This store is definitely not organized. Looks like the inventory that comes is way to much for the workers.its always piled up with boxes it becomes a real challenge to shop for what I need. Don't know if it's the manager or what

The store isnt stocked at all they have u boats from front to back we almost tripped over a box that was in the isle there one person running the whole store and it looks like a tornado went through the store

This is the worst family dollar I have been to. It used to be really nice but has gone down hill really fast. The store is always filthy, boxes and products setting in the middle of isles. There is trash and boxes behind the registers someone could easily trip and fall in this store. I refuse to go there anymore and world rather drive to the Dollar General, or a regular store. Edit. I've gone back to the store and it's still a disaster if not worse 4 months after my review.

Do not buy electronics from this store they will not give you a refund even with a receipt and not even 2 weeks old never been opened this is how they get rid of their junk folks do not shop here my phone was stolen Monday from here because they put Poles on their carts where you can't even take your stuff outside and have your stuff get stolen when you turn your back to take it out to the car what a joke of a place I hope they look up how much money I have spit in their store and realize I'm never coming back

4/1/23 I just moved into the area in December and finally got a chance to go into the store. The store was a hot mess shelves a hot mess. Boxes in every aisle. I walked in the cashier was talking to someone never spoke to me. Someone else walked in she was still talking to the same person but spoke to the next customer that walked in.The only way I will go to this store again is out of no other option. I will find another Family Dollar to go to.

The Family Dollar at 4040 S Meridian. HELP!!! There is shipping boxes everywhere and empty shelves to be stocked. Store needs cleaned...maybe just sweeping would help. Product is everywhere, on the floor and in different places throughout the store. They really need help here. All the Family Dollar stores I have shopped at are great. Please help this one because they can become great too!!!!

I like the store and the employees are always nice. The only complaint I would have is that it's always really messy and for a while it just had really odd hours. It's still one of my favorites and I still go religiously although it could stand to be more organized.

I regret shopping here it’s by far it’s so nasty the workers there the two white ladys had a nasty attitude and sit around they don’t even organize their products everything is thrown around everywhere the place is rotten there is mold in the fridge. IM HONESTLY WORRIED ABOUT THE PUBLICS HEALTH, I feel like as soon as u walk in u can catch a stomach virus. LIKE ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DISINFECT THE STORE N CLEAN IT UP. I WONDER HOW MANAGEMENT ALLOWS THIS. This is the worst family dollar u can step foot in.

Was out of every item I needed except one.Would be a lot better if they would allow management to actually make the inventoryList and Order what is needed rather than Corporation thinking they know what they need.I have personally never worked there but As a random customer I wasn't impressed By the availability of in-store items

I WANNA KNOW HOW THEY GOT 4.0 stars this FAMILY DOLLAR IS ASSS, the smell is horrible, EVERYTHING IS THROWN ON THE FLOOR , there is no proper management, the place stinks, THE CO WORKERS ARE LAZYYYY THEY WONT MOVE FROM THEIR SPOT N IF U ASK THEM TO GET U ANYTHING THEYLL HAVE A NASTY WRINKLED UP FACE LIKE MAM WE KNOW UR OLD AND UR FACE IS ALL JACKED UP U DONT NEED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHILE WORKING IN A NASTY STORE THAT U CANT MAINTAIN.

One of the nicest and cleanest Family Dollar Stores I've been in so far. I havn't had any problems in there. I always expect much better deals even with the store coupons and app. In my opinion, I think these stores are still way to expensive and not much savings to have the word "Dollar" in the name. I keep visiting in hopes that some day I will still find a good deal. Thank You.

EDIT: this family dollar is filthy. Worst one in town. The new manager is doing a horrible job. Junk is EVERYWHERE!Why has this location been shut and locked, essentially abandoned for two days now?Edit: been shut and locked for a full WEEK now!

They are extremely clean and well organized. The isles are a little close together which made shopping with my littles just a bit inconvenient. Also they don't carry the same dollar wipes or dollar hand soap as the other family dollar I usually go to which was disappointing. With a baby and a family of six I love the dollar items at the other store while I'm in the phase of teaching the kids the proper amount of soap and toilet paper. Overall though it was a pleasant trip with a pleasant cashier.

I would give a full five stars if it wasn’t for the lady cashier with dark hair who’s always there in the mornings. She’s nice, but tends to have a bad habit of texting and talking on her cell phone while she’s ringing up customers. Not very professional.

Cleanest Family Dollar I've ever been in. Truly. And both employees were very friendly even tho I was there right before closing time . It was a good shopping experience for a errand I did not want to run .. kudos on the cleanliness too

Managers committing time clock fraud the store is a complete and total disaster if I could rate it less than one star I would management needs to be changed out the store needs to be cleaned back up and I might update this later with pictures 90% of the shelves are completely empty but all the products are there just packed in boxes sitting in the middle of the aisle absolutely disgraceful Family Dollar for hiring that manager who destroys your store

Each time I go there I'm disappointed because they never have what I need. I had my doubts this morning as I headed there for disinfecting wipes. This store is supposed to open at 8 but was not open. I called the store and the lady wasn't able to get in the safe so could not open store. That's the last time I try that store. Walmart is right down the street.

This family Dollar used to be very nice it seems here lately it is very disorganized. Just left with out buying anything due to their systems going down they made everyone in the store leave because they could not check anyone out. In all the years I’ve been shopping I’ve never been asked to leave the store because their systems are down ?? I just don’t get it??
