Went to this location that is out of my normal way. Ordered (2) iced coffees with cream and no sugar. 20 minutes later when I get home, these are a diabetic drink, tastes like they intentionally put triple sugar in them. I tried to call the location and they will not answer the phone. This time of day, they were dead, not another customer in sight.2-25-2024 3:15PM

Snacking bacon is gross. Manager was rude. Said it is on the sign inside and outside that they serve the bacon room temp. It's not on the inside sign, so I asked her how I would know that. She said it's on the outside sign. Again, ordering inside, i asked her how i would know that. She didn't respond and walked away. For fun, we checked the outside sign... It's not on there either. Tried to call to let rude manager know, and they don't answer the phone... ever. Would give NO stars if I could.

This Dunkin' is both nice and clean. The food is good as well as the service. However, my biggest pet peeve here is corporate waste and environmental impact. There is a large dumpster behind the store. Instead of donating their old donuts to the homeless shelter like the other baked goods places in Wichita, they put them in this dumpster. There are volunteers who can come pick them up. This is a huge waste of perfectly consumable food for people who otherwise may not eat. It is also causing a mounting pest problem with the birds and rats that I have seen scavenging this dumpster for said donuts. It is not good for the animals to eat that. Why not get someone to talk to corporate? I just see this as a HUGE disappointment from the chain. It is likely going to result in me messaging corporate. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 5. If they fix this problem, I will fix my review. (E-mail was sent to corporate.)

I come here almost every morning, at first the service was absolutely amazing but since they have gotten new management and workers the past few months have been absolutely horrible!.. yesterday I was in and it wasn't very busy at all and I waited for 10 minutes at the counter, ( the manager and 2 other workers even looked at me and said nothing!) before anyone even acknowledged I was there then about 5 minutes later someone came and took my order!. Sometimes my drinks are not even made the way I ask to be made!.Then today I go through the driver thru and order a hot latte ( large) and it wasn't even all the way full!. 😡 But yet they want to charge you $6.00 for a latte they fill half way!. I have pictures of this but for some reason I can't post them!.I am about to be done as a customer and take my service somewhere else..

I've read some.of these reviews and can't believe some of it. But again I've also been in the drive thru line when it's been wrapped around the whole building and the inside of the store was packed full of people. I can say I have been to several locations in the Wichita area. This location is by far the best of all of them. The food quality, the coffee is always perfectly made, and the customer service even when yes they are slammed is superb! By 2ish they are usually pretty low on donuts but they don't mind telling you what's left. My only pet peeve and it's a peeve, is when they put the chocolate covered donuts in the bags upside down. Sometimes I can't get to mine until after I get the day going at work n all the chocolate is stuck to the bottom of the bag. That's literally the only "complaint" I have. Keep doing fantastic guys! I also work retail and some customers u just can't satisfy but yall are doing great! I moved further away and I'll still drive allll the way out of my way just to come to this location. Just got two large lattes, and 4 sides of potatoes. 2 of my sides are inedible; they’re stale and hard (the other 2 were fine), and my coffees are both filled up only halfway?????? Tried calling to ask for a refund, but they don’t answer so, now I’m debating going in person or just throwing then into the garbage and learning my lesson to never to here again.

Sometimes I just have to shake my head…Ordered an everything bagel and coffee. Got a plain bagel (with about 10 black sesame seeds) and my coffee.OK, still a bagel and not a huge deal, so I go and wait at the counter again to ask, “Is this an everything bagel”?“Yes it is”, I was told, so I sat back down, ate my plain bagel and thought, “I hate being taken for a fool.”So, I’m posting a picture of my “everything bagel” in case this is what the new ones happen to look like.

I always place a mobile order 20 minutes before arrival and will still have to wait 10-15 minutes after you have to get staffs attention to get any kind of help. It seems it is their first day every day, staff have no idea what is going on, they loose receipts for orders or forgot to make the order, consistency with products is absent. I typically have to just drive to derby to get my dunkin fix, which sucks because this location is so close to my house. Nothing about this location is fast or accurate, no one wants to start their day with any of these inconveniences.

We picked up donuts for my son's 4th birthday. (October 19th) there was not a big selection at the time we went (roughly 10am). The lady helping us was so patient with my 4 year old picking out donuts one by one for his best friend. I did not get her name but she was great, wish I would of. She definitely deserves some brownie points. For donuts, if you are wanting a large amounts of a certain selection, I would recommend trying to order them in advance. Overall it was great.

We’re visiting family and visit this location because there are few coffee options in a 3 mile radius. 8/10 times this location gets our order wrong: a large cup filled with 6oz coffee; added sugar syrup when we requested without; missing donuts; missing cream… the list goes on. They don’t even care either when we enter the store and nicely ask for a correction.

I go to this location often, and it’s always so hit or miss, you cannot rely on the service. About 50% of the time my drink is made incorrectly. Recently I ordered a medium cold brew with cold foam, three vanilla flavor shots, and two packets of sweet n low. I got a cold brew, no cold foam, and vanilla flavor swirls, which made the drink so sweet it was undrinkable. I tried to say something to the woman working, but she was talking on the phone.

Normally Dunkin is pretty good. I always get the same drink, have for a long time. This was only the 3rd time I've been to this location and they never seem to get my drink right. I ordered a Charlie and they seem really confused. When I got my drink it was just cold brew with sweet foam. Which it good in itself, but when your spending over 6 dollars and expecting caramel, it's very disappointing. She also added sugar packets to my daughter's iced mocha, which I thought was weird but she loved it. Oh well, next time I'll just order differently

Went to this location for the first time yesterday. Didn’t add cold foam that was ordered. Dumped out most of the ice and put the cold foam on with new lid. Went today. Usual mobile order went in at 6:56am for drive through. Didn’t get to the window until 7:17. Coffee is right, food isn’t. Maybe 6-8 vehicles in front of me.

I visited the Duncan at just east of 47th ST S and Broadway. This was not a location I had visited before. I had no idea what to order and on recommendation of the young man who worked here I ordered the chocolate cold brew. It was the best cold brew drink I have ever had!!! And yes...I asked for the chocolate whip topping and cookie crunches on top too!!The one thing I would ask is that Duncan start posting a calorie board b/c this is a drink with no caloric info, whip topping caloric info or cookie crunch caloric info. And since this was a splurge day I was still trying to keep track. The staff had to take the extra time to help me figure out the total...a Full On Ordered Chocolate Cold Brew in Small with all of the toppings is around 850 calories!!!! Although, I did get mine made with Almond milk which cost extra. FYI: All Non-dairy Items Cost Extra.This may just be my new splurge day treat...but the only one I get on this day 😃SOOoooo Worth It 💜

I went to order an irish cream cold brew, which on this particular drive thru menu was called "cup o cheer" that's how I ordered it and the lady didn't seem to know what it was till I said Irish cream and there was a long pause and she was like "oh okay, yeah we have that, sorry" so I said a large one, and she asked if I wanted cream and I just said "however it comes is fine" again just going off the menu screen. When another voice comes on over the speaker literally shouting so loud my 8 year old daughter jumped and went "THIS DRINK ONLY COMES WITH CREAM IF YOU ADD IT IN, OTHERWISE IT'LL JUST BE THE IRISH CREAM" I was so shocked at this treatment that I almost just drove off, but since my child was in my car with me I took the high road as she had wanted a donut, and I even explained that my child was in the car and to please not come at me like that I'm only going off what the menu screen is telling me, and to yes please add cream thank you. This whole experience was quite alarming and there was no apology at the window. I will never go back to this location, and will probably hold off going to others for quite a whileP.s. I'm a general manager at a local shop, and have been in coffee management for almost 10 years, and that kind of treatment would have got them sent home on the spot(only went cuz my daughter wanted a donut)

Mediocre quality food at this Dunkin, service is good some days others they rush you out of the window by slamming the window in your face but yet don’t rush to get the orders done. Wait time in line can be as quick as 4 minutes or as long as 10. Not too, bad good donuts though.

Great coffee for the morning which was fantasticI love it the food is quite decent had myself a sandwich. Service was nice they didn't judge me for coming in sloppy when I woke up five in the morning with my hair in a mess. Basically the vibe was nice felt at ease. And had great convo with staff.Parking: Parking clean. Plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: It is friendly to kids and nice I'm sure it's a business and if they talk to Dunkin manager hole this assistant was nice also leave yourself a review

It always has a long line but as you know it's worth the wait. Great job Duncan forgiven Starbucks a run for their money. I love that your coffees are reasonably priced. The only feedback would be to start serving jam, butter or jelly with your croissant sandwiches. They can be so dry and hard to swallow.

When I go through the drive through or order on the app, my order is never correct. Most recently I ordered four donuts and a coffee in the drive through and only 3 of the donuts were correct. Not a huge deal because it's all dangerously delicious, but kids get upset about that sort of thing. I recommend ordering inside.
