Cliff and Annie are a great team. Cliff knows vacuum cleaner repair better than anyone. Despite the demand for his service, he is prompt and provides outstanding repair service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this small business.

I was in trouble. Big, hairy dog and a vacuum that didn't work. I called for service and was told that they could fix my vacuum but service was 2 weeks out! Cliff arranged for me to use a loaner and that saved the day!! I will always highly recommend people who go above and beyond in their service. I recommend Kansas Vacuum Center.

I purchased a vacuum for my whole house system from them. The system was of excellent quality and the service from this local family business was the same! I just have to say a BIG THANK YOU to the folks at Kansas Vacuums Center. I had a vacuum that was not sucking. I "thought" I had looked at all the places where there could be a clog. Couldn't find anything. Decided it must be more than a clog. Took in the vacuum and they put it up on the bench when I came in, even though there were obviously lots of vacuums ahead of me. Did a quick diagnostic look and found the clog! Fixed in on the spot and didn't charge me a nickel! Thanks. Made my Thanksgiving weekend a little cleaner!

This is an exceptional small, family owned business. Old fashioned, honest, truly outstanding service at very reasonable prices. They can repair most any vacuum. They also sell some nice new vacuums, but would probably sell more if they weren't so good at fixing the one you already own.

The reviews does this guy justice! Great customer service, great person, and all round great. I recently bought a Miele vacuum from them not to long ago and my experience dealing with them was just great. He gave me some pretty good recommendations and even gave me a carpet deodorizer for no charge and a free box of bags when I bought my vacuum. I will defiantly be coming back if I ever need anything in the future.

I called every place in wichita looking to replace my shark vacuum belt and the gentleman here was by far the most helpful and friendliest by far. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!! My dyson broke and I couldn’t figure out to fix it. I brought it here and they took care of it. Fixed it up like it was brand new! They even gave me a loaner vacuum while they repaired mine!

I had a very great experience with this store. They didn't happen to have the unit in stock I was looking for, so they ordered it and locked in a sale price for me. Cliff was knowledgeable and very kind. While I was waiting for my vacuum to come in, Cliff called to give me updates. He met the lowest price I could find on the internet, plus he gave me a box of bags. It is not often I find a store that I like more than Amazon, but KansasVacuum Center is one of them.

I recently broke my vacuum. I have a Dyson (the yellow Cyclone 8) and the trigger release on the cylinder broke off and I couldn't keep it closed. I called these guys to see if they could do a repair and they said "Bring it in and we'll do a free estimate for you!" So I made my way over to their store and I was quickly greeted by a gentleman. He said "You must have been the one who called earlier! I think I have what you need in the back!" He ran back and came back quickly. He handed me a whole new cylinder piece. I asked how much it was going cost me and he said NOTHING! I couldn't believe my ears! I didn't know great people existed anymore! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & GREAT PEOPLE!

I searched everywhere for a replacement belt for my vacuum. I went to Kansas vacuum center and they had 2. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They even asked if I’d like them to try to order more to have them in stock in case I needed another.
