Overall experience - 4 star, optimistic the resolution is a long term fix.Pros:1. I was pleased with the responsiveness/availability of a plumber to address the sewer clog.2. When I asked about pricing, he mentioned they do not charge by the length of the snake used, only a flat rate. This is always great.3.Jason was down to earth, on-time, and knowledgeable. Due to the issue not being remedied by a snake and then acid - a water jet was suggested. Another individual returned the next day. I was unable to meet him but it sounds like this went fine. I was thankful for the flexibility.4. Website offers coupons5. Use of quotes via email/technologyCons:1.Could do better re: transparency on pricing2. Too many requests/prompts to leave a review3. Cost of service -I’m still grappling with the hundreds $$$$$ of dollars it cost for a very quick service/ hydro jet to clear the main line. As consumers, we understand businesses are in competition/work to competitive in pricing - but charging residential customers extreme prices for a water jet that takes less than 20 minutes to flush out a pipe, is a tough pill/bill to swallow.The company demonstrated many great qualities and cons are to be expected in competitive markets.

UPDATE: This review was left 1 yr ago… right after the repairman left after being without A/C for two weeks IN 90 degree weather and I finally had relief. This was towards the end of summer and we didn’t have long to run the AC, but little did I know all they did was a quick fix. They came out initially and repaired what the technician told me was wiring issue, he said everything else was good. He worked on it for maybe 20 minutes and him, and his son were gone. Not even a week later, the unit went out again. I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and they sent them back out for the technician to tell me exactly a week later that the unit was not working because it was out of Freon. I know that I am a woman, but I know that this is supposed to be a closed system and Freon doesn’t just disappear if there’s not a leak initially, and if that was the case, why didn’t he catch it a week prior. the technician did not take kindly to me, questioning his ability or diagnosis, and told me that my warranty company did not cover Freon and that he was gonna give me a deal on it, which was also part of the reason for my original review. We paid to have the Freon added to the unit and like I said, it was towards the end of summer. Now, fast forward one winter to 2024 where it is the beginning of spring and we had an unseasonably hot day and I want to turn on my AC unit and behold it’s blowing warm air!! Here I am waiting on American Home Shield again to send someone else to fix my AC because I believe that on time heating and cooling only does fixes and work around to ensure job security since they have a contract with American Home Shield. This is what I believe and this is what I’m standing on, this is why I am changing my rating to one star only because no stars are not an option. Avoid this company at all cost. Our technician was Jeremy he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained exactly what was wrong with the hot water tank and what was needed to make the proper repairs. He was here within an hour after calling to make an appointment and that included him having to stop and get a part. We had to have him come out on the weekend and of course you pay a little bit more because it was an emergency call but was still very reasonable, we will definitely be using On Time Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. We would like to thank Josh, Tim, David and office staff who all answered a pressing need for repair of our heating and cooling unit. With the spring weather we found our home cold and miserable at a time when I needed warmth due to a serious medical issue. The office staff set us an appointment the day after I called for 8:00 a.m. Josh and Tim were right on time and diagnosed the problem right away. They quickly found the part needed after returning to Wichita. No sooner than they found the part, Josh called and notified us David would be returning to fix our heating and air conditioner unit. We cannot stress enough the professionalism and skill these technicians displayed. They answered all the questions we had, and the price upfront, which was less than we expected. We give this company a "5" rating, the highest and will recommend On Time Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling to anyone in need of repairs. Jason (plumbing) and Josh (A/C) came out to one of those classic “everything in the house is breaking all at once” situations. They were on-time, easy to communicate with, relatively inexpensive, and knowledgeable. They got our sink, dishwasher, and a/c back working. Total bill: $394, so better than I had imagined in my head.

Dispatch rerouted Doug at 8 o’clock in the morning as soon as I called to come over and at least get my water turned off till I came back and fixed it very very impressed.

Only issue would be I would have preferred he picked up all the toilet paper and put the house back together since I feel I paid for it. 350 bucks is a bit pricey for 20 minutes and no clean up

A pipe burst under my house in mid January. Greg did an amazing job getting us back in running water. He was so professional and was able to get to us in a reasonable time frame. The cost of the repair was on the low end of what the internet told me to expect and I could not be happier with the service and quality of the repair.5/5 would recommend. 😁

They came out to clear a main drain line, but I couldn't be there. The guy finishes up about an hour after he started and gives me a bill for $550! The clean out was in the back yard easy to access, and about 80ft long. That price is nearly double what most other companies charge, and it was for the same service. I feel like he took advantage of an emergency situation, and of me not being able to be there.

I chose 2 stars for the communication/price and not the work. The company responded well to the initial call and I was told an estimate it would require the excavator and the job would be $2700. It was decided that it could be hand dug and the hole took a short amount of time and they changed a small fitting and refilled the hole. The estimate of $2700 remained even though the excavator was not used. The crew arrived at 9 am and spent most the morning in the truck. The additional helper did majority of the work where the other gentleman sat and in the truck. I agreed to the verbal estimate of a excavator digging the hole and fixing the fitting two days prior. I was disappointed that the decision to change from excavator to hand dug was not communicated as I would have gladly dug the hole to save money. I called and talked to the company and they offered a 10% discount which is a little helpful but unfortunately does not help feeling overcharged for a small amount of work completed for such a high price.The work on the job was completed with no issues but the communication is lacking and I would call around or dig your own hole as I should have done.
