Never knew Roth offered hvac duct power vac cleaning! So glad I had my duct work cleaned by Roth this time around (I have this service performed every 5 years living in Kansas). My technicians, Rick and Alex, were excellent! I was appalled at the amount of “stuff” that was cleaned out of my ducts (yellow comb-not mine! an old rusty pipe, old rusty nails/screws/door hinge, lots of dust bunnies). The “other” 2 companies I hired before definitely did NOT do the job I paid them to do, disappointing. Very little dust in my home after the job; that’s a first for me! Roth is affordable for this in-depth service, too (very comparable to other companies cost 💲 wise). Rick and Alex take pride in their work, and it shows in more ways than one. I wanted to give a huge praise to Tim the service tech who came to our home today. We have a service plan to get our unit cleaned in the spring and fall. Last spring we had a tech out who just ignored our error code in our unit. We have a $25k heat pump unit that we like to maintain to help prevent costly repairs. When Tim came out for our cleaning he noticed the code and our coils were frozen over. I let him know what has happened last year and that we just been clearing the code as the last tech suggested. Tim said oh no that’s not going to work. Even though he was only supposed to be here for an hour to do a cleaning he went above and beyond. He took the unit apart inside and out to troubleshoot it. He even called another tech Jim who’s been doing this for 40 years to confirm his diagnosis. We live in the country yet he ran back into to town to pick up the part and put everything back together in a timely manner. What only took a few hours and a couple hundred dollars just saved us thousands in future repairs. We are so thankful for Tim and also Jim for taking care of us. Needed new system..bought Rheem furnace and AC..well pleased will complete job..finished in one day and knowledgeable..very professional..always checking before tearing out old units...cleaned up nicely. The tech for our fall tuneup determined we had a CO emissions problem. Original installer hadn’t followed through on warranty registration so we were screwed for having to pay for a replacement furnace. Thankfully, Roth did a superb job with the installation and warranty registration of the new equipment.

We had to have a complete system replacement. Joe in the office was very pleasant and very understanding to work with.The 3 techs that came out and absolutely worked their “butts” off I can not speak enough about, these guys, completely professional, not an easy install, in a very small space.They knocked out a one day install that easily should have been done in two. Can not speak enough about these guys.Good company, fantastic techs, fair price.

Sorry to ruin your high rating, it was really awful to have a service personnel come and checked the stickers on the unit and to tell you that diagnostic for the unit is also $$$. The company charge $104 for a trip fee when that can be done over the phone, in Hawaiian term this is "Lose money that kine." We'll be looking for someone else.

I’ve been a blue ribbon customer since 2018. I had them install a programmable thermostat and a year later it was wonky, they warrantied! I had them install a humidifier on my furnace the following year. Their service is top notch, from techs to customer reps. Spring and fall I have them come out (I have a heat pump). 2023 was Jeremy- he explained everything he did and what needed repaired. Thanks!

We have been loyal customers for 19 years and it is incredibly sad that loyalty means nothing. The sales guy that was out today to discuss a new unit was unprofessional and now I am seeking other estimates when we thought we would never leave. Not only were we not shown any options, but the estimate we were given from a company we have been with for 19 years, had their maintenance plan for 19 years, gave us a quote $4500.00 higher than all the others we have received. I asked him about Hanna Heating and Cooling giving my neighbor across the street a 10% discount on her new unit because she had been with Hanna for 15 years. He said, oh, you want 10%, we can do that and was STILL $4500.00 higher. I am sorry, but that is a DI☆K move to not offer current customers a discount and they have to ask!!!! You suck as a salesman!!!!

Our air conditioner quit working and the weather got extremely hot. Roth sent out someone to diagnose the problem. The next morning they sent someone to give us a bid to fix it. They sent technicians out the same day and the problem was fixed the same day. Literal life savers!

I have probably left a review 6 years ago when Roth installed my whole new HVAC system. They were excellent. The system was so good, that I haven't had any maintenance done on it since then. That's a mistake on my part. My furnace had issues starting, but would right itself after I jinked with it several times. With a major cold snap coming and it not working for 24 hours, then starting to work again,I didn't want to take the chance. I called and left a message on Sunday and took the day off work hoping they could fit me in. They called at 8 am, called my back at 9 with a guy on his way. Randy was here for an hour and cleaned everything. I had faults showing airflow and sensor issues, which is from spider webs and Gunk building up. He was thorough, professional and just plain nice. It was also affordable, which was a major relief. I recommend this company to everyone. Just the best in Wichita, IMHO.Service: Heating system maintenance

Roth is one of those companies that price gouges and blames it on increasing costs due to “Covid”. If you need HVAC work done, I’d recommend Fahnestock. On a entire brand new HVAC system, Fahnestock was literally 1/3 of the price of Roth on a comparable system. Fahnestock also offered a much better warranty on their work/ products. Definitely check out Fahnestock if you are getting quotes!

Roth was recommended to me by another customer and it is the best recommendation I have gotten for home repairs so far.The sales person was not pushy and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I got four estimates and Roth was the only company that would place my outdoor equipment where I wanted it. I was actually told it just couldn’t be done by one company. Another told me I needed a bigger unit for thousands more, but that wasn’t even true. Even the word ‘bigger” doesn’t apply.The team that did the installation were great. I hardly even knew they were here and at one time there were about 8 people working on my house. Everyone was kind and professional. I would be happy to have them back again and will recommend their service, without any reservations..EDIT: OMG. You are absolutely right that I am in Oregon! Roth's has been our go to since we moved to Canby in 1995. They helped us limp along an aging oil furnace under the house for a year until it finally expired. They then installed a new heat pump and electrical furnace backup. That system was maintained by Roth's and was replaced in 2018. Always excellent and consistent service through the years. Our furnace stopped working Sunday evening and we called the after hours number and spoke to a very helpful tech. I explained the problem and he advised he may not have the part to fix it on his truck and gave me the after hours rates. We decided to wait until the next day. At 8 a.m. I received a call from their customer service representative to set up an appointment that morning. The furnace was fixed by 10 a.m. and I probably saved a couple hundred dollars in overtime fees. A great company and we will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Wife called for an estimate for a new furnace/AC replacement and was met with poor customer service and questioning of her serious inquiry. Even if this company did service our area, would not use because of poor communication with customer inquiries. She was asked if she was actually serious about buying. She prefers to not spend her Wednesday afternoons calling around to find a place to replace the AC on a 100 degree day with the 2 children running around, but apparently the male tech found that an appropriate question. Will happily take business elsewhere.

I found a leak coming from a cabinet over my refrigerator. I didn't know if the leak was from the roof, or plumbing from the bathroom above the cabinet. Will determined that the leak was from a crack in the toilet waste line above the cabinet. He got the parts needed to repair the broken waste line. He did an awesome job of repairing the line and cleaning up after the repair. I'm so grateful to have it fixed so efficiently and promptly. Thanks Will for such an excellent job!

My furnace went out, i called Roth Heating and Air. Once again fast friendly service. Heater is up and going. Unfortunately my problem is going to be an ongoing situation. I was able to get an estaminet and helpful numbers to ease the cost. I highly recommend Roths to anyone who needs new equipment or even servicing the units you have. Don't forget to ask about the blue ribbon plan. Really saves you money on the weekend's and holidays.

We had a furnace installed in 1994 and an air conditioner installed in 1996. Both were on a maintenance plan ever since with Roth. They finally wore out and we had Roth come out and put in an Amana furnace and air conditioner. Very prompt and courteous service. Went well beyond my expectations. They made sure that we understood the operations. Very satisified with the service and outcome.
