Terrible customer service. Grooming lady was rude and a completely unhelpful. Acted like she wanted nothing to do with my dog as soon as I walked in even though I’ve been taking here there for over a year. Says that my dog bites and I have gotten 1 “complaint” from another employee there and all she said that my dog did was grown a little because her paws were sensitive and that it was no big deal at all.Also, there is no where on the website where it says that my dog cannot be groomed if it has gotten any kind of shots or anything in the past 48 hours. Based my whole weekend around this. Thanks.Last time I took my dog there to get groomed they charged an addition $35 to “de-matt” my 5 pound dog. Seems insane cause all they did was shave her! Left her tail and ears super long so they immediately became matted a week later. Will not be back.What a joke.

Usually bring my dog along with me and he loves the place. They have an abundant amount of choices of food, treats and or supplies that any animal lover could think of or need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and he's offered and gladly accepts a treat as we check out. 🍖

Dolly was groomed just the way I like her. No part was cut too short or left too long. She looked good, she smelled good and they even held her for a while after they were done with her because we couldn't get there right away. They didn't even complain! The price was decent too. Who could ask for more. Friendly associates too.

Curbside pickup is still the best way to go for me. Keeps me from buying tons of dog toys that last less than 24 hours. I still do it. Pups are worth it. Everyone at this store is so personable and eager to assist. Smiles are abundant here.

We go to PetSmart weekly. This time for cat litter. They were out of the size we wanted and only one 21 lb bag. The one by Towne West is where we'll have to go, N Rock is frequently out.

Not a great selection of healthy dog treats or pet accessories (such as collars and leashes). It would also help if dog owners could come behind the counter when dogs have a hard time being groomed, instead of having a struggle and stressing them and us out.

Went in to adopt a cat. The PetSmart employees were helpful and kind but would not let us hold the kitty on account of PALS rules don't allow it unless you are approved to adopt. Understandable. The adoption process with PALS is very involved and strict and ultimately we were not approved despite our long history with prior cats. Found a lovely new feline friend at the humane society instead. I will gladly visit PetSmart for toys, food and other supplies as they seem to have a great selection and clean store but will not consider for pet adoption again.

I had my dogs nails clipped and a bath. He is a very nervous dog and the staff was very understanding. I will always be using Pet Smart for Flash. (The dog). I also think the store is very easy to find things and always has in stock what I need. The staff in the store part is also very helpful and polite.

In the town I live in, we have one pet store, and it's not PetSmart. So I drive about 45 minutes to get to the closest one. I much prefer PetSmart and wish they'd come to my town. Cleaner, brighter, better selection, healthier fish...

This PetSmart was great was acknowledged as I was entering the store! The layout was great and I knew where to find the cat food that I needed. The checkout clerk was very friendly and courteous! The pets are smart the people not so much. The lady at the joy animal rescue was full of nepotism and being bias towards adoptions of the cats. It turned out the way it did beautifully cuz I found my cat Sarah! The prices are kind of high I feel PetSmart is overrated they should offer more discounts I'm not paying $99 for a 2inchcorn 🐍 I could find in the backyard!
