Grooming salon was great today! Super clean and friendly and fast! We have been to Petsmart for grooming monthly for 2 years in 5 different states…. Today was our best experience yet! My dog was not stacked with other appointments and I could tell that Xia took extra care of my Hawk! She did a great job with his teeth and toes especially! His haircut was just what I wanted and he was such a happy boy when I picked him up! Thank you Xia!Before and after photos below…

The West Wichita Pet Smart, off of Tracy Street by Towne West Square. Here is a very reliable store for pet supplies of all kinds. For cats and dogs, the inventory selection is large and the convenience of having the variety can be a lifesaver. However, pricing here does exceed most competitors when something is not on sale. Many alternative pets and supplies are sold here as well, however, I can testify that terrible and misinformed information on exotic pets can be given here by a lot of the inexperienced staff. Still, the specials they have at times on cages and terrariums are some of the best deals in the Wichita area when the prices do drop. I have recently upgraded multiple reptile pets with the new line of Thrive cages from here that saved me hundreds and have worked out magnificently. Staff has been fair over the years, with a few shining employees that have made this location a pleasure to visit. There’s plenty other services offered here too like grooming, vet care, and adoption. I can recommend this pet store as a good choice for the west side.

Thanks Andrew for doing a great job on my little long haired daushand, who I made a short haired baby now! It'll grow! Andrew did a fantastic job and I really appreciate his attention to my little baby.I'm not a big box fan store at all, but I travel for a living so sometimes it's just easier.Thanks Petsmart West Wichita for making my sweet girl look presentable again! ❤️ ❤️

One of your female staff members is very friendly... too friendly. I don't know her name, but she will literally sit there and chat it up with the customer for well over what is actually necessary. I'm in my 3rd trimester. I come in roughly once a month to get a bag of expensive dog food, and every time she is working, she's always so chatty. Yesterday when I came in for the dog food, she was there, and just chatting away like doing her job doesn't even matter. I'm not against having conversation with customers, but if you are working the checkout, and there's a line, stop making people wait on you to finish your stories. This is extremely unprofessional. I was thankful the 2nd check out lane was open and the lady working there got me squared away. Chatty lady, do better.

They are so quick to help you get those crickets unlike the other PetSmart. Also! They do keep track of their dead fish and take them out of the tanks, unlike the other one where the dead fish start turning into a rat king but fish. Just in general the store is very clean.

Nobody was willing to help us or answer questions. It was not busy at the time. So went to Pet Supplies and bought my fur daughter a coat, boots, a harness, and treats. For under $65 my. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

They seem to be out of a whole lot of stuff in the pet section. Couldn't find matching collars and leashes. Prices were alright and staff was very helpful. Just needs items to be stocked.

I just love PetSmart. The atmosphere is nice. The people are friendly. I took our dog there to be groomed for the first time yesterday. Kayla did an AMAZING job and it was only $50 not counting the tip. I wish I had a before picture to post. The after pics don't do her justice anyway. I was worried about taking her to a chain. Especially since another PetSmart here in town had, what I felt, very questionable groomers. I haven't been to the vet here so I can't say anything on that. I wish their outfits were a tad more affordable.... I should probably give four stars instead of five because of the prices but I just love the people here. I've never tried the training either but it's nice that they have that option.

They have a great selection of things for pets. But what really makes this place shine is their grooming salon. It's fast, convenient and affordable. The staff here are great also.

Petsmart is a great place to buy all of your pet supplies. They also offer small animals and reptiles for purchase. I love their fish selection and prices. They offer all kinds of fish and selection depends on location. They have very reasonable prices and offer free water testing.

I love petsmart and Banfield Hospital. They take excellent Customer service and take's excellent care of my pet's..I have the plan's they have for pet's Awesome... I encourage anybody with pets to go get the plan. It's amazing....

They quit selling the small 5.5oz cans of Beef and Vegetables without supplying a larger can or similar product without chicken! That's the last time I'm getting any of my pets hooked on a PetSmart brand!!!😮

Just bought my first bearded dragon ever from them, and the experience has been amazingly awesome. I've had a lot of anxiety, having only really ever had dogs and cats, but every question I came to them with theu were utterly happy to answer and give their own experienced stories on! Little Bam-Bam started eating today finally, after two calls and a lot of worry, and they were all so so patient with me! Would 100% suggest these guys.Jenny up at the registers is also just amazing. She's always smiling and happy, with a different little silly headband every time we see her. Wish I had gotten other names but I'm terrible at remembering!

Whenever we buy cat food that is on sale the register never has the sales price. This happened about 5 times in last few months. Check your receipts here!

Went to get crickets, associate working that area said, "just a minute while I help this customer with taking his fish to the register".She never came back . . .After waiting 15 minutes, I went up front to the register to inquire. The manager apologized and got my crickets for me; when I checked out they gave me them for 1/2 price 'for the inconvenience'. It only saved me 77 cents, but I appreciated the gesture 😀

The engaging welcome all too soon became vague input in answer to "basic to be expected questions". Refused to give so much as a ballpark money range for cost of German Shepherd puppy, insisted upon an unwelcome negotiation. To follow, had claimed dog would be large when in fact after following up on lineage of said line, revealed both Sire & Dam were medium weight & frame.Disappointed 😑

Ive been shopping at this PetSmart for a long time and they've always been really well supplied. Ive adopted one German Shepherd from the KHS. And then Ive sort of... Inherited another German Shepherd and 4 Cats to save them from GOING to the humane society.This is important because In all the years that ive needed things for my dogs and cats Ive never had to leave empty handed, never had to go to another store, never settled or compromised.But additionally, recently, I found a Mediterranean House gecko... I kinda figured what are the odds... But i walked out with 20 gallon terrarium kit with everything you could want/need in a terrarium kit for one low price. AND food. And it didnt take long to figure out what an odd commodity like this little guy eats. The first person i asked was able to direct me to flightless fruit bats and i was able to leave with EVERYTHING I NEEDED... YET again!

An employee walked me and my new puppy down the isles as we went over a mental checklist of all the things you need when you get a new puppy. Super helpful. And they rang up her new harness and leash while she was wearing it so I didn't have to take it off if her. Just great quality staff.
