Everyone was nice but the card the groomer filled out was total fiction! She checked that my dog was happy to be there. He was shaking and tried to hold on to me when I left. She also said he was calm. Not!! The grooming itself was ok but not as good as we're used to. We won't be back.

They did a great job on grooming Miss Molly! They are also so great with her and Molly absolutely loves her groomer Shayla. She's also way very excited to go and when she sees all the staff and I feel that says a lot about how she's treated while she's there. They all seem to know her by name and are excited to see her too. Keep up the great work!

As always your groomer was excellent. She is wonderful with Clyde and he enjoys seeing her.You can tell this is more that just a paycheck for her. She is very gentle and talks to Clyde the entire time she does his Mini Make Rover.

The workers at petco were so great and willing to work with Phoebe! It was her first time getting groomed so she was super anxious. Her haircut turned out great! Will definitely be back

We brought our Great Pyrenees in to have a bath and get groomed while we were there the stylist checked him for mats indicated she could handle it. We received 4 phone calls right after we left saying they couldn't bathe him and his hair was to matted. I heard my husband tell them to give him a bath and haircut. I feel they didn't even attempt to try to brush him out or work through the mats. We never had an issue with the groomer we used before she always was able to comb him out occasionally she would have to cut a few mats out but overall he always looked good and kept his hair!! Well come to find out they called my husband and said they had to shave his hair I dont think they were honest about what they were really going to do and that is SHAVE ALL HIS HAIR OFF EVEN HIS TAIL!!! So we dropped off a Great Pyrenees and came home with a Poodle!! I don't care how bad it was you don't shave a Great Pyrenees BALD!!!! HE is an outdoor dog who is outdoors ALL day while we are at work and now he has NO HAIR to protect him. I should have refused to pay for the groom yesterday honestly I was so mad..and I still am mad will never recommend your place EVER we came there because the lady who used to work for the groomer we had used said she had come over to your PETCO. She is the manager there at the grooming place I guess.

I called made an appointment, dropped of my K9, they did an excellent job on the items I requested, bath, a comb out. I have a Golden Retriever and he is an easy dog to work with, but he is big. Thank you so much for doing an excellent job on my beloved K9.

The Gals at the Grooming Dept. were very nice. I was suppose to have my updated records on my doggies to groom and my paperwork never got faxed. So they told me they couldn't do any services on my dogs until they had their current rabbies paperwork. I told them I will go home and see if i could find their certificates they told me if i can i could bring them right back and they will do my services on the doggies. I found the paperwork brought them back and they did a great job on my girls Lucia and Gypsy. The Gals that work their did their job like they were suppose to Thank you for taking care of my furry girls!

My dog has literal chunks of his tail hair missing and hair still all around his feet (he's a retriever/newfoundland mix). I wasn't told anything about his appointment (as to why on earth his tail would need to be shaved). This was my first time taking him to a Petco groomer and it will be my last. Save the trip and money and go to PetSmart on E Kellogg. They have always done an amazing job, are very friendly, and are reasonably priced.

I showed Maggie a picture and we talked through possibilities. Expectations were set clearly and exceeded in the end. Maggie was very kind to our Samson and patient to ensure Samson was comfortable with her and the process. When I picked him up he was happy. Great job Maggie!

We go here to get my dog's nails trimmed and everything was wonderful. Up until this point. because of the whole pandemic, the grooming was closed. Understandably. I called on saturday 5/9 to see if I can get my dogs in since the grooming station was opening back up. The lady who answered my call was super nice but apparently the wrong information. She told me that if i am just wanting to get the dogs nails trimmed then I can just walk in, starting on monday 5/11. I went in today, tuesday 5/12 because I was told I didn't need an appointment (and I also can't make an appointment online as it wont give me the option.) I waited 15-20 minutes for another customer ahead of me to have his dog groomed. When it was my turn I asked if I could get 2 of my dogs nails trimmed and the lady there gave me attitude saying that they don't take walkins. I told her that I was told that they do and then asked if I can make an appointment for it. She said that they aren't trimming dogs nails. It's only bathing. It doesn't make sense to me at all. Especially since I spent so much time waiting and was told wrong information to then get attitude by the employee. I WILL NOT be coming back to the grooming center. I understand the pandemic is happening and its chaos for everyone but the lack of kindness from this employee really upset me. I will find a company who will treat all their potential customers with kindness as that is how I treat the employees.

The groomers are always very friendly and they are great with my dog. I love how his nails look when they trim them and I can easily pick up a new toy and some treats while I am there. The store has an excellent selection and is very convenient

They got my Toby dog back in under 2 hours and he was perfect. The lady was so nice...he usually gets scared but she warmed him right up and did such a great job grooming him.

We have a golden doodle that was madden but we told them not to cut real short. When we picked up our dog he was shaved even his tail and looks like a rat. Someone should have called.
