I normally really enjoy firehouse subs service is quick, sandwich is good, but today that was not the case.I walked in today at 1:24 PM, well after the lunch rush and to place an order for one sandwich to go, There was no one in line in front of me at the register and it took them 5 minutes before they took my order,According to the receipt was at 1:29 PM, I waited and waited and waited and finally At 1:52 PM my to go order was finally ready.I typically only order one sandwich every time I’m there and so when I pick this sandwich up it felt lighter than in the past.Got home, took a look at the sandwich and it’s like they forgot the meat on the into inches of both sides of the sandwich, guess I know how come it felt lighter now.While it tasted OK it definitely was notNot made to their normal standards, for appearance or value.Not sure I’ll return anytime soon.As a local guide with over 32,000 views of my reviews and over 1 million views of my photos, my goal is that produce reviews that you like, but factual.If my review was helpful or you enjoyed reading it feel free to check ✔️if you have constructive suggestions on how I could improve my reviews please feel free to leave them.Thanks for reading!

Everybody loves firefighters. Cops...well they have their detractors, but firefighters are beloved. It only makes sense that Firehouse Subs is beloved as well. Great, quick, submarine sandwiches rule the day. Fun for the family. Kids really dig firetrucks. Take your family today.

Friendly atmosphere and good subs. I loved the meat ball sub and their Philly steak sub. Employees are very friendly and fast. The place was clean and not very busy.

Team really enjoyed this meal. Had a working lunch. Ordered using the website and it was effortless. Order was correct and ready for pick up when promised. Only concern was they gave the option for initials on the packages and they did not make it onto the sandwiches. Slowed us down for just a moment. Would recommend for group lunches again

The food was good and the service was excellent. The owner came over and sat with us during our lunch and talked to my dad the entire time. This is relevant because my dad has dementia and loves talking to people about his experiences in Eastern Asia and Vietnam. My dad doesn't know a stranger.. She sat and truly listened to everything he was saying. She even shared stories about her grandfather and it was an awesome experience. She made my dad feel great and that meant the world to me. We will definitely go back. Bravo firehouse!!!! 😀

It was a very nice spacious location with very friendly staff. The service was fast and the food was just how I wanted it. The restrooms were clean and we'll maintained. I honestly have no complaints, if you like Firehouse Subs and are in Wichita this is the place to go.

I am a very avid guest to this firehouse subs location. I have always been more than satisfied until today…. The prices of my usual sub is increasing, it was not by much but the price did go up. But it would not be a huge deal, if the sub I received under the “large” size wasn't noticeably small than all of my other many visits. More money for less food…. Good job firehouse🙄

Been here many times and love it. But tonight I watched several people wait over 20 minutes for their food. Not to mention we asked for no onions and no tomatoes and they were on our sandwiches. While waiting we noticed the help was very very confused as to who got what order. Definitely won't come in if the same people are working.

My daughter raved about this place and how good it was. Personally I won't be back. Nothing special and they couldn't get my order right. 2 people that came in after me got their food before me. I had a sandwich and macaroni and cheese. I asked about mine when the 1st one got his. They said mine was next wasn't even close. They finally found it at the end by the front door. The lady that took my order acted as though she was annoyed by me when I told her i had never been there before. She asked if i wanted a pickle i said yes never got that. Needless to say i will never go back.

We took our 8 year old daughter and two friends there for her birthday dinner last night. The meal was perfect. Delicious sandwiches, 99 cent kid's meals and a free dessert for the birthday girl. One employee even asked about her birthday and showed a sincere interest in the kids. The employees were gracious about honoring coupons too. All five of us ate for $23. We will be definitely visit again, even though we live across town.

We ordered a Firehouse salad and MD Smokehouse on a gluten free bun combo meal. While the food was delicious, we were surprised the our cost was over $22. The service was average. We have to order gluten free in our family and wanted a change. We got little change back from this carry out order.

Service was very good & accommodating. Looking forward to trying the loaded potato soup as they were out. Had the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar brisket which was very good. Will definitely return.

Oh my goodness, was this place delicious! Stacked with meat and veggies and served warm, these sandwiches kick your regular sub/sandwich joint's butt! As a daughter of a firefighter I loved all the fire station memorabilia decorating the restaurant. The drinks, chips, and cookies are what you'd get or expect from any other sandwich place. The sandwiches, however, are so much better! It's nice to not see them counting slices of meat on your sandwich. The honey ham was juicy and flavorful. The dressings weren't thick and heavy. You have to wait a bit for your food, but once you get it and bite into it, you'll forgive them for taking so long. Absolutely scrumptious!
