Based on my experiences here, this store is not the best or worst. Customer service hasn't been great based on various interactions. Store is not that clean. It's normally well stocked though. Wouldn't be my first recommendation or last.

All three pair of sweatpants I bought there the seams came out. Nice and soft but they don't stay together. Also I was reading an article about recalled antacids shampoos and such cold medicines even. I like to shop the reduced shelf. Not anymore that's where they put the recalled items they're not supposed to sell recalled items. Family Dollars just as shady as Dollar general. You cannot sell recalled items that's a federal offense especially when it's to do with cold medicines and antacids. Can I say big fat lawsuit is in order.

I walked to this store today just like a large portion of their customers because, quite frankly, if I was driving I would go to a better store. As usual the store employees make a big production out of the fact that I carry a backpack (how else am I supposed to carry 30 pounds of items) and tell me I have to leave it at the register. The default position is that anyone who carries a backpack is a thief although baby strollers and purses are just fine. This is ironic because Family Dollar is actually the thief because out of the 5 SKUs I purchased 2 rang up twenty percent higher than the shelf tag. Even the items that ring up correctly are obscenely high (example: $4.50/gal Milk that is $1.79 at Dillon's). Better choices in the area are Dollar General or Braum's.

Very good food and convenient but tall lady and guy has a bad attitude. It should be illegal for workers to give buying customers attitude.

Store had something blocking every isle, worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The "manager" was yelling at my pregnant gf and I and all we were trying to do was get the corporate number to file a complaint and she refused to give it to us and then called the cops trying to say we were trying to start a fight. I would not recommend anyone going to this store. Worst shopping experience ever.

Manager follows you around store because your looking at things then proceeded to walk away after you check out! Pretty sad that people like that profile you when you have never been in the store but yet watched down each isle! Im sorry sir do i look like i steal?! I hurried up and grabbed stuff i didnt need because he made me very uncomfortable

Went today for a few things and it was nice clean and friendly staff not trashy like some other family dollar stores here in town it's like some stores don't care about their customers and how clean their store is but this location very nice and we will return again thank you

This store is a new addition to my neck of the woods & is closer to me than any other offering what they offer,which means a lot as I'm on a fixed income & walk a lot times. The staff has always been helpful & polite when I've had questions.
