Wrongfully accused of stealing and cops called proved innocent. Im disabled. Called to find out who the employees were so i can file complaint with corporate and she refused to give her and co worker was. Very. Severe anxiety and panic attack. Obviously falsely accused because im writing this review shortly after incident occurred. I want this to go publicly noticed for stereotyping and ignorant behavior done by two young employees making up lies against me. When i clearly paid for the 4 items I got on my reciept!!!! Thanks.

This store parking lot is FILTHY. Absolutely disgusting. I was passing thru and stopped for headache meds. There’s old food someone threw out and looks like they never clean the parking lot, and in front of the doors. Zoom n on the picture. It’s worse than it appears

If I could rate a negative star I would. This is because of a single employee located at this store. The employees name is Amy, she is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Especially if you interrupt her when she is smoking in the front of the store or when she is texting on her phone behind the counter. I personally witnessed Amy tell a customer to leave the store over a dispute for the price of a gallon of milk. Amy was very rude and cocky towards the customer who merely pointed out that there was milk labeled to cost over $4 and it was passed its expiration date. There was another time Amy literally ripped the items out of a customers hands telling her " I thought I told you not to come in here when I am working here" . The act was nothing short of an assault on the customer. How this person still holds a position at Dollar General is beyond me. She needs to be fired. The days she is working the entire atmosphere in the store feels heavy and negative.

Dont recommend this dollar general. It's always got stuff blocking the aisles. One employee once accused my daughter in law of stealing and made her open her purse. Upset my daughter in law. She is not that type of person. I'm sure they have high theft rate there cause they have a monitoring system but you cant go around and faultsly accuse someone when they aren't doing anything.

The people are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Selection is limited though and don't buy a Toastmaster coffee maker from there. They stop working after about 6 weeks with no warning or indication. Not Dollar General's fault. The appliance is just substandard.

You know its you know it's insane to pay top dollar for general merchandise when you can get it for a dollar . This is a great place for last-minute shopping they got just about everything and everybody's really helpful they've got paper goods foil,clothing, socks, underwear, birthday card ,Christmas cards and Thanksgiving cards. Beauty products allergy medicine paper goods food canned goods milk and eggs, and meat. And they've got party and wedding goods. You could save a lot of money shopping here.

Not just this store in particular but as a chain. The inventory has been extremely inconsistent lately or nonexistent for many items. I have 3 different stores I shop just to get what I used to buy at just 1. Also my phone doesn't work in their metal buildings, so I will try to use their WIFI for digital coupons which is a huge waste of time

They used to be friendly, but now the manager can't even run a register. Im deleting my text from a year ago to post this. I didn't have my phone on me this time or I would have taken a picture of the display, but I went to this store to make a quick purchase and get out. I was the only one in line at first. They have their display in the front with 4 different signs that say the 12 packs are 3 for $10.00. I even asked the cashier that was standing right there if they were 3 for 10 and he said yes. So I put 6 of them in the counter to buy and 4 other 1$ items. The total came to like 37$ or so, which is obviously way too much. Long story shorter, he calls the mgr and for literally 10-15 min she stands in front of the register, pushing buttons to do I'm not sure what. After at least 10 minutes, by now I can't see the end of the line of people that are waiting to check out. Finally I just say can you just cancel the entire order and ring up these other 4 things I want? This is the manager that it seemed like her first day on the register. How do u become manager if you don't even know how to use a cash register? Just like I said a year ago, same problem. Watch your pricing as they ring your items. 9 times out if 10 it won't ring up what it's supposed to be. And when you question the prices they Never give u the price it's advertised or displayed at. I guess they're so desperate or greedy for money they'll stoop to deceit. If you don't watch, you'll end up paying more than you expected.

Great deals & product! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Great place to shop! I gave 4 stars because sometimes there is a long wait to be checked out but other than that I have no complaints.

My neighborhood store. I like going there when I have forgotten things. They have an assortment of items . All are at a reasonable price. A little cluttered so be careful moving around things, but it is worth the trip when in need or your budget is tight.

The cashier didnt answer any of my questions...she just stared at me like a deer in headlights look...I was generous with the 3 stars but i did give them credit for the cool light i bought for my other half...

Their store was a bit messy but the employees were very nice and helpful in helping me find the items I needed I love shopping at Dollar General different stores have different things to what fits the neighborhood overall my experience there was good they got the low star because their store was messy

Clean. Nice store but seems to be out of stock quite often of everyday items as well as regular merchandise that are primary sellers. Just be wary when shopping here...the item you want may not always be on the shelf.

I like the way this dollar general is... I suppose it's mainly the staff... because I'm sure all the stores are generally the same... get it??? Lol... anyways... the people at this particular store at 47th and K15 are nice and helpful anytime I go. If you know how to bargain shop like I do... you can get alot from any store like this.

I am always in the store at Seneca and 31st, due to the fact that I live across the street, but aside from the fact their turnover rate with staff is the highest I have ever seen at any company, EVER, the store is always clean and well stocked.

I give no stars, very bad when you are at counter and then worker tell my husband that this other person was there first and he wasn't in line so my husband had to move back in back and she was really rude and told my husband not to come back to that store.

Try out your local Dollar General.It doesn't matter what I need, I can most surely find it at Dollar General. On your next visit to Dollar General check out the "As seen on T.V isle. (My favorite isle). If you can't find something, don't be afraid to ask anyone. They always make you feel welcome. I visit my local Dollar General on an average, twice a day.Shout out to Becka, Alex and the rest of the crew at the 47th street Dollar General in Oaklawn.

At the Oaklawn Dollar General I know every employee quite well and Visa versa .After frequenting some times as much as 4X​ times a day over the last 7 years, I figured why not keep my money in my neighborhood bussness' spending anywhere from $10 to $30 a day average $100 or more per wk.$400 up per month $2,800 up per year.in past 7 years approx $24,000 up I think They like me for sure.the local store manager Kat. Even took me home and back to store with my wife when the chiped key to my our 2 day old New Mustang broke off waited a couple hours in store out of the cold nite waiting for our road service. We have been good friends since.

Needs to be cleaner but they do have the things you need. If they kept the store cleaner I'd rate them higher because the employees are nice in this one

OMG!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN AN EMPLOYEE BEHAVE WITH SUCH DISRESPECT IN MY LIFE. THE EMPLOYEES AT DOLLAR GENERAL USUALLY AT THE VERY LEAST ARE SOMEWHAT PLEASANT, BUT THIS AMY LADY IS FOUL MOUTHED AND RUDE FOR NO APPARANT REASON. A YOUNG MAN ASKED HER A QUESTION ABOUT A PRICE DIFFERENCE ON THE SHELF AND SHE NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THE GENTLEMAN SAID I DONT HAVE TIME FOR STUPIDITY AND WALKED OUT TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE AND STARTED SMOKING AND TEXTING ON HER PHONE. IS THIS WHAT DOLLAR GENERAL IS REDUCED TO? SURELY THERE ARE MORE DESERVING INDIVIDUALS OUT THERE NEEDING WORK. THIS AMY PERSON IS DEFINATELY COSTING DOLLAR GENERAL A LOT OF MONEY. I love it all I hope up there is wonderful easy to talk to loving and caring and that's at K15 and 47th they're all wonderful people if you need anything just ask them to help you find it or they can get it for you they're really nice
