This is the best company I've found who are nice and are willing to do what they can to help! They helped me when it was the post office as well as they help so many nonprofit organizations if you look through their website. I have never ordered bugs through anyone else and I never will as long as they are open 😊 as well as the lady who helped me that one time I had a problem did so wonderful I hope she gets the raise she deserves because she was on top of it and had answers as well as options for me in minutes! Orders always come fast! Only once did I get my package on the day it was “supposed” to be here. Other times, it arrived 2-3 days earlier. Checking emails and tracking is definitely a must. Can’t beat all bugs alive on arrival and being the accurate size. Dubia is definitely a must.

I have have a Bearded Dragon for about 4 months. Dubia has and ALWAYS be my go to site to get feeders,snacks, and terrariums. They're prices can't be beat and they always give me extra feeders which I love. The cool stickers are always a plus. Never had anything bad come from them and would recommend to anyone with a reptile! 👏

I have never had a bad experience. Sometimes the quality wasnt what i would have expected for the price… and immediately I was offered replacement or refund with no questions. I am a bi weekly subscriber for our 3y/o beardie and I appreciate you!

I ordered 200 dubia roaches and superworms and other items as well. I received my items in a nice box they also put the shipping instructions on for the mail man which I loved. On opening my box noticed there was another box inside n I could hear the roaches. Opened everything else my superworms worms I ordered were supposed to be large. They weren't even an inch long. Yes there's instructions on the opening the roaches but there's no where on the website that says roaches are delivered in a box and not in a container. I had to catch all of them so they weren't running all over my house.

If there was less than 1 star I would have given it.I ordered from dubia multiple times, one time they offered a discount on certain sizes(L/xl) (I guess overstock needs to sell fast)So I took it. They sent me (mind you $100 order)About %30 dead roaches, and about %30 more XL+ size when I specifically ordered Large.When I addressed the customer service the dragged it for about a week asking me for pictures of the box I received it in (who keeps a carton box of insects for a week?!) and the original invoice that they obviously have on my account. At the end the rep replied with “I can not help you or replace your order”Not once did I complain before. I even attended a picture.This is disgusting and I feel like they’re taking advantage of people and send them what works best for the company’s inventory, not what the customer orders.Many groups online speak about the shady customer service they have lately and I still gave benefit of the doubt. I regret I did.Order from anywhere else, youll be happier guaranteed!
