My dog needed a wellness check and update on their shots. The staff was friendly and loved/petted all over my dog while we waited for the vet. The Dr. Was punctual to the appointmwnt and was very thorough with her examination.. I've moved all my previous vet records to make this my primary place for all of my pet's needs..

Talk about amazing care! My vet office is closed on Saturdays and my 8 yo pup hurt his leg. The vet was able to get me in quickly and get my dog checked out quickly. My dog is feeling much better! Thank you for being so wonderful and professional! From the moment we entered the door we were treated with compassion and care. Dr. Unruh really helped me understand what was going on with my dog and provided fantastic care! Highly recommend!!!

The staff is very friendly. They have the knowledge and experience to help diagnose the animal correctly. This allows them to treat the animal properly. Once finished I paid my bill in a timely manner and left with my dog feeling much better.

Everyone was very friendly and so happy to see our pup! They all interacted with her, from the front desk to the vet. That’s important to me! I’ve been taking my dogs, past and present, to Northrock for about 25 years and wouldn’t want to have them anywhere else. It begins with the awesome front end staff who are so helpful and welcoming. The veterinarians (ours is Dr. Rypma) are compassionate, knowledgeable and just so good. The behind the scenes techs are the best. Thank you for always taking such great care of my pups!!

The ladies at this clinic were exceptional during our visit. Not only were my pets needs communicated clearly, they also shared with me different avenues of care. My pets recovery was their priority. The facility was so clean and welcoming. I wish I had learned about Northrock Animal for Pets long ago. Biggest thank you to Dr. Unruh and staff that assisted my sweet boy yesterday. He was attacked by another dog the night before I brought him in and due to not being from the area, I had trouble finding a vet to take him in. I was worried that I would have to wait until Urgent Pet Care would open later in the day but thankfully Northrock was able to see him! They were all so sweet and were very straight forward about what needed to be done. They got him all fixed up in just a few short hours and he is already looking and feeling so much better! Thank you again to such amazing people!

My old vet retired and I switched to north rock. First for a teeth cleaning the bill was less than I expected. They gave all the possible costs up front. I was extremely pleased with the service and how caring everyone was. Next the dachshunds went back for heart worm shots and that also went very well. This is my new veterinarian for the wiener boys.

Dr. Stricker has my vote for sainthood after taking care of my girlfriend and dog through a very hard time while I was away for work. The intention and care she gave was invaluable and made a very hard situation bearable for all of us. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've had Toby, my little rescue senior, in to see Dr Rypma at Northrock twice in the last month, first for what turned out to be an allergy issue. Everyone was so wonderful & understanding about my concerns, I knew I had found the vet for us!!Toby became ill over the weekend & by Sunday night I was pretty frantic. Tried to take him to VESH, but he wasn't urgent & we were never able to get in. Called Northrock first thing Monday & let them know Toby was throwing up, having bowel issues, not eating & very lethargic. They got him in that day. Dr Rypma was AWESOME, as are all the staff we've met there. They were reassuring, thorough and caring.Once she determined what was wrong, Dr Rypma prescribed treatment, explained everything clearly and was completely understanding of this new dog mom's fears!She's called the last few days to check on him and I very much appreciate her care and concern. Toby loves her and I think she kinda likes him too... lolI couldn't ask for a better Dr for my furbaby!!!

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you guys for the excellent care you’ve provided.I’ve taken my three dogs to you guys for the last 9 years. Late this week my parents’ dog became really ill. They took her to their own vet clinic, but when she got progressively worse on Friday their vet clinic wasn’t able to see her or offer guidance. By Saturday morning she was vomiting pools of blood. When my parents called their vet Saturday morning they were unable to get her in. They called the animal hospital and were told it would be 6-8 hours until she could be seen. I contacted you guys, and you graciously agreed to take her on as a new client and see her immediately.Your staff was patient with walking us through new client forms and helpful with getting pertinent medical information. You guys were able to get labs done on her, get some treatment started, and place a catheter. Your team then worked with the animal hospital to get her referred as a high priority patient. You all stayed past your closing time to give top notch service. Dr. Terry was able to jumpstart her diagnostic process and get her fever down. Dr. Terry was very patient and kind with giving us information about what could be going on and guidance on how to care for her until she could be admitted to the hospital.I am so thankful for your willingness to accept my parents' dog as a new patient today and for taking such good care of us during this stressful time. You all have provided so much comfort and care to my family through some difficult and scary times with our dogs. We love them immensely and are happy to have them in your care.Thank you to the full team! The vets, vet techs, and front office staff are wonderful.

Amazing Vet Hospital!!! I went in for my new dog and everyone was so nice, gentle, and kind in the process of getting his wellness check. Then literally 3 hours later my cat falls off his cat tree and landed with a nice cut next to his eye, I was lucky enough Northrock Hospital was able to squeeze my cat in later that day and help me be a better pet parent.For the Staff, thank you for your hospitality and eagerness to help me and my animals!As long as my family lives in Wichita we will only bring our animals to Northrock Hospital for Animals.

We cannot express how much it means to know Sprocket was so well taken care of by your staff the last weekend he was alive. We knew his health was declining but we did not expect goodbye would come so soon. During the kennel tour and drop off Savannah was reassuring about his care and very understanding about how much patience it would take to get him up and around, feeding him at slow intervals as well as keeping him cleaned up. When we came to pick him up after his stay we knew he was well taken care of because he was so well adjusted, clean, happy and didn’t even seem to mind if he stayed longer. It was only a few days later we had to make the decision to let him go. Upon returning to North Rock to say our final goodbye he was eager to enter the building and be greeted by staff in a familiar place, a happy place he felt safe. Dr. Linot made the transition so peaceful and gave us a chance to say goodbye, we are forever grateful for her experience and ability to provide the best end of life care. Sprocket was such a huge part of our lives from our daily morning walks, taking him with us in the truck to work at the job sites and modifying our schedules to be with him constantly as he declined. It has been so hard letting our best friend and constant companion go. Every interaction with each of you was so important in making the process bearable for us and allowing us to move forward in peace as we work through our grief.Thank You!
