Since it's not posted so everyone knows you can not return electronics.. They put Poles on the door so you can't take your $200 worth of merchandise to your car you have to carry it out and hope nothing gets stolen like i got, Done to me. Go to Walmart.

New Manager accused me of STEALING‼️Went to find a black beanie which all they had was kids beanie. Tried on to see if it fit and it did. Then decided to get a candle which I put back and here comes the new manager saying “really I have you on camera” accusing me of stealing while she laughed. I paid for the item as I ALWAYS DO‼️ when I come to this particular store which Is always. I politely ask one the employees if she was new and they said yes. This lady needs to be trained better or fired because that was terrible to accuse someone of stealing. I have to much money in life to steal anything. Maybe that might be her specialty in life but it’s DEFINITELY NOT MINE‼️

First off if you don't have a public restroom shut your doors... My elderly mother had to go !!! They told her it's not a public restroom. Second I went to pay for two bottles of shampoo for a dollar each and the lady toke then from me and said she couldn't sale them to me.. she said the register said no sale!!So let me get this straight no public restroom and stock items with Price tags are now not for sale?

Was greeted at the door as I walked in. The store was clean, the shelves were stocked and orderly. I found what I wanted at a great price.

Perfect for getting food and household Items for anybody getting back on their feet, just starting out, or counting pennies. There are a few items that are cheeper elsewhere but I can buy everything I need here. Most of the poor reviews are just picky people I have NEVER had a single problem nor complaint and been going here for years. Yes there are carts in the isles sometimes when the staff is restocking. But a store like this, you can only imagine trying to keep up restocking. Love the staff, Love the store.

Maybe it's just me but I feel as if a person should hand me my receipt instead of sitting my change and receipt down for me to pick up when I'm right in front of them. Cashier was not polite and I didn't think she wanted to returned a smile. Will not be going back in that store ever.

I usually shop at the family dollar at seneca n 2nd street. I was surprised to see that 'my'family dollar is so much cleaner and already stocked for Christmas, while the s seneca location was just a mess, honestly. Maybe lack of employees, I'm wondering. But at 'my'location, I am always greeted right when I step in the door, at this one I couldn't tell if the guy hanging out at the cashier stand was a customer on his phone or what until I checked out, thats when I realized he was an employee ! Anyway I did find what I needed!

I love this store! This is my favorite Family Dollar Store in my area. The staff are super nice and know me as soon as I walk in the door. I love coming here!

The employees were really nice, but the store was a wreck. I couldn't hardly get a cart down half of the aisles because there were stocking carts and boxes everywhere.
