Not happy at all. Was scheduled for Monday to get my Chows shampooed. They rescheduled cuz someone was sick. Cool I thought as they said today would be 50% off. So I write down the appointment 4:20 is what they said. We get there & they had it for 4pm. So couldn't do it today. I'm passed. They offer Friday & too busy that day. I will find somewhere else. I really got the feeling they really don't want to do Chow Chows.

I used to love taking both my dogs here, but the last time we went they received a PAWGRESS report that was bad. They've NEVER had any problems! I don't know who tried to trim their nails but it didn't go well at all. I will never take them back.

This PetSmart is the best one in my opinion. They are quick to help when I had a question. And superbly overjoyed to see my 3 dogs every time. And amazing customer service skilled employees.

My dog had a great experience, and the staff were very gentle with him and understanding of his disability. I would definitely bring my dog back to this establishment for grooming services.
