Great few experiences here but still a couple things. Location isn't the best, in a rough area a lot of abandoned building right by with graffiti. Another, not the best selections overall. Lastly, customer service is awesome, however my last experience a lady came a little too much in her customer service, she kept flirting with me and then when I turned to look and said that's it after she showed me where I could look she stood around waiting for something and she just kept expecting something when that was it, so I then bought my things she laughed and kept giving me flirting looks and then when I acknowledged her service as good enough she got short and said ok as in disrespectfully. Very unprofessional and she makes every visit awkward. Idk if she's got numbers and flirts with customers on the daily but it made me not want to go back yet everyone else has made it a great experience.

Great product and the staff makes this store! The only reason I gave a 4 was because the parking kinda stinks (as in it the parking lot is pretty rough). There is one lady who works in there that has the most contagious laughter. They make you feel at home! Will definitely shop there again!

The new store manager is very unprofessional and rude. I have been shopping at this store for the last 10 years. I considered this one of the best. But watching this manager treating her customers so rudely made it clear to me that they will not get my business.

I love Dollar General in Wichita, Kansas! The stores are neat, and staff are friendly and helpful. What I really love is that I can buy a variety of items at low or reasonable costs without having to go into larger stores. And, they are close to home and work!

Cashier had a great attatude serving a long line of customers.He did a fantastic job to give best service that all in this line were happy and not stressed during the time each customer was checked out him with a kind word and a smile I too left with a smile At the end of wait.

Recently remodeled, this Dollar General is a nice place to shop. The ladies who work there are nice and pleasantly funny. They stay open to 9pm exactly every night, even if I walk in at 8:55pm. 5 stars!!

I am not quite yet ready to give this place 5 stars. All the jerks need to be fired first. Be glad cause about a year ago this would have gotten 1 star and a flame comment. Fix the effin air conditioning and i will give you that final star

The employees are awesome, manager Tiffany is really cool, she dealt with some issues i had with other employees being extremely rude to me. They were fired btw. I am a daily reg.

When you need snacks for the game or just something for dinner the Dollar General is the place to go grab it. Prices are low and the variety of things you can buy there is great! Glad that we have one in our town.

As I walked in. The 2 girls working, WELCOMED ME TO THE STORE... One of the girls was 2 isles over and peeked around the isle SMILING! !!I'm new to the State of Kansas, and the store. But everything was set up just as the ones I'd been in before. But alas, I had to take them away from their work and ask if they had a certain item. The girl excused herself and was right back, but with a DG BRAND, She explained that her Brand was in stock but didn't have the brand I asked for and she was sorry, they usually have it But was out and she would ask her Mgr. about it. So, to make my very long story short. I went in for one item and spent two hours shopping. Both the girls were laughing and communicating with customers while doing their job and enjoyed working there. I retired this last year from 35 years of retail, and I was TRUELY IMPRESSED!! I know how hard you work in Retail and if you go to Oklahoma, you won't see the type of young ladies working like that not to mention they were multitasking like clock work. (and putting out stock) I wish now I nd got their names. But they were very busy. And I can't wait to shop there again. The DG on Douglas is the same way. Only I noticed they have mainly young Men working, and their always in the same mind set. THUMBS UP to THE MGRS. And Regionals who have proven to me they must be Good People and Care about theire own. Okay. I'll stop rambling. Just very impressed with your people. Have a Wonderful Evening. MiMi....

This is the most friendly DG store I've ever gone to. Its better than the one in the Delano area! That's for sure.i think i will go to the one over on the Eastside over by Hillside. I WILL NEVER go to the one over here in the Delano area again.

Super friendly employees but not one of the nicer stores. They have a good selection of medchandise and a lot of the times I can find things at this store that the other stores are out of .

Pretty acceptable place to pick up something you need, quick and cheap. Sometimes the lines are long but that doesn't affect me as I typically go at night time.

Dont go there it is horrible I wouldn’t wish this store on my worst enemy takes forever to get helped long lines Employees look like they always on breaks etc.. Management is combative and argumentative with customers on returns making up stories will never go back to this store again had to go to a different Dollar General to get my issues resolved and employees where very kind and understanding at that store so not understanding why this store sucks so much must be management

In honesty, I have to say," you get what you pay for but if you only have just so much money, you can get more of a variety here and the employees are great!

Would not suggest visiting the boulevard plaza location. Much needed street repair. The holes will swallow your car.
