We came in to use the dog wash. It was very clean. They had different shampoo options available as well as a scrub brush. There was great water pressure and the air fryer was great too. They also provided a couple of towels so you don't need to bring your own.

Received personal service from an employee who met us at the door with a doggy bed for the shopping cart. She also personally fit our twin min pins with harnesses. She was super sweet and absolutely loved our girls. She also took into account how old they were and how much they would grow while making sure they fit properly now. She took the tags off and up to the counter and our pups wore them out of the store. They also had such a cute selection of holiday outfits, and prices were great. Definitely recommend this store!

I LOVE coming here with my puppy! The workers are all very friendly (with both me and my dog) and they clearly have a wealth of knowledge of the products that they're willing to share. I was helped today by Anna, who was exceptional in guiding me through product selections. Her expertise in pet nutrition and accessories impressed me. She attentively answered all my questions and offered tailored recommendations that suited my puppy's needs. Exceptional service from Anna makes each visit worthwhile. Highly recommend!

Just a few visits after their grand opening on the westside of Wichita Pet Supplies+ became my go to pet store.The store is always clean, bright and very well stocked. In fact I often walk out of there with more than what I came for.Staff has always been friendly and given my pup lots of attention and lovins.They have a good selection of quality dog foods, some great toys and I particularly like their dog treat bakery corner. I recently used an assortment of treats to make my Ash a birthday "cake".I was so happy to see their groomer, Anna, at this location. Anna was always great with my pets at a previous store she worked at and we frequented. Anna is very kind and gentle with my pup and always does a great job.I really like their bath setup. You can purchase a single bath or a pack of 5 at a discounted price. The baths have three stations, with one being higher off the ground than the other two for smaller dogs and less bending over. They provide you with towels and a variety of shampoos and conditioners. The station itself has a leash built in to secure your pet, a hand scrubber, a spray nozzle and a drier hose. While I generally like the setup and use it regularly this is also where my only complaint comes in. While the water does have temp control, even at the highest heat setting the water is lukewarm at best. The drier hose only has an on/off switch and as far as I can tell only blows cool air.I get it, you don't want people setting temps to high and then blaming the business for allowing the water/air to be too hot. This is the world we live in unfortunately. However, water heaters typically have a temp control where you can set it to something a little warmer than where it's at right now. My pet doesn't mind baths but he shivers through the whole process due to the lackluster temp control.While my pup doesn't get bathed as often in the winter (unless we've had a play in the snow day) I'm afraid I'll have to come up with a different & warmer solution for the winter. This is the only thing I've encountered in store so far that I could think to criticize.If I had to make another suggestion, it would be great if they had a proper app to schedule appointments and make online purchases and such. Aside from this I have had great customer service and product availability.**UPDATE 11.05.2022**Just wanted to update that Ash's bath today at the self wash station was nice and warm! It was 34 degrees out this morning, about 50 when we came for baths. Chilly morning but bath time was nice and warm.As always, met with great energy and greetings as soon as we walked in the door. Groomer Anna was doing her thing and great as always. I'm happy to report she seems to have some help back there now too! 😁On the way out had a catastrophic failure of a 45lb bag of dog food (not anyone's fault, just a faulty bag I think). They took care of the problem and helped me clean up the mess!Great service as always! Thanks so much for raising the temp on the water!! Ash says thanks too! Not a single shiver at today's bath 😊

Found this dog wash on Google. Today was my first time in 12-29-2022 I called earlier and spoke with Madison who was very informative about the pet grooming full service as well as self service. My husband and I went in about 6:15pm at first we couldn’t find anyone to help us but I asked a young man if he worked there and Payton assisted us. I like the idea of not having to haul all my dogs shampoo and combs and brushed or towels. They also have aprons so you don’t get soaked from your dogs and the water. This establishment has it all unless you need special things for your dog. I like the cool blow dryer and the fact you have your own section blocking any other dogs also. I provided a picture of one of my dogs but for larger dogs there are 2 steps and a much lower wash provided for them. I would recommend this self service pet wash. There is a $40 punch card available for 5 washes. Otherwise it is $15 and some change. Since I have 2 dogs it only made since to buy the card. Thank you to the shift supervisor for letting my stinker use a mat for the shopping cart. Also, if you shop there make sure you sign up to be a member which is free that away you don’t have to pay higher prices for items that are on sale. Unfortunately no one told me and I had to return my items to repurchase them. This is not very good customer service. This is why I am only giving you 3 stars. (My baby wasn’t happy with the dryer lol) :)

I love this place!!! Theres no other place in town that will take an open bag of catfood back even if your cats ate it for a few days then decided that they dont like anymore. I also prefer this store over the eastside one. Everyone is much more friendly and helpful at this one. So I will drive the extra miles to go at this one. Thank you for being an awesome place !

Love it here! It's the closest quality pet place to my home that's open a bit later, and I'm able to find most of my pets' food here. Always friendly staff and I always take advantage of their coupons. One time a product had a quality issue and they handled it really wonderfully.

Though I absolutely love and appreciate the excellent set up to wash your own dog, the staff aren't the most welcoming. They tend to talk amongst themselves and have yet to offer any help.When I do bring my dog in for a bath, I have to ask for a towel even though they know I'm there to bathe my dog, because they have to punch my card. I have had to let other first time customers know to ask for a towel and have helped them know what is available at the wash station. This should be done by staff. If they don't know some one is a first timer, a simple question asking this, would be nice.I truly wanted to support this business, however, I think twice before going there for pet supplies.What keeps me coming back is being able to wash my dog in such a wonderful set up. I absolutely love the facility.

I called asking if they had any premium cat treats and not the trash cats shouldn’t eat and I was lied to and told yes. All they have are the cheap garbage treats that are unhealthy for cats. Their food selection is also very poor. This store clearly only cares for dogs since basically everything in there is meant for canines. I will never go to this store again.

Did the self service dog wash. My dog is old and can't walk very well and I was able to carry him in and get him clean. 3 bays of varying heights so that I could find the one that worked best for us. Shampoo. Towels. All provided. Easier than washing at home.

I love coming here for the dog wash. It's wonderful! Unfortunately, today was a bit of a let down. I paid and bathed my dog. When it came time to dry her, the dryer wouldn't work. I tried all three bays, none would turn on. I tried to flag down and employee, but they were too busy talking. My dog hates baths, so I gave up, towel dried her as best as I could and left. Not a single employee even noticed us leaving. Kind of unusual, so we'll be back for sure.

We just had our German shepherd groomed today! After paying over $100 with our previous groomer and was out of the way. We thought we would try something different and close to home. We are please with the bath and deshed! Honestly much better results than the previous groomer and a better deal! I’m disappointed we wasted so much money and the results are not even close to what our baby girl received today! She looks so good!! Huge thank you to the groomers! You ladies did an amazing job!

The help on this Friday were two young girls. They were very inattentive (one flirting with boy at cash register while I stood in line for a short bit. The one thing that angered me the most is a bought a small container (supposed to be 50) if meal worms and 12 tiny crickets. That cost me $6. And to top that off, there were less than 30 worms in the container although I paid for fifty. She spent an inordinate amount of time (3 dumps)to make sure not one cricket over I didn’t pay for. About a hundred crickets probably costs less than 10 cents in the real world. I think there needs to be an adult or owner there that can answer questions and are a bit more professional. I will not be going back.

My first time to this location in Wichita, and it WILL now be my home store. I was instantly greeted by an employee, and asked if they could help me. The young man's name is Casey. He was absolutely phenomenal. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me precisely to it. My dog's food is freeze dried, all natural, and quite pricey. (Casey offered to take the food to the register so I didn't have to carry it around.) Much to my surprise, they were running a special in April, buy one get one 1/2 off. They had 2 and I bought them both. I picked up a few other things and went to check out and Casey was an absolute delight. He is a wonderful face for Pet Suppoies Plus, and he needs to be a trainer to teach new associates the perfection of customer service. His passion made me want to apply at Pet Supplies Plus and join the mission to help people feel welcomed in to a world where the competition is fierce. Pet Supplies Plus has my business, and with people like Casey, who is knowledgeable about products, friendly to his customers and a great representative of the company, it will continue to be on the top of my list. Thanks Pet Supplies Plus for holding the line and having some of the best people in the business.

I have had my dog groomed at the west 21st store in Wichita ksI was checking out and was charged around $100 for grooming. I only ordered a trim and clip nailsThe cashier asked the groomer about my charges. The groomer told her I had the vip service my last visit and that’s what she said she ordered this time. I did not order the complete pkg before nor have I ever. It includes teeth brushing and nail filing. I had the nailing done a couple of visits ago nothing else She got the charges changed to what she did. She didn’t even trim her hair out of her eyesDone with that groomer

Please see edit!Normally I love pet supplies as they have friendly workers and a good stock of toys. However we decided to try their grooming today and it was not good. The employee said it would be about 10 min for him to clean up the bath.I'm not sure what he cleaned besides just putting everything up. The floor was soaking wet and the floor drains had pet fur clogging them. The water had to be turned all the way to heat to get it to even begin getting to a comfortable temperature and the air dryer was not good. It just blasted cold air and did little to help dry them off.While I appreciated the apron, soap selection, and place to hook my dogs into the bath the cleanliness after waiting about 10 min to use it as well as the underwhelming dryer and nozel make this an unworthy investment in my pet.When other pet groomers like Woofs will do a basic bath for 15 dollars any way what was the point of spending money here for sub optimal services and a bath that would have been easier to give and be cleaner at home with my own supplies.Edit July 13The owner reached out to me so I changed the review from a 2 to 4 star. While I still miss the heated dryers that can be found elsewhere. That said the customer service and the state of the wash was the biggest issue in my review and the owner says they have fixed that. While I won't get a bath there again due to a few wants their baths don't provide I can say they have some of the best price in dog bones in town with my dogs favorite size that are overall good quality. So as of now please note the owner made things right and it is assumed the baths will be cleaner in the future when it comes to excessive amounts of water and dog hair.
