I don’t particularly care for this location, since the DG stores in the middle of a city are a little rough and not as well kept as the small town stores. Things are usually in the middle of the aisles, making it hard to walk through, everything is locked down (even deodorant 🙈, I don’t get it). It’s not very clean and the aisles are tight. I do recommend just about any small town location though.

Person working the counter was abusive to a fellow more elderly employee, they also often don’t open on time and are sitting in the parking lot smoking. Regional manager doesn’t care about any of this and is fully aware.

tried to call and ask a question, was trying to help my boyfriend find an embarrassing item for me. whoever was working the front counter on tue oct 31st at 3:40pm ended the call on me mid sentence, i was not rude, was just asking where something was(she didn’t answer). i tried calling back, she declined it. and about 5 minutes later i tried again, giving her time to “deal with her line of customers” and she declined. i tried again because i really need to know where this item is and she has been rude and ignoring me the whole time(im a customer too) and she disconnected the line so it wouldn’t even ring to call. what a joke. can’t imagine being that sour of a person you can’t answer a question and scan items at the same time.

Last night I was walked around in this store and one of middle aged employee’s women was rude and asked me about my bag and she told me I should leave my bag in my car and i told her no i always carry it with me all time and I don’t want to leave it in my car cause bad people will steal it from my car, I’m not steal anything from store and always buy stuff for what I need to it’s, I understand the store follow the rules and protect everything from thieves steal everything, they shouldn’t judge anyone for their actions and asked their privacy bag or shopping bags, I’m not coming back to this store and going to different stores so don’t fire them for judge people carry their bags or shopping bags thank you and good luck

The bridget old lady that works there is the absolutely rudest person I have ever met iv heard her call people weirdos for literally standing in line there!! she has insulted my wife multiple times for not paying the way she wanted her to she is slow and just down right disrespectful I cannot believe they keep her there when she is going through some type of mental issues she's bad at her job I will never go to this store again absolutely the worst dollar general I have ever been to ! Seriously she need to be put in early retirement !!

I was in a huge hurry this particular visit. I waited at check out for a solid 6 minutes until I finally walked around the store and found a person to check out my items. This particular person had NO CLUE how to count back my change or how to count change at all. I literally had to tell her what coins to give me for the change I was owed. That experience was hands down awful and honestly it makes that particular store look incredibly bad and incompetent.

I absolutely LOVE Bridget! She is so friendly and helpful! Always makes sure to ask if I got everything I came in for--- I always have a habit of coming back for "that one item I forgot."This location is super convenient.Rachel needs an attitude check, though. Rude and impersonal.

The store here is very organized and clean. The workers are helpful, but it seems they need more help on the weekends. If you are shopping for the holidays i.e. (Easter, valentine's, and Christmas) the candy gets picked over FAST so go the week before.

Busy location with pull doors as an entrance (not push). Shelves are fully stocked, staff is polite and helpful. Parking lot is huge and very busy. Many cars coming/going all the time from nearby restaurants and shops. Be careful and aware.

Convince,courtesy, love ms. Bridget, but they need to have repairs done of the Rest rooms. Us elderly, that shop some time need to go. Enjoy there remodeling. Just make it easy for us old timers

Frequently out of stock on common items. Very frustrating. The employee's rude and inconsiderate. Spoke with the manager several times about getting Dr. pepper and peace tea in while its on sale. There is no reason to put something on sale if you are permanently out of stock. Worst Dollar General in Wichita!

the old woman that works there has always got a disgusting additude she is rude to every costumer that comes in there just insulting everyone who walks through the door i cannot believe she has been allowed to treat people so rudely for as long as she's been there if dollar general was smart they would fire her on the spot because every time I talk to anyone who has been there say they will never go to that location again because of her and I have to agree I would rather go way further out of my way then step foot back in this location to have to deal with bridget

I worked at this store for a short time and all I gotta say is that the manager mollie is by far the rudest person I have ever worked for. And she is also extremely rude to customers. I've had countless friends who refuse to shop there simply because of her.

Beware!! Today I picked up Motrin infant drops. I opened the box and noticed the medicine looked like it had a white film all around the top. I looked at the box and container and the expiration date is 02-2016!! Its 2018 almost 2019. Why would this still be on the shelf. Or in the store at all.

Great selection of dollar general stuff. This store can easily be missed as it sits in the middle of a strip mall without the usual dollar general yellow color sign. The clerk has been at that store for 29 years.

There's an older lady in this store that's a cashier every time I go in and she works she tries to keep my change she claims it's going into a donation still but there is no donation jars she just throws it in a box so where does the money go in her pocket or whoever's pockets that's working as a cashier

Low prices on things you need every day with convenient locations in neighborhoods all over town. Affordable indoor/outdoor home decor, toys, automotive basics, school supplies, hygiene items, etc. I'll continue to be a regular customer!

Their return policy is subjective. You can have a receipt from the day before and an undamaged product and they can deny it if they feel like it. No consistency.

The older lady has an attitude, but other than that, I like shopping here. Dollar Tree quit selling my favorite toasted coconut macaroons, but they sell them at Dollar General!

They have a lot packed into this store. Well stocked shelves and friendly staff. A little hard to navigate the entrance. Not handicap accessible.

Bought a lg jug of tide there took my receipt back to them to show that I bought it but I didn’t bring it home she said she would check camera to see if I walked out with it and I never heard back from them I tried to call and no one would answer the phone

The deals are amazing...if you use digital coupons. And if you find an ad online, even if the store does not have an ad, it should be honored.

Products are easy to find. Only real issue is you might have to wait for a cashier or they're having issue with the register not working properly.
