Did not offer me a receipt. Debit/credit card machine needs cleaned or replaced as it almost doesn't work. Parking lot is strange with only one entrance and an abandoned movie rental building but this location gets busy at night and will only have one cashier when the line is 3-4 people deep sometimes more. Closes at 9pm they are NOT OPEN UNTIL 10 like it says on here

I went to this store on 12/14/21 at 4:45sh. I in there to see if they had any 90%off fall items. I walked around the store and since I did not find anything. I walked out. As I'm getting in my truck, I see the cashier walking out look at me like I did something, then, another customer walks out looking at me as well. I get in my car, he walks in the store shaking his head, I settled in my car, put my sit belt and he comes out again with his phone on his hand like he is about to take a picture of my car, customers are standing out watching me (I don't know what he said after I left to them that they were so intrigued to what was going to happen) I lowered my windows and ask him, do you need anything? Is everything okay? And he answers no, do you? With an attitude! Horrible experience, never coming to this location, just because I'm not buying anything doesn't mean I'm stealing!

I was very happy when this location opened near my.house. there is another location not far from my.house as well however that location is less desirable. The workers pay more attention to yelling at each other from opposite ends of the store vs the customers. They are always on smoke break or being loud. It grows old. So I was elated when I new dollar general opened near me. Easily accessible. Process are okay. Keeps me away from Walmart sometimes 😁

I had quit going to that location a while back due to the appalling customer service from one of the employees(I believe she was a supervisor) . It seems she is no longer there. Nice to be able to go back to this one as it is much closer. Even nicer not to be treated as an unwelcome interruption just for walking through the door. Having to listen to employee make fun of each customer after they leave, or being hateful and rude for usually no reason what so ever then bragging about it with whoever will listen. Anyone who was in there from past year and a half-ish through at least March-ish of this year(when i quit going to that location no matter how close or how big a hurry I was in), knows that I am speaking the absolute truth. All of wich is in the past is seems. I'm sure the word will get out and the increased sales will speak for itself.5 stars for the patients and kindness the young man who checked me out shown the elderly lady who checked out ahead of me. He and the person checking out others were just upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable..the whole scene was quite refreshing!

The girl working the counter this morning (12/12/2020) could not get off her phone to save her life. I walked up to the counter and she was no where to be found for about 2 minutes then she came up looking at her timeline said hi, rang in my items went back to her phone on the counter until the receipt printed. That's pretty bad for a grown woman. Get off your phone while having customer interactions, it's disrespectful and I will go to Pawnee from now on.4/19 well I came back. It's 5 past 8 and this girl walks in late for work, has a delivery truck waiting for her to get here. And did she really just lock the door behind her so we can't come in at 8:06 still?

I've been waiting 2 weeks to use my $5 off coupon that they have on Saturday so today July 11th I went to take my coupon for Saturday July 11th $5 off the cashier said that they had swiped it but they didn't I was really disappointed cuz I've been waiting so long to use it🙄

I wad in this store about 5 or 10 min ago and was harassed by the employee and called a theif. Was also followed outside of store and threatened. Be careful here.
