The store was very clean and orderly. It was well stocked and we were able to find everything we needed (plus a few things we didn't know we needed🤔) for the new four legged additon. The girl at the checkout was friendly and quick too.

Love this place. Took my service dog in training in...she was shy at first but then she actually started enjoying walking around. The staff were all very helpful too!!

Do not go here for a vaccine appointment! My dog and I went here for our annual vaccines, an appointment we had made weeks in advance. They do not mention when booking that, unlike other locations, they do not have rooms for visits. Instead, you have to wait in the store amidst the chaos with other dogs all around you. We arrived 10 minutes early as requested. After waiting for 20 minutes and seeing that the line ahead of us was not moving, we decided to leave.

We love puppy school with Tori. She’s knowledgeable, kind and very flexible. We got our pup groomed for the first time and they were so kind and gentle with her. I highly recommend petco for both services!

Petco is an amazing place. Your one stop shop for everything animal. You can get your pet groomed by kind caring people. You can get anything and everything you want for your pet and find great deals too. People that work there are professional ki d and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend this place.

Based on my experience here, this place was decent for the most part. Not very clean, but not the worst either. Customer service was average. Nothing great or special about this specific place. Would maybe recommend and maybe return if needed.

Returned an item that didn't work when originally bought and had absolutely no problem what so ever doing it. The guy who helped me (didn't catch his name) was really nice and polite.

Good experience today! My only complaints are lots of the fish were dead and there wasn't any large stainless steel cat litter boxes. My cashier was really good and understood what I needed.

The girls in the grooming department do an amazing job with my pup! He's 11 and absolutely loves them. They take very good care of him when he's there. It's the first time he gets excited going somewhere he knows the route lol

I have some complaints, there is a lady that works there and refers herself as “The Aquarium Specialist” and she is very rude and refuses selling a fish and just has a very unpleasant attitude.

Understaffed it seems, but a nice quiet atmosphere. I don’t remember music playing - which I detest in other stores. Not overwhelming for me OR my dog!The birds were nice and calm too (half were asleep in fact!) and only made a sound when I squeaked a dog toy. Was fun to hear the bird whistle back!At the time I came there was no one but myself and my family member inside the store. So the understaffing fortunately didn’t matter in our case.The associate who checked out was nice to let me know that there was a code on my receipt for the tag engraving kiosk machine.Would be five stars if they had at least one other worker visible in the store but I understand even poor help is really hard to come by these days (let alone good solid help!)

Staff helpful when I needed it and they let me browse around when I didn't. I got the cutest betta fish who is happy, curious and healthy. He loves his sponge bob pineapple. Here's a picture of him peeking at me. I got everything I needed.

I purchased a cable tie-out rated for up to 90 lb dog. I put my 20 lb Scottie on it and the swivel snap came apart immediately. I took it back to store yesterday to exchange since it was obliviously a faulty attachment.I was informed that they stopped taking back returns as of Jan 1, 2021 because of covid. The clerk removed the cable from the bag. She took a pair of pliers to the snap and tried to clamp the end. Then she asked another clerk to fix it for her. She said that she had "fixed" it.I took it home and my Scottie broke the snap free in the first second she was on the cable. I spent the next 3 hours trying to catch my scottie. I live 100 miles from the store so this was after driving 200 miles to get a replacement.If the clerk was so scared of covid why did she take the cable out of the bag. She could have left the cable in the bag and given me a cable that was not faulty.Petco just lost my business.

The staff is always there to help you find the answers. Grooming did a great job with my mixed breed. Plus got all my vaccines for half the price of a regular vet. Before and after grooming pictures.

I got my stuff. I went to check out. The gal with multicolored hair and a ring in her nose checked me out. No sweat. What else is there to say. I paid my bill and left. No survey needed. No pat on the back needed. Everyone did their job. This survey is a waste of time.

Normally I go to the Maize store as that is where I have had the best experiences in the past. Today I went to the Rock location and Billie took care of me. She was so kind and helpful! She made sure I got everything I needed and helped me learn more about the app! She made my experience today at Petco on Rock one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere! Y’all need to give Billie a raise or something of equal or greater value! She is truly a blessing to your team.

Went to store on nRock Road, Wichita. Girl working register was really nice, came and pet my dog for quite awhile. Even customers were really nice. My retriever loves those frosted dog cookies? Plus this store is fully stocked for snake food, which is what I came for.

Every time I go in I head straight to the small animals to see who they have. Customer service is always wonderful. The one associate, Billie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong)is the sweetest and most kindest lady they could ever have hired. When I brought home my guinea pig GusGus, she’s the one who helped me. Every time I come in she asks how he’s doing. A wonderful associate to have working there.
