Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars or trust me I would. What a disaster. I got my 2 LG dogs out an headed in, 1st thought was oh OK this is cool...........😵 lord not cool. 1st my very LG boy got up in the tub I started the water (that was a task) the WATER WAS ICE COLD MY POOR BOY ,IT WAS ALSO COLD OUTSIDE SO I'M NOT HAPPY... *wouldn't take my card OR give back my cash* we was stuck with cold water** oh BTW They are way OVER PRICED. The blow dryer attached to the tub I was at was blowing ice cold air, my boy has loads of hair this will never do. Next my girl got up on the vacuum table in hopes to suck off extra water an hair. It's say very high suction and that couldn't have been further from the truth needless to say she flipped off the table an landed on her face with a bloody mouth an nose , Only one side of the table was locked in place. It cost me well over 60.00$ for cold wet,stinky ,miserable time at the do it yourself dog wash. So many things need to get in place tob have a safe an profitable business and that isn't it. I'm waiting on my refund I'll reevaluate then.

I've not been to one before, but it was very clean water was cool, not warm at all. Wasn't sure if there's a difference between rince, flea and tick, and conditioner because the color nor flow changed and I put it on my card and have zero idea how much it cost because it doesn't say anywhere. But I'm hoping it's not too terribly much.

This place needs to invest in a hot water heater. I’ve been there 4 times, including in the winter, and the water was ice cold. If the water is going to be cold, then you need to put that on a sign for customers so that they can consent to pay for that cold product. Customers don’t find out it’s cold until after they run their credit card and turn on the wash. No refund. I felt misused .

Awful first visit the concept is a good idea. The change machine took my $20 there was No hot water, No soap, No conditioner, No products in the vending machine plus the vacuum was brokenI spent $35 my groomer charges $45So I definitely won't be returning unless they do some mager improvements

Tubs were filled with hair but overall was great water was warm kids enjoyed it. All kids even fur baby got a snack when finished.

Pretty cool place! Tubs are big enough for bigger dogs which is a plus! Decent water pressure, but wish it was warmer like the sign advertised. But it wasn’t too cold. The soaps are mixed in with the water which is pretty cool. Definitely will be bringing my dog back. For the price, it definitely beats bending over a bath tub and clogging our own drain with dog hair!

We love this place! I gave it a 4 star because as much as we loved it they needed to have signs for how payment works. We had no idea how much the wash was. I used my card on one dog and cash on another.For the first wash I used the card. We brought our own shampoo so basically only used the rinse and dry option. Im guessing it was around 10 mins for the wash we hit end and it said $10 was charged.Second wash I put in a $5 bill gave me 5mins plenty of time.We will definitely got back! I just highly suggest owners to put price menus up!

It is convenient and nice when your dogs decide to go swimming. The water was warm. They need a pause for when you have a dog with a lot of fur

I’ve been taking my dog here ever since the place first opened and never had an issue, but after the last couple of times I’ve gone I might not come back for a while.I brought my dog in a few nights ago and the water was freezing, which was making my dog whine. So I cleaned up our station and moved to a different one, but the water was cold there too and the pressure was way too weak. This has been a recurring issue.I do like the variety of options they have, which is a reason I’ve gone out of the way to come to this specific location. (i.e, deodorant, shampoo + conditioner, etc)Not the fault of the owners, but a lot of people don’t like cleaning up their dogs hair - one station was legit COVERED in fluff and another one was dirty too. It’s not that hard to pick up the hair people…

Equipment was operational and easy to use. The $8 price is very reasonable and could easily increase at other full service dog wash locations. It also gives you the opportunity to physically check your pooch for lumps or tics. We spent about 30 minutes washing our grandson🙂. Make sure you bring a drying towel.

Took my Akita tonight for a bath, as always, the place was very clean. The slight wet dog smell is expected, it's a dog wash, duh! Water Temps were great and everything worked just like it should for us. I have used this business for years, and before I was here, I was at the location at Douglas and Hillside. I hope this dog wash never closes.

Good place to wash your pup. Big basins and ramps to get your dog in. I would have preferred a basin down on the floor. The soap wasn’t dispensing enough so I will take my own next time. Also, I will take towels and treats since the change machine was out of service. Water was cold.

This place is so cool! They have everything you need- soap, warm water. deodorizer and even treats for when you're done. The water didnt stay warm for very long but it also didnt get cold. And the blow dryer was pretty cold but it still worked great! My 95 pound golden retriever even fit just fine in their tubs.

I was hoping that perhaps they had improved, but they haven't. The first station I tried wouldn't take my card. The station I found that would, had no hot water, none of the shampoo, conditioner or deodorant options and the water barely ran at all. While clean inside I just felt like it was a waste of money.

I used one of the wash areas and all I got was warm water. No shampoo...nothing. So I moved to another one and it worked great. Would like a refund on the $8 I spent for nothing but when I called the numbers on the machine, it was advertisements for the hwlp button when you've fallen and can't get up. Ugh! I really like the place but don't like spending money for something that didn't work.

Nice little self service dog wash if everything was serviced. The bad was the pet treat vending machine was out of treats and there's no way to say so unless you put your money into it and lose it. Plus the dollar bill change machine was out of change. Then the soap during the wash barely suds up so maybe that needs a little attention also.

Had warm water, shampoo and conditioner is fed through the hose when you select for it. Only cost $16 to wash and dry our dog who has a lot of hair. Would recommend and will be coming back.

Glad there is a place you can take your dog to do a self wash. Coin machine like a car wash with lots of options. The water was just barely warm which was fine. I like the flea and tick wash option. Cost $5 for 7 min of use, it is not enough time to do a good job on a medium size dog with medium length hair. End up spending $12 and my dog is still wet. Spent $0.75 on the vacuum dryer and it would NOT turn on, it said $0.50 for 4 minutes. Next time I’ll go back to Petco where they charge $12 for self wash where I’m not timed, I can make sure my dog is clean and dry before leaving.

We went to the dog wash many times before without any issues! This time was a differnt story. 2 machine would not take the money 1 machine was not even working at all. Tried to ise the credit card machine would never find a connection. Had to go to the quick trip to get change so then the machine would take smaller bills. Called the person who phone number got the run around with no result to fix the problem finally just hung up. Please get your place fixed

Very disappointed. I’d love to know who owns this, and ask them what the heck are they thinking! For one this place looks so scary! I am a mom of two and bathing the dogs are part of “chores” I would never go here alone with my children! Second, $8 for 5min start would be reasonable IF the water pressure was enough to wash a dog!! We have two golden retrievers. I

It was an experience I enjoyed it was easier then bending down and washing our dogs but make sure you put the hose off the hook before you put the money in or your you will be soaked. I definitely love it.

Never got warm water! Lots if hair filling 1 unit, 2 out of order and the only one left had no warm water. Dryer blew cold too. Place smelled of feces and, of course, wet dog. No conditioner on condition cycle either. Will never return. Nothing here was impressive.

It's clean, the water is warm, and the price is reasonable. The elevated washing stations have shampoo, deodorizer and conditioner. Plus there is a dryer setting and a grooming area. They even have vending machines with dog treats and drying towels and plastic aprons, etc.

Great place to wash your dogs longer short-haired big small when everything works correctly you have to watch the shampoo and stuff comes out water pressure could be just a little higher or even adjustable to some extent but other than that great place

Since I like to wash my puppers twice, and let her sit between washes with soap, it cost me $16 plus I brought my own shampoo because theirs sucks. So, it was a total rip-off, because I can drive an extra 6 miles, and go to Pet Supplies Plus, and spend $5, have unlimited time, better facilities, and a couple of different shampoos to choose from. I don't think I'll be back.

We thought we’d give this place a try, really disappointed, as the water would get warm for like 2 seconds and then get ice cold when you’d go to change the setting. And the dryer was just as cold. You would think in the colder weather the building would be semi warm but it was pretty chilly in there too.

Only the shampoo setting seemed to work...and the mixture was really weak. I feel like I just spent $10 to spray my dog with a hose and dry her off. Nothing but wet dog smell.

The water was ice cold never got warm at all. My poor dog with shaking. Tried to call all the numbers at the place to complain and got nowhere. The # on the door is not valid and the number on the machine never went anywhere just kept saying get a free $100 gift card for 1.95. Very disappointed!

It can get a little crazy if all the bays are full of dogs. It's nice to bathe your dog in a big tub up off the ground. The sprayer has a selector like a car wash - soap, rinse, conditioner, etc. There's also a blow dryer.
