We just left PetSmart and a young white couple ran out of the store stealing a bag of dog food and other items. We felt so bad for the lady at cash register. Attached is the getaway vehicle. Low life people. Get a freaking job and pay for your stuff.

We had to return an online purchase that was shipped to our house.We had accidentally made that same order three times that day. So we didn't',t need that much dog food by any means.We told them the situation on our arrival at the store and they had no problem with us returning it and there were no questions asked.You just don't get that to happen very often these days.The employees were very kind and courteous and very helpful. A nice experience overall.

It was the worst experience ever. We were so excited to go and get my puppy pampered and from start to finish it was a nightmare. Ended up taking almost 5 hours because they had to fix the awful job of shaving. The hair was crooked. Instead of getting out of the groomer happy and feeling pampered like I paid for she was traumatized. She was sad and not herself for the entire day. It was awful.

I went in looking for a Guinea pig. I was not happy with the selection since they didn’t have much to choose from. I was greeted by an employee who was decent to work with not talkative at all. Overall it was a quick in an out process.

I Love My PetSmart. The Staff is kind and very considerate.. customers just have to learn patience. They can only do so much at a time. They will help you as soon as they have a moment. So if you're in my favorite PetSmart, just take your time and be patient. Wait your turn. They will assist you. I go there a lot because I love bettas. They always have the best looking bettas. Just because you read this doesn't mean go to petSmart and take my bettas LOL. Jk. I do spend a lot of time talking to the employees, and viewing the fish. It's pretty much a really good place and environment to just even hang out. Hope everyone has an awesome time.

What part of don’t touch the ears and tail wasn’t understood??? A Pekingese doesn’t have a shaved tail, ever! Never been so embarrassed for a pup before, almost 14 years of her having her fluffy tail and it’s now gone and at her age, it may not come back. KayKay is the worst groomer, do not use her EVER! She needs fired for what she did to my child! Absolutely unacceptable to shave a dog, claims she was too matted, when I dropped her off she had a couple small ones in her ear and NONE in her tail. She apparently has no idea how to groom.

Let me explain something from a business point of view, if you schedule more than 1 person or dog for a haircut at the same time but you only have 1 groomer, only 1 dog gets their haircut and the other just sits there, but you scheduled that. And you lost a customer because my dog just sits there. Why don't you guys schedule 1 dog for 1 time outlet and just run it like a normal business???

Love when a helpful employee demonstrates having significant knowledge in their subject, as it reassures me as a pet owner that my expectations regarding particular types of fish were not incorrect

Clean, had what i was looking for but not a huge selection. I was after a proper sweater for a 25 lb dog. Was able to find her one.Went again tonight, about 630 pm 1/9/23, and was charged over for what I had bought and double checked when I got home, store was closed. Will be calling them in the morning.

Took my dog to a grooming service. I requested for the same regular service we always do. I don't understand why but they charged an extra fee for express service. But my dog was there for over 3 hours and they call that express service?!? I am not going there again. I DO NOT recommend this place for grooming service.

Great staff, I asked several questions about where things are located throughout the store and was pointed out to them quickly. Doesn't seem like they have a lot of staff right now, usually only one or two people available for checkout.

Bought a 20 gallon tank and a few days later it accidentally fell while I was moving somethings and the back glass shatter, it was still unopened. I called petsmart out east where I made the purchase, explained to them what happened. I was so glad when they told me I was able to exchange it for a new one (with receipt). I didn’t get the name of the lady that helped me but she was so helpful and nice, thank you!

I had to pick up crickets for a pick up Forder for someone and the employees could tell that I was not too happy because I don't like bugs, but they bagged and covered them for me so I could travel with them without having to look at them. They were all nice to me 😊

I wasn't able to find the brand of dog food I was looking for, which is available at the derby location normally. Limited selection is my only complaint, but it was a very neat and clean store, with an impressive toy section that almost convinced me to buy something.

The one I get has a pocket and a handle and it's amazing! I can't go to any other harness except theirs! I get all the things I need for my gorls from here! 💙

I'm so upset my poor girl got groomed & came out with cuts all over her body. I have gotten her groomed every 2-3 months and have never gotten her back looking like this. I understand the redness maybe an allergic reaction but the cuts and clipped nipples don't just happen. Never ever taking my dog back to this place. I can't even put her Service vest on her.
