It used to be a good place. The last 3 times we have come in to have our dogs nails trimmed we have been told they couldn't do it because they had no help. You either have walk in nail trims or you don't. We drive 20 minutes to be told no. You have now lost a customer. The people in there were just standing at the counter talking. It may not matter to you to lose a customer, but Im sure I won't be the only one due to bad customer service.
