Lisa is great with my little dog. My dog has a collapsing trek (neck) and bad knees. My dog is older and very cranky. Linda takes her time and works with my dog and me with all my special instructions. She even comes to my house to trim my other dogs nails and one is 90lbs.

Lisa is so Kind and loving she took such good care of my boy, Roby was so clean and happy when I picked him up, Roby loved Lisa so much he jumped on her counter making a big mess just to see Lisa and to tell her Thank you! I have been going to megan for a few years . Cooper loves her She is a Sweet, Honest, and caring personShe truly cares about the animals she grooms. I take cooperr every three weeks to have a bath, nails trimed then hair dried cut and groomed. I can tell he feels great. Cooper and I alskso loved the two Abby's the first Abby was from petco in derby but moved back home to Michigan the 2nd Abby I started at a place on Douglas. Cooper loved her. We followed her to 3 different locations across town . She finially had her own in derby. Then what was happen for her she was getting married to someone in military and moved to Oklahoma then I'm not sure where. We truly miss her but only wish her the best. It's very important as to how you choose the people to take care of u our pets

My dog and I had our first grooming appointment with Megan, and everything went great. She was a great groomer for my dog. A couple months later I scheduled my next appointment with her and the day of, I show up and the shop says “closed for emergency.” So I reached out to her and she apologized mentioning she didn’t have her schedule with her to cancel and offered me another appointment time a few days later. I thought I would give her a second chance since everything went so well for our first appointment, and everyone has emergencies and makes mistakes sometimes. However, I showed up for the newly scheduled appointment (the time she offered and I made fit into my schedule) and she wasn’t there again. I was told she went to pick up another dog and I could wait for her to come back or leave her with another woman in the shop who never even introduced herself. I’m not one to usually complain but my experience was so unprofessional I felt I needed to caution others. Very nice people but very unprofessional.

Meghan does such an amazing job with Rizzo my shih tzu. He is timid and shy and she is patient and loving with him. She is the only groomer we will ever go to. Highly recommend to anyone!

I only get my dog's nails done here, but they do a great job every time. My dogs seem to love the groomer and she is always very professional.

A small place in the riverside area with a very nice owner who clipped our 3 recued dogs nails for $10 a piece. She was so patient and gentle with them.
