I have never written a review in my life, but I just couldn’t sit back and not review this place. They lost my dogs appointment, then when I took my dog in to get groomed, I immediately was turned off. This place is not clean nor is it a place you should ever bring your dog to. The room where the do the grooming is filled with boxes and other gross things. It doesn’t look clean and there was a dog crying bloody murder. Then I saw that they kept their schedule in a spiral notebook and they only took cash. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this was just unacceptable. I walked in, saw all of this, and then walked out. I am not one to write reviews but I hope this shows what the place is like.

First of all, I arrived 15 mins early to our appointment. They hadn't even opened yet, even though they should have been open for 45 minutes by then. All I wanted was to have my Ashenon shaved on the belly, a wash, and a brush out since I don't thinn I've been able to keep up with his winter coat shed on my own. While the top isn't as shaved down as the bottom, they DID shave him all over and didn't bother to brush him out after. I single pet at home had four covering my fingers. I gave him a couple brushes to test and it was like I hadn't even taken him there in the first place. Waste of my money imo.

I took our shih tzu Bella in to be groomed for the first time and the ladies did an amazing job!!!! She looked absolutely perfect!!! Will be using them from now on as my pets groomer. She even came home in an adorable bandana❤️

They took very good care of my little lion. He needed shaved and nails trimmed. He looks great and feels much better. The cost was reasonable

I brought my cat - Simba to get a Lion cut and bathe. I was very disappointed with the service. I cried all the way home!!! My cat looked like a toddler had hacked off it’s fur with a pair of scissors!!! To top it off, they didn’t even bathe my poor cat. If you care about your fur friends...DO NOT SET FOOT AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Have a tiny chi and always have problems with cutting his nail...past groomers always make him cry out in pain because of his tiny paws and legs ...he is so grumpy and mean too....but they did an amazing job. Will be bring other dog and my chi back!

It was our first time having our dog groomed, and I was a little nervous about how he would act, but he did just fine, and he looked great. They even put a bandana on him. So cute.

I have been going there forever and I love it . The lady is always nice, I sometimes call very short notice and she always does her best to fit us in they always make my Elsa look very girly👑 We love that

This place does not groom cats. The sign on the front and the name of the business clearly states dog and cat... I should have stopped when the number on their wesite didn't work, but I wasted my time driving there. The website is wrong. The number is wrong. Don't waste your time too.

The ladies at this establishment did exactly as I wanted them to for my dog they were respectable they listened they did exactly what I needed them to do my dog looks so good I will definitely be recommending them and taking my dog there from now on and the price was so reasonable for everything that they did good job ladies
