If you’re at your wits end trying to find a cat food your cat will like because they’ve suddenly decided to stop eating their normal favorites you might give Pet Supplies Plus a try. They have the usual variety brands found elsewhere but also other brands I’d not seen before, and some I’d not seen in a long while. They have a free membership card you can join to earn points and get discounts too. And if you don’t have a cat they have other pet food here too, even a Dog Wash room! Give them a try! I did and was pleasantly surprised and even better my cats liked some of the food I brought home so yay!

Wish I could give no stars, yeah the prices are decent but the living conditions of these poor animals is cruel! The poor guinea pigs cages are way to small and their water bottles are basically floor level making it impossible to even drink! There's a constant buzzing noise coming from their cages Wich im sure is very bad for them, their other small animals living conditions are atrocious! For being a pet store youd think they'd actually know how to care and properly maintain their living conditions, it's makes me so sad to see them living this way, definitely would not recommend getting a pet from here

Good prices friendly staff. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is two fold problem. One you have to track your rewards to get a coupon instead of just applying it to the account once you have enough. Also the website coupon stay on the page even after expiration which happened recently and was a bit frustrating. Generally good pet store.

Experience was great, customer service was great. Prices on dog treats were pricey but isn't it everywhere. Only complaint, the store seems cluttered, lots of stuff, small store and I would prefer the dog wash stalls be rooms for privacy but, I will continue to shop there.

I love visiting this place. I can always find something interesting to bring home for my cat and dog and the prices are usually pretty reasonable. I especially love the animal parts bin as I call it. You can find chicken feet, duck feet, dried sausages, bones, etc. for $3 or less. It's always fun to grab an assortment and see what my dog picks as her favorites. And my cat loves the elderly cat wet food treats. And I love that they're full of vitamins that support his aging body.

West 21st Street location is a lot more friendly and helpful. The manager and other employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They will also check on you to make sure your finding what your needing. Definitely recommend this location.Rock Rd location is messy and cluttered. Employees at Rock Rd location are not as friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience. Everything was easy to find and the store is arranged very well. We came to get our dogs a new toy but also found a good selection of random treats, including pig snouts, which two out of two dogs agreed were very tasty. The staff were very friendly as well.

I have to say, this store was beyond kind. I purchased a large bag of (expensive) dog food for my little doggie. Sadly, 2 days later she crossed Rainbow Bridge. I went back to the store a few days later, no receipt or anything just inquiring if there was anything that could be done. They were SO helpful! They found my transaction, refunded my money, and will be donating Pocket's food to a local shelter! They truly melted my heart and I can't thank them enough! When the time comes that I will be ready for another pet, they have gained a loyal customer. ❤️

The staff are very friendly and we love using their dog wash bays to give our dog a bath. Keeps our home from smelling like wet dog 🐶.Update...... Prices on the Dog wash bays have gone from 5 for $25 to5 for $40. Still will use but frustrating nonetheless.

I love bringing my very large dogs here for their self service baths. Super convenient and very reasonably priced. I recommend buying the bath card. We drive into Wichita from Augusta for this service. Most of the staff is super helpful and friendly. We love shopping for our fur babies here too❣❣Btw... the water pressure is awesome for long hair dogs.

Friendly staff especially since it was my first time there. The was is about 10 for a single wash and 30 for 5 washes so its definitely a better deal to buy a punch card. My dog enjoyed her bath and my back doesn't ache. Plus they supply everything you need. Much better wash than i can do in my tub.

From out of town - ran into a big chain pet store to get a specific fish. They were out but told us they weren't selling fish because only three people were working. All three people were standing around the register talking! Quickly searched the area and saw Pet Supplies Plus. Came here 15 minutes til close, found the fish we wanted (and an extra one). People were SO FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! Got our fish and now headed the two hours home. I love this store and will be back next time we're in Wichita!!! I would totally recommend!

They always have fun little treats for our fur babies. They have different sizes for different sizes of dogs. Great selection of toys and supplements (that's what I went there for).

Good selection for dogs and cats, live fish available on the back wall, limited selection for birds and other animals. I was able to find a toy for our macaw, it rang up $5 more than it was listed at...I'll continue to pick up dog food but not bird supplies. It is clean and rarely a line, employee are always nice to talk to.

Love the dog wash! Has a really nice elevated tub and hair dryer making it super easy to get my girl all cleaned up and fluffy. The staff is great always friendly and super helpful. Best pet store in town!

This place is good for their sales and not regular prices. Although, some things are better priced than the bigger box stores. The staff are animal lovers and very quick to discuss pets, I like having someone to nerd out on fish with.I'll keep visiting as they get in some amazing fish and label them generically so the prices are great there. Plus, they have a two week return policy which is unheard of anywhere else. If you see a problem, point it out to staff. I did two visits ago and they were quick to jump on it. I was impressed. This last visit, the fish section looked the best I've ever seen it so I will keep visiting biweekly for my supplies and impulse buys, lol.

Always a good customer experience vibe. I had my daughter with me, and one of the Pet Supplies team members picked up a heavy bag of dog food and carried it to my car. No questions asked. That's being intuitive and aware. High five.

I’ve really only used this store for the self serve dog wash and never had a problem until today. I went on a Sunday, got there around 4:30, they close at 6. I asked to use the low wash and the kid at the counter said it probably wasn’t going to happen because “Sunday is the worst day to use the wash.” He said there was 1 person in front of me and that by the time they got done using the wash, it would be too close to closing time to let me use it. I walked around the store for probably 20 minutes, no one was using either of the washes the entire time. I could’ve been done by the time I left the store. It’s frustrating to go into a store and want to spend money with them, but the staff just want to go home. It’s not like I came 10 minutes before closing time. I came 90 minutes before closing. That’s more than enough time to help your customers. And in all honesty, it shouldn’t matter what time I came. I should get the same experience as the first person in the door. Pretty disappointed.

We took our labrador in to the self washing station for the first time today. The employees were very helpful and told us about their rewards card and the 5 for $25 dog wash punch card, (great deal). The dog wash station was clean, easy to use, had warm water, shampoo and conditioner, a blow dryer and they gave us two towels to dry him off. Wonderful experience!!!
