nothing but great things with their daycare and grooming services.

Taylor is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I only trust her with my baby, who is actuallyan old lad, as she has issues with her back legs. I know that Taylor truly cares about every pet she encounters (but loves my Pocket a little extra 🤣)

We've been taking our dog to Sydney's regularly since he was a puppy. The staff is always very really friendly, and more importantly, they always take great care of our dog! Today they went above and beyond, so I wanted to leave a quick review. We have asked several times over the last few weeks for them to take care of a couple grooming services, but for whatever reason the services kept not getting done. We shared our frustration, and today when we dropped off they said "today is on us". I think that's great customer service and just another reason we will always keep coming back to Sydney's.

Sydney's Pet Resort is definitely the best place for your pets when you are not home. I take my puppy for daycare 3 times a week and he comes back home extremely happy! I'm sure he has a lot of fun playing with other dogs and I can see how the staff take great care of the dogs, they are very polite and I love how they greet all dogs when they arrive. It feels like they love each and everyone of them. I've also taken him and my cat for boarding. I'm very happy with Sydney's.. Prices are reasonable.

If you take your dog here please be aware my boyfriend and brother are working behind the "pet resort" and they have watched employees hit dogs and scream at them all day. Their boss even got into it with an employee when he saw an employee struck one of the dogs. I feel like if you work with dogs you should probably be okay with dogs barking at construction workers behind the "resort".

Our puppy loves people but can be slow to warm up. Sydney's was great - they tuckered her out and got her socialized with some other dogs during daycare. Plus, there's no reservation - simply drop off your pet for however long you need and pay as you go. That's super helpful when my husband and I weren't able to keep flexible schedules.

Our pup loves this place! We have a mini daschund and had trouble finding other dogs that would tolerate her puppy energy and would be gentle enough with her so we gave puppy Tuesdays a shot. Best decision ever! She made 2 friends immediately and is exhausted by the end of the day. We ultimately decided to buy the stamp book promo they were doing so we can continue to take her after she hits the 9 mo. mark!

Delsie was a great trainer for my puppy Kuma! She helped her learn to loose leash walk and to even kennel up in her crate! Because of Delsie, Kuma is now crate trained.Sydney’s Pet Resort has been an amazing day care and training facility!

Left my puppies at Sydney's for 6 days. A Husky and a golden retriever so they are a handful to say the least. I had such a great experience! I probably called several times prior to leaving my pups to confirm info, requirements etc. they always answered my questions with a great attitude. There are additional services you can purchase but they are upfront on prices. Prices are comparable but I can say for me it was worth it my pups were healthy and happy upon pickup. Sydneys will continue to have my business and I will recommend to friends and family

Ella the Cavalier puppy loves Sydney's! The staff is incredible and have been so helpful. Ella comes home smiling, tail wagging and oh-so-happy. I could not be more impressed with the staff. They are so personal, caring, and I know they genuinely care about Ella's well-being. They have been great with requests & I completely trust them with my little sweet pup. Can't imagine taking my girl anywhere else!

Sydney's is like my dogs home away from home. She started going to day care and boarding at this facility when I was in the middle of a house renovation. The staff is excellent and my dog absolutely LOVES going. Recently my dog boarded for eleven days. She is a white English bulldog with deep folds and horrible skin allergies. I showed up to drop her off with 9 different ointments, medications, wipes, and eye drops. Each of the instructions were different as to location and amounts needed. When I left her, her folds were pretty gross from a recent allergic reaction. However, when I picked her up, she looked the best I've ever seen her. The folds on her face were not only dry but white!! Her tail was completely clean and she had no redness on her belly. I recommend this group of professionals to any bulldog owner. They love my dog as one of their own!
