Almost forgot to review this incredible place! I had lunch out here with a buddy and spent around 15 bucks. He chose this place and I am more of a cheeseburger fellow but went along for the journey. I ordered this chicken bacon pizza and holy goodness it was outstanding. Incredible flavor and the medium was sized well for a hungry man. I will be back over and over and will eat this any time any day any where!

Service was slow. Food was overpriced like every Panera’s. Chicken and broccoli teriyaki bowl was good. Baja with chicken bowl was awful. The chicken was literally sliced up lunch meat and very sparse. Restaurant was nice. Lemonade was watered down. Blood orange drink tasted heavily like artificial sweetener.Overall a disappoint experience.

The employees were so eager to help and make sure customer satisfaction stayed intact. There was a slight ‘new store’ confusion among customers and employees, but the food without a doubt was really good! I like the modern/minimalist design they had acquired rather than building a traditional Panera bread store. I was so glad to see they offered a variety of ’Republic of Tea’ and also some vivid juice options. It was about 12 degrees outside the day we went there and the inside was significantly cold too. Overall, we had a great dining experience, parking was widely available and the wait time was very low regardless of the huge influx of customers in the morning.

Not sure how a Panera could do better than the one at Greenwich place. Everything you expect from a Panera, but this one provides 'over the top' service - consistently. We frequent this store regularly and always feel treated exceptionally. But get this... a elderly customer with a walking mobility issue, was leaving the store. One of the employees VOLUNTARILY came out from behind the counter, and assisted this man out of the restaurant and into his vehicle. Indelible image in my memory! When is the last time you witnessed such an act of kindness by a restaurant employee? Highly recommended!

I love Panera already, but this new location was amazing. The staff was super friendly and didn't make a fuss when I had a special order request. The restaurant is clean and has a light airy feel. There are charging stations for laptop/phones at the center counter and we even had one at our table by the window. There is a coffee/hot tea station with everything you could need to make your beverage the way you like it! The food was delicious as always and the atmosphere of this restaurant makes me want to go back again.

I order take out from here a lot as it's by my job and today was the first time I was truly disappointed. My Ceasar salad, no croutons + feta was smaller than expected. Usually the salads fill the bowl. I get salads all the time here. I can tell the difference between feta and parmesan so I can tell there was very little feta added. It was packed into a bag it was too small for so it was on its side so all the cheeses slid to one side again because the bowl wasn't full. Displeased. I took the picture prior to adding dressing but after breaking the chicken down to normal bite sized pieces and moving some of the cheeses around. I should have taken it as soon as I opened the container.

Ordered and PAID FOR the larger BOWL of soup on the app but was given the much smaller cup size instead, leaving my hunger unsatisfied. They apparently also didn't seal the container correctly, as it proceeded to leak out of the bag and onto my lap during the drive home. The actual food was very good despite the screwed up order. If you go here, I'd definitely suggest eating inside, and not to order through the app or drive-through unless you want your pants to be filled with soup.

Fantastic staff, very friendly people. Almost no waiting from stepping in the door and getting your food. All the employees work together effectively to get things done, even when there's a long line, they work fast to get your food to you without losing quality. Newly opened so everything is very modern but not overwhelming in style. A nice open atmosphere with welcoming faces and eager to help their guest with anything. Panera Bread as a whole has very friendly mangers and again, since it's newly open, please be nice if there is something wrong with your order, they might still be working out the kinks. All the food is very fresh, the drink selection for teas is amazing, they also have a liquid cane sugar syrup you can add to it so it can be as sweet as you want it to be, but if you don't have a sweet tooth don't worry, their teas range from unsweetened to semi-sweet by default.

For the past two times at this location, I’ve ordered thru the mobile ordering “to skip the line” and upon arriving at the pickup time, I’ve had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Today I waited 25 minutes from the time I ordered for two sliced bagels. Seems as if driving thru might be a faster option. Tired of waiting past the suggested pickup time. I don’t mind a minute or two, but another 15-20 minutes is ridiculous.

I placed an order for my lunch early morning on the Panera App on Friday, March 10 for 12:15 pickup. My pickup was not ready until 12:30--my lunch hour from work ends at 12:45. Why order early when they don't have your food ready until 15 minutes later--I know they were slammed by visitors from events in the area, but management should plan accordingly. I am boycotting Panera for awhile--at least this location and don't bother ordering your food through the App to save time--I think I would have got my food faster by going through drive thru or even ordering when I entered--they seemed to keep pushing my name down further on the list on their meals ready board. VERY disappointed!!!

Customer Service was pretty slow and somewhat okay (when they weren't too busy socializing with friends and each other). Biggest things were that they weren't even busy, but were out of the coffee I wanted and half and half, and it took at least 10 minutes to get 1 toasted bagel. And the floor needed vacuumed.

Parking was fair, I drive a sizable truck and usually have to park far away.I entered a sparkling with catering information right away inside the vestibule and the rest was equally pristine. Cleanliness 5 star. ( Including the restroom)!The menu was easy to read but the " add 2 or pick 2," - whatever- was lost for us and just not conducive to making expedited choices, and because of that it's also difficult to Keep tabs on your spending. I just gave upSo the menu gets 3 stars from us.This is quality food but the wife's sandwich didn't have the right filling to bread ratio, my sandwich had enough filling but the crust was the texture of a crouton, my side was broccoli, Mac n cheese but was not "hot" but pasta was perfect and worth that sacrifice. Delicious.Wife had a broccoli cheddar soup that was half again as good as my m&c side. That good? Yes.Now I had a "side" of dipping bread, well the whole outside of the loaf was very difficult to chew, not impossible but not for dentures or bridges. Result- food quality 4 star, taste 5 star.Review: Not as good as built up to be, but great taste, medium cost, very clean and friendly staff.

Panera has fallen in quality over the years to overpriced skimpy hospital food. The only thing saving this franchise is the unlimited sip club. Staff and service in this location are very inconsistent, keeps forgetting something in my orders especially for to go. They always forget the bread when the word is in the franchise name! Some staff are either very nice or rude like you're an inconvenience the first step inside.The old lady working in the mornings needs to be more attentive or retire already. I was the only person at registers while she told me to wait which I was ok with until a rush of people lined up at the other side. A few minutes later she came back and served those people first. She forgot about me being here first and had to wait over half an hour for her to finally help me out. You would rather help people who came after other customers who have been waiting patiently?? I was also the only minority at that time and she helped me like she didn't want to. She was also VERY SLOW at the registers and kept making errors. At least have another coworker help out in the rush so the process can be quicker.

Listen to me people I've been out in front of Big lots and I was out in front of Burlington yesterday this homeless guy plays guitar and sings sounds like Gavin DeGraw with Luke Combs and Days of the New he needs to be signed somebody needs to help this guy I give him 25 bucks Panera food is bland coffee's now I'm very good is overrated coffee's now I'm very good is overrated sorry I call it like I see it

It had been a while since I ate at Panera. I saw the spicy chicken sandwich commercial and thought I would give it a try. The guy said my bill was $16.43!!! I said, "No, I only want a chicken sandwich and Pepsi." He informed me that was the total for these two items. I went and ahead paid for it, thinking it was going to be a huge sandwich that was the best I have ever had. Neither was true. It was a so-so sandwich and was the smaller than the last chicken sandwich I paid half of that for at KFC. Panera, charging $16 bucks for a sandwich that I have to stand in a line at a counter to order and then go pick up and carry to my seat when it it is ready is nothing short of ridiculous! I can assure you I won't EVER be back. There are plenty of other options out there. Way to put yourselves out of business!

When I asked for a pickle spear, I was refused with the reasoning that the store was out of them. I suppose that can happen, but I find it harder to believe if they're out of them how a different customer got one less than fifteen minutes later. I suppose even that can happen, but where is the customer service in getting the one I asked for less than fifteen minutes before. I believe that either they lied to me, or there was a lack of customer service here. I'd like to believe that this is an honest business, so I'll give credit to a lack of quality customer service.I came back this morning, and I got the same rude service. I won't waste my time here again.

Walked in, noone was waiting to be waited on. Had 2 different people walk by me didn't say anything to me, so I walked out. Called to speak with a manager and he acted like it didn't bother him at all.

I literally waited 52 minutes for a mediocre and overpriced grilled chicken salad for lunch. The kitchen staff, although nice, seemed in way over their heads.

This location has dropped in quality considerably. A lot of standing around with only one person in the kitchen. Food order came out incorrect and then after my wife was given the correct sandwich, it was cold. Men's bathroom didn't have any paper towels available and the women's paper towel roll was just sitting on the sink, outside of it's dispenser. We will be going elsewhere in the future.

My waiter Ezra was the definition of the perfect server, couldn’t ask for better service. Always made sure we were taken care of. Another server, Enzo, also kept our Panera experience a 5 star. Thank you guys.

Very disappointed in my order today😢. The customer service was slow and unfriendly. Trash under every table. When we asked for butter, they brought it directly from the fridge. Way too difficult to spread on the bread.Please hire folks that greet you and smile! Hire someone to help keep the tables clean

Took 15 minutes for food. They also made the wrong drink and were acting incredibly rude. They gave my wife a bigger frappe after remaking it and mine was a small. They're supposed to be the same size! I asked them about it and they said "no we gave you smalls". I had to ask for my pumpkin muffin and they wouldn't update me about how long the remake of my wife's drink would take. Employees are snotty, rude, and don't care about customers. Too busy playing on their phones. Never spending $25 here ever again.
