It's a great store just hard to get into when you're working man that 10 hours a day 6 day a week is life. This store loses a lot of business and customers due to the open door hours. All the competing stores are open when you are not.

Ship to store option is not timely or efficient. If you order more than one item in an order then it is possible that not all your items arrive at the store at the same time. Multiple trips to pickup items and having to wait 3 weeks for items to show up is not acceptable.

I will Never step a foot in this store again. When I'm told I'm not allowed to have my Coach backpack in the store or need to leave it up front due to theft rates. No thank you!!!! I'll take my business elsewhere. Where they value their customers.

Attempted to apply for a job at 6610 W. Kellogg Dr. Wichita KS location. Even with a college degree and another partial degree in IT, military veteran with no criminal background, and no drug history, store owner seemed to only hire white individuals for jobs, regardless of qualification.Response: Everyone who worked at that store was white; so they obviously only hired white people. I highly doubt all of Northern Tools employees have degrees and no criminal or drug background. Not to mention I was called the N word in the area that store is located, so I am not buying it.

I saw online the store had the product I was looking for in stock but there were none on the shelves. So Adrian, Dejuan and Ely looked up the product and went to the back and located the product I was in search of. NEVER has any store from Walmart, Target to Academy ever search the back for a product that showed was in stock, but was not on the shelf. I always get the response, “if it’s not on the shelf, we don’t have it.” Which I’m beyond so happy these young men were in the store; because me and my son were in search for my husbands valentines gift. If they didn’t go the extra mile, we would have been disappointed. I appreciate their great customer service!

The moment I walked into the store the employer told me to pull my hoodie down off my head. It's 42 degrees outside. I just walked into the store. There were 4 gentlemen (white)in line with baseball caps on correctly and one gentleman that walked in after me with a coat on and a cowboy hat on. She didn't stop any of them to tell them to take their hats off. I asked her why do I have to take my hood off. She said cause we need to see your face on the cameras. I immediately felt racially profiled. I did not go farther into the store and told her what I needed. I did not take my Hoodie off. Please Note. This white lady employee of older age about lat 40s early 50s racially profiled me. Her attitude changed when I pulled out my military card at the cash register. We need to do better. #change

Was very easy to order the heater I was needing. I have used the product before. Heaters are great, with several sizes. I am using natural gas. Also bought at blower for the first time. Great prices. Easy to order online.

Great people to work with, from their helpfulness when assisting you in the store from all the way helping you load your items in your car & truck. The Iron-ton brand is always a good option to purchase if these is a similar item to choose from. The brand is made real good and a better value if your on a budget.

The store had NOTHING that was supposed to have been there. Had to order everything except nut drivers! Wished we would have gone to Harbor Freight. Also we ordered our items and now have to wait 2 weeks and then drive back another 80 miles (one way) to pick it up! Not happy!

Cant write a review for the people I spoke with on the phone, so I selected a store. I ordered something on the website ad paid for 2nd day air. UPS messed up and didn't keep track of the package, or update the info in the file or update me on the status of the delivery, nothing.Northern Tool + Equipment not only issued a reorder on my item (with 2nd day air) but also refunded the cost of 2nd day air. Extremely satisfied with the service provided.

I went in to find a vise clamp for my father who lives four hours away. I walk in and wasn’t greeted (least of my worries) I politely ask a woman working if she would help me whenever she had time, she was putting labels on an endcap. She didn’t even say yes, didn’t acknowledge me and just sighed and pulled out her device and just short answered everything “no. Don’t have it, etc.” customer service/people skills were HORRIBLE. I always have a pleasant time when the male employees are working, not only because of their knowledge, but they are so willing to help me find whatever my dad sends me on a mission for. Out of the three ladies only one was willing to help me find what I was looking for and offered suggestions. I felt like I was just such an inconvenience for the other two ladies.

I bought a power washer on 5 /3/22 and it broke down twice I call store asked for manger a man named TJ said can I help you I said sure hope so I don’t want my money back but would it be possible just to swap unit out I think this one is a lemon he said please hold on let me look at something I thought here we go but when Tj returned to phone he said yes so we swapped it out this new one ran just 100 percent right for two days I just want to say thank you Tj it’s nice to deal with honest people

I had no idea this store was even here until tonight. I like the selection of items they have from tools to camping gear and clothing. The prices are very competitive and the employees are friendly. Check out their bargain bins, sales and clearance items for great deals! I will most definitely refer friends here in the future and return myself next time Im in need of a tool or going camping.
