Daryl (the general manager )was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. They let us play with our new puppy beforehand to ensure he was exactly what we wanted with no hassle and absolutely no pushing. Very clean facility, it’s obvious that they take care very great care of their puppies and only trust high quality of breeders. Highly recommend these guys for your next puppy!

We had a great experience working with Zach! We came in for a last minute appointment on a Thursday night and he stayed past closing to make sure we were taken care of and could go home with our new pup :) Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great experience getting a puppy!

Awesome visit, very knowledgeable with puppies, professional, and kind. I'm told that puppies are raised and trained in house for good foundations at home. The puppies come with vet plans, shots, Ect. The thing that got me was there financing options, and price negotiations dependant on the breeds. When i get a puppy, I know where I want to come.

Excellent Service. Facility is clean, the layout is relaxed and comfortable, and the puppies are so well taken care of and so happy. The staff are knowledgeable about the breeds and genuinely enjoy their job. The staff is accommodating with puppy time and are not pushy at all. I was able to get all the information on the puppy’s medical information right away, also seeing the pedigree information and the OFA information on the puppy’s parents. Most of the puppies are from local breeders which I like. 5 out of 5 times I recommend! I walked into Puppy Dreams on a whim, prepared to have a horrible “Pet Land” type experience. It was the complete opposite! What a great experience and I walked out with a puppy. I cannot say enough good things about Puppy Dreams!

Kevin was SO helpful! He gave us playtime with the pup, even though we didnt need much convincing to take this little guy home. Nico got a bath and Kevin went through all the paperwork to ensure we were taken care of before leaving the store. They are extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!
