Clean, organized, and reasonable prices. Sam’s Club is not what it used to be and not just because the sample stations are no longer a thing. There’s nowhere to get a beverage unless you have a quarter, then you can buy a water from the machine. The self checkout didn’t accept cash or Visa credit card (I think it was broke that day). I’m not bothered much by any of this. My real beef, however, is the membership club deals. I’m a long time Costco member and a former & current Sam’s Club member. I cannot believe the difference between the two. Don’t get me wrong, the quality of both club’s products is great, but Sam’s is not “member” priced. It’s nuts! Maybe the lack of snack samples just removed some of the appeal. Not really sure, but I wasn’t impressed.

Twice I have a had to call the corporate office in Arkansas to get a refund. Mostly recently I picked up an order and the melons were rotting. First of all, the person that pulls the orders needs to be trained better. It wax visible! Second, the staff that answers the phone said I would have to come in to get a refund. I live 20 miles from there and only did the order because I was in my way out of town going 40 miles west of there. Asked to talk to the manager, Drbra, and she couldn’t find me or the order in the system. Said I needed to return to the store. Shopping inside is fine, otherwise, not good service!!

They upgraded added new stuff and still in the works on upgrading so bare with them but still kids had a blast with renovations going!. Always a fun atmosphere for the kids and family

This is my favorite Sam’s Club location in Wichita. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, when the store is busy it’s still easy to maneuver and buy your items. I highly recommend this Sam’s location.

This store is clean and neatly organized. There is a combo of LED and sky lights that make it one of the brightest Sam’s I’ve seen. Very well laid out and labeled, so easy to find what I was looking for quickly.

Sams is sams. Spend to much on food you really don't need. Buy from the cafe and get pizza and a brownie ice cream for 4 bucks. Taste good and leave way to full. Limited time birthday cake ice cream

This Sams is my favorite to go to in all of Wichita. It’s always extremely clean, the staff is always super friendly, and they are never too busy. They have lots of samples too, and lots of good options of food. Their prices are great too and they have great produce!

Sam’s was fantastic found more items than I knew I needed. The cashier was so fast and personal. Nice Lady! I was on my way to my car and twisted my ankle on a pothole. Nothing broken just scratches. On the positive side I was helped to get up by the gentleman that gathers and returns carts back to the store.

This was my first visit to this Sam's Club. Very clean and lots of staff around to get help finding things. One employee even made sure I found the isle I was wanting to go down for coffee. The old saying "The West side is the best side" is starting to prove true.

I have had good reviews and experience at this place but the last two months I have buyed the rotisserie chicken and is always raw, the chicken seasoning is good but once you get to the inside is pink and some blood sometimes.

Rude employees. The store is clean and well stocked - this is my favorite location in regards to that. However, I went to make a return today and the employee was leaning on the counter playing on her phone. I asked her if this is where I made a return at and she said "ya". After she was done I said thank you and her response was "mhmm".This isnt the first time i have dealt with rude and unfriendly enployees at this location.

Great price for gas. The scan & go app makes shopping the club a breeze! The same app makes gas purchases a breeze. The smaller of the 3 in the area, but still a good selector products.

Had to hunt down a worker for help, after we got them to help us they walked away before finishing because they assumed someone else would finish helping us after they already started helping us. The manager was oblivious to the entire situation even though they were standing less than 10 feet away from us and watched us ask for help multiple times.

I have been a Costco member and am now a Sam’s member. It feels like Sam’s is a more useful club for my family but it will differ from family to family. I like how they have more on brand everyday items that I use, compared to Costco. I do wish they had better gluten free options but I know it’s a specialty thing (I have Celiac disease, it’s not my choice).

Also, as I've been working in the retail business for several years, they have a very efficient and fun setup for their stores. It's an enjoyable place for kids and adults alike to explore!

Solid and well stocked sams club. Pretty well organized. Express app check out is great.Aug 2022 update- consistent variety and product rotation. Continue to recommend express check out with the app. The self checkout and cashier lanes usually busy and slower.
