Called store on E Kellogg Drive. The woman on the call was very helpful and polite.Made my day to shop at Petsmart.

Asked to get our cats hair trimmed down to a quarter inch. Picked him up only for the tech to tell us he was 'skittish' of a bath so they didn't give him one, just used dry shampoo and he still has two inch long hair.. covered in greasy clippings from the minimal trim they did do. Paid over $70 and still had to go home and bath him myself. Pretty absurd.

So my first experience w/ this location get a rating of 1 star. Made an appointment for a bath and nail trim for my pet. I arrived early as they suggest and my groomer had taken another animal in front of mine and thought it would be ok if she was a little late for my pets appointment( NOT HAPPY @ THIS POINT ) So 30 minutes later she takes my animal and told me it would be approx 2 hours, she calls me 45 mins later to tell me he was finished. Once I picked up my pet and made it home I realized all the main thing I wanted wasn't done, THE NAIL TRIM. So going forward check and triple check to assure service's paid for are what you recieved.
