Brought my golden in for the first time recently and Millies did wonderful with his grooming. My dog has seemed much happier since he got groomed here. I liked the location, staff was calm and helpful, all of the dogs I saw there looked great, price is reasonable. I will be back here.

Millie's is the absolute best! Melissa has been grooming my Tzu's for 8 years and we will NEVER trust our babies with anyone else. She isn't cheap, but...you get what you pay for!

I went to Millie's for the first time recently and was so pleasantly surprised in the service I received. My pitt mix pup was way past due for being cleaned up (smelly, dirty) and she was so fresh/clean/happy when I picked her up. What you get for the cost is SO worth it and the individuals who helped me were kind and helpful and you can tell they are there to take care of you and your pup. I already am planning the next visit for my pup. It feels like they're getting pampered. :)

I tried Millie’s after being recommended by a friend. After 2 bad experiences with previous groomers, my pup was very leary about a new place…and so was I. Not only did my pup look amazing, but he was happy and content at the end of his groom! Staff was very courteous and professional. There was absolutely NO pressure for a tip, rather they just mentioned the option as they walked me through their card pay process. They set me up on a grooming schedule and they definitely weren’t trying to get me to come in sooner as I was thinking every 6 weeks and they suggested every 8 weeks due to the shorter length I had chosen. Overall, I am very happy with Millie’s!

Not happy with our experience.Appointment was for 12. Got there and they didn't even start my dog until 245. Said she was done at 330. Picked her up, she looked fine but 3.5 hours without peeing or anything? Poor thing never stopped peeing once we got home. Not sure why the Appointment time if you're not going to get to her for 2.5 hours. It's ridiculous honestly and I needed to move on with my day. We needed to be somewhere when they finally text me she was ready for pick up.Grooming looked good just not happy with making her wait so long 😕

I took my dog here and I have nothing but good things to say! It was an amazing experience from the beginning! I called a few days prior to scheduling and they answered all my questions quickly, and helped me figure out what I wanted and prices before I even came in. Duchess loved it there. The staff are amazing and so sweet. My dog had so much fun and came out looking and smelling amazing!! I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to all of my fellow dog moms!

Millie’s is always great to my dog Oso, and always treat him well when he’s in their care. He’s a very social and happy dog and he loves coming to see his friends at Millie’s! :) we love coming here. Oso always smells so good after his baths.

Originally has a pleasant experience, but after many times of the groomers being too busy to get me in, I had began going elsewhere. My last call ended with being told it had been too long to have my dogs be considered old clients, and they could not be seen. Though I was asking for 8 weeks out. I found the woman on the phone incredibly unprofessional and rude. I’m very disappointed, as the first experience was wonderful.

Being burnt in the past with other dog groomers, I was nervous to take my dogs to Millie's. I have to say that I will not take my dogs anyplace else moving forward. My dogs (German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix) needed to be deshedded and Millie's did such a great job. The price was fair and the customer service was nothing shy of perfect.

Millie’s took such good care of my dogs! I have two large dogs that have never been to a groomers before. I usually bathe them myself but they shed like crazy and it can take over an hour to do so myself so I decided to try a groomers for the first time. I explained that one of my dogs has high anxiety and barely lets me bathe him. Not only did they take that into consideration and were very patient and sweet, they made both of my dogs smell and look so good! Better than I could’ve ever done! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will continue to go here!

When we first started with the previous staff the lady was awesome! Then she left and a new person took over who started out great. I have a lot of health issues that sometimes make it hard for me to get my babies to the groomer but I always called to reschedule. Five days before my next grooming I was informed that we were no longer a good fit for their establishment and no longer welcome. Well I feel they could have called sooner than 5 days before as all of our appointments were scheduled out to the first of the year and now I have to scramble to find a new groomer! Makes me wonder what”a good fit for this business is!”

After doing a lot of research on dog groomers I was excited to get my dog into Millies. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady on the other end asked what kind of schedule we had our dog on. I told her we didn’t have a schedule yet and we were wanting to get her in whenever they had an opening. We weren’t aware our dog should be on a grooming schedule we normally just took her in whenever she needed a trim. The previous groomer we had did an awful job and treated our dog poorly. So it took me quite a while to do research to find a groomer I felt comfortable taking my dog to. Starting a schedule would have been fine but the woman on the phone said they don’t just take dogs whenever and that they weren’t the groomers for us. So just a fair warning if your dog is new to this groomer and is not yet on a schedule then they won’t accept your dog.

After taking my puppy to this facility for several months with no warning after a grooming session after paying and tipping the groomer we were informed that our dog was taking away time from the groomers family therefore we could no longer return. Very unprofessional I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. I wonder how they were treating my puppy.

Wonderful place. Ashley a super groomer and handles our three girls great. One of our aussies is a tripaw and Ashley and Millies employees take extra not to stress the one back leg. I am pretty picky when it comes to my girls. Highly recommend Millies

Clean place that does a great poodle clip. Most groomers don’t do the heads properly but they nailed it.
