Love the store! Am always greeted when I enter. Manager seem to be busy keeping the store stocked when I visit but never to busy to ask if she can help me find anything. Will jump right on the register when the cashier needs backup. They seem to have mutual respect for one another and the employees seem to reflect the positive attitude of the manager! Good job everyone!

Has really gone downhill with the new, recent staffing. Loud, obnoxious, and rude customer service (or lack of). They are more concerned with pushing customers out the door by refusing to sell product and locking the doors early (before posted closing time) so they can leave, particularly on a Friday or Saturday night. One cashier that was working was actually outside verbally screaming and cursing at someone a while back. Disgraceful. If it were not for the convenience, I would not give further patronage to this store due to their poor customer service.

I dont care who you are, rich or poor. This is a awesome store and the lovely ladies behind the registers whom my fiance and I talked and shared laughs with were so cool. Tnere is nothing like walking out of a store with a smile on our face free of charge! 🙂

Messy. Baskets full of stuff left in isles. They person running register was unwelcoming, rude and has no compassion of disabled people. I come to the store for the amazing prices and location. But the people that work there are horrible.

Amazing staff. always welcoming. DG app rewards are very rewarding and on point! Do the surveys cuz it pays off.Also, James @ DG is extremely helpful & knowledgeable when shopping for yourself and your Family!!

This DG is probably one of the cleanest in southeast Wichita.I shop here a couple times a month for little stuff. The store is normally well kept, clean and friendly staff.Compared to other DG's in the area, this one is like shopping in Towneast Mall.I would recommend this store.

I go to this store regularly and i have always been pleased with the service and friendliness of the employees. Checkout is quick and easy and they always load my sacks right as i walk to the store and back home.

No grocery but do have frozen and cold goods. Clover Valley! From China! Honey in bears! Marshmallow fluff. Must be one of these near Heaven! Not in Heaven, there it would be the $0 store!

No spray disenfectant, hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol. I haven't been able to purchase any disenfectant, not even DG brand, there in 5 weeks. I work in a healthcare facility and find this to be very frustrating.Extremely heavy set cashier, rubbing her face and wiping her nose with her fingers, while handling customers merchandise and money. Staff wore no PPE. Saw no hand sanitizer.

I always have excellent customer service at the register and needing help finding anything and the store is always clean and almost Everytime I come into the store there eaither cleaning or stocking new items. I love the experience I have Everytime I come to this location to shop. Good job dollar general

When I write a review, even if it's bad I try to say something positive about it. It's just dirty and ghtetto at this particular location. There are other DG stores that are great, but not this one.

The store is so clean and it is organized so you can get what you need and get on to your next errand. The employees know their stock so if you cannot find what you need they can tell you whether they carry that item or where it is in the store.

The cashier who ended up being the store manager was very rude , someone mistakenly placed an item out of that value section ...that I tried to purchase. I was told that I should know that it was a stock item of a higher price. She then proceeded to tell me that it is not her job to see that the items on the shelves are in the right place. She did not wear a name tag and claimed that she was the store manager Diana. Terrible service

The Mexican lady that works at night always closes the store down 20 minutes before time!!!! I will be calling corporate on her because that is very rude and against the law....I came her at 9:40pm the store doesn't close untill 10pm and yet she locks the doors and won't let customers in....it's the fat Mexican lady she should be fired....

I've been disappointed many times with the store not being open on time, and with it being understaffed. My husband has even had to leave money on the counter because there was no one to check him out for a very long time.

It would be nice if you would change the store hours online instead of just on the front door! It says 10pm on line but drove there and it now says closes at 9pm! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

We we're at Walmart and wanted to get a wedding card and they were all $4 or more. Dollar General had a nicer one for only $1.
