I did not appreciate the lady working this morning being so judgmental and talking behind customers back I'm so glad she's never been tight on money my bills are paid I have food in my house my vehicle has a full tank of gas it is a Dollar tree after all she should keep her comments to herself and have more work ethic. I would love her to know my purchase was worth it 😉

Listen. These cashiers make $9.00 an hour and are only promised 4 hours a week. We do our best to give them what we can that means we run on smaller crews. Labor hours aren't unlimited. This location closes at 7pm for safety, y'all know where you live. If you are complaining in store you are taking to the wrong people and our hirer ups are no help to us. We do what we can with what we have. Smile and we smile back but if you want to come in and razzle just know we are prepared to dazzle and you get what you give. Rude. I realize this is a discount store, but just because this is either the only job you could get or the only one that was willing to hire you doesn’t mean you need to be rude to your customers just because they walk in 15 minutes before you close. Tone of Voice means everything.

Pictures are not of this location, and show lady holding advertisement for items that are $1. Prices are now $1.25 which makes the picture inaccurate as well as decreased value. Keep driving to dollar general where they still have $1 items. This dollar tree in particular during my last visit rang me up for 20 items, when In fact I only choose 18 and my sacks only had 18 items. Upon going back in to have this fixed the cashier/ast manager argued with me over a cash refund, when in fact i was over charged so a refund was due. Ended up getting the refund before leaving. Check your receipt and ALWAYS ASK FOR ONE

This Dollar Tree is usually pretty good at keeping things on the shelves, but not this day, seems a few shelves were empty & they didn't have enough hands on deck.

Went there 4 days ago… manager outside saying she can’t let anyone cause she has no cashier…. Went by today… no sign on door… says it’s open at 10am.. 11:40 on a Sunday. Doors locked. Went there another time and they are waiting at foot yelling we close in ten minutes. They obviously don’t want business. I won’t be back.

I always go get the last minute things I need or have forgotten and my son loves the Brisk teas I can only find at the Dollar Tree stores

Two of the associates opened the store late last week. Things happen at least put up a sing that is helpful and appreciated. Also they were both rude and unapologetic. They other store associate's a much more polite and helpful.

I do not appreciate the way I was treated in your store today. I asked a worker not knowing she was a worker and she was very rude and disrespectful, I asked her if she worked there and she looked at me rolled her eyes and said “duh” very rude. Then I asked her if they had any like play fake money for my little brother. She proceeded to say “fake money ?” very rude disgusting way like she thought I was stupid or something, I told her respectfully that it was from my little brother then she said “it should be down the toy aisle” I said I looked and I didn’t find any she walked over looked and said “ya we don’t have any, sorry” very sarcastically. You guys need better employees. Very disappointed.😤

The store is clean and well stocked. It is, however, severely understaffed. Only one employee on the floor that I could see and he was running the register. This is common in this store. This and closing the store due to no one showing up for work. Happens more often than one would think.

This particular Dollar tree was nicely stocked, came in around 10:30 a. M Friday. Customer Service was the Best! Definitely coming back!

I've been in and out this store along since it came to the area sometimes the shelves are full and sometimes there close to bare but it's still awesome it's there

Doors weren't open at 10:00 like sign says people had to for a cashier to show up .. Make sure your workers come to work on time.. Over a half hour wait

Brand new location at Pawnee and George Washington Blvd. Lots of stuff at $1.25 Inflation has hit . Downside, only 2 emplyees working as a result taskes a while to put up new stock.
