I love going to the Chinese Kitchen at the Dillon's at 21st N & Maize Rd. The gentleman who usually helps me is very kind and helpful. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the portions are fair for the price. I elected to use the self checkout, and a worker was available when I needed assistance.

I usually do my shopping at this Dillon's location later in the evening. I've come to know Dillon's employees, Tim, Cali, and Cameron, who are the kindest customer-oriented employees! These are consistent Dillon's employees who always greet me and offer their assistance every visit! I'm handicapped and walking is difficult. Tim, Cali, and Cameron never fail to offer to help me with check out or assist in loading groceries into my vehicle even though that isn't one of their job duties! Because of their excellent customer care, I truly look forward to getting grocery shopping done quickly and greeting these Dillon's friends!!

Largest Dillons in the area. Starbucks, floral department, and pharmacy all on site. Enjoy the selection of sports teams items. Great selection of flowers for holidays.

Extensive selection of almost everything! The staff is by far the nicest staff of any store. The baggers still offer to help you to your car. I haven't been asked that since I was a kid. Excellent store and excellent service!

This Dillon’s Marketplace is my favorite Dillon’s location in Wichita. The store is laid out very well, which makes it easy to find items. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I specially enjoy their seafood, deli and produce sections. They have such a wide selection of seafood, deli speciality items and fruits and vegetables. I recommend signing up for the free Dillion’s Plus card, the savings on food items and gas can compete with any grocery store in town. You will not be disappointed if you visit this location.

Dillon’s/Kroger corporation is terrible in helping you when you purchase gift cards and you try to use them and they have a zero balance on them..third time this has happened to us and this last one was a Nike gift card. Dillons will not give us a new gift card, or reimburse us and neither will Nike.. FUSTRATED..😡😡

My pick up order was missing several things, a few things were destroyed. When reaching out to customer service, I got one response of how they're sorry no one has responded to me and to email that email back about my problems, only to get no response, again, from them.

I really appreciate the opportunity to shop at the stores it's very nice and clean and we'll start but one question I have whose idea was it to put the fresh seafood next to the bakery section it is such a disgusting smell when you are going in hoping to get donuts and all you can smell is seafood disgusting

Wide isles for shoppers to move in both directions. Store cleanliness was very well-kept. All the shelves are stocked in full. Always a helpful employee ready to be in a service if need be.

Good gosh golly! This place is jolly. This store has a wonderful selection of grocery products and I’m BLOWN AWAY at the cleanliness of the bathrooms and aisles! The associates are just so darn nice they’ll even follow you to your car to pack your groceries! They really know their way around a sack of goods!

When I went to pick up my prescriptions from the pharmacy Dillon's had the given me the wrong prescriptions and it was closing time so I was unable to get the medicine I needed and I was leaving the state. I able to get my new pharmacy to work with me and they were more than happy to help me.

This is our local Dillons and we visit weekly. You do pay a slight premium compared to prices at Walmart but we have found the selection of products to often be much better. We only buy our fresh produce here as it far exceeds the selection and quality of any other local options.

Worst customer service ever! Don’t order cakes from this place unless you’re ready for it to be screwed up. Cake was supposed to be 3 tier got 3 8 inch cakes. Managers Richie and Susan don’t care, it’s become the next wal-mart. We will find other places to shop.

Today's visit I saw more managers and people in charge than I ever have in years past. Employees were dismantling displays and cleaning, rearranging items left and right and men with one name on their name tags for pointing and directing things to be changed all over the store. Obviously these guys are from corporate and or the big dogs.Huge grocery store with everything you can imagine. Besides the usual groceries, pharmacy, gas station, delicatessen, and household goods they also carry a nice selection of clothes and shoes. Usually there is even a discount coupon available if you ask an associate area. Location is convenient in New market square but watch the busy traffic.

This Dillons is actually closer to me but I have started going to the other Dillons. Especially the deli I know I have tried five times to get along with the chicken department in this store. You can wait there a half an hour. They absolutely refuse to give me very much cream gravy I think it’s a teaspoon. And half the time they’re out of the gravy and the mashed potatoes it’s just very disappointing. I thought maybe it was short handedness but I went to the other stores and they’re handling it OK. Very disappointing deli in the chicken department here very very.

Huge selection of products. It can be a bit overwhelming. The marketplace is much larger than most Dillons stores, but it’s neat to browse the other types of products at this location. It does get quite busy, but isn’t too crazy if outside of peak ours (after folks get off work and on weekends). My favorite part is the quality of their items and all the new goodies found in the deli department, since there’s always something new to try. Prices are good, but even better if you’re a member and utilize the digital / paper coupons they send out in the mail. I highly recommend checking it out 😀

I love Dillons aside from sam's it's my second favorite grocery store. Tonight I had one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. This gentleman Mike in the meat department (he has been there for years) was closing up the seafood section everything was pretty much put away instead of being rude and saying sorry were closed he went out of his waayy and bagged me some shrimp thanks Mike keep up the good work and stick to your morals there wrking

Be very very careful when shopping at Dillions. Their advertised sale prices do not always scan correctly at checkout. If you don't catch it, you have to waste time to get a refund. And they always act like the customer is wrong. What happened to their price scan guarantee? I have had items scan incorrectly the last two times I have shopped at Dillions!! And Last night, I bought three items and two of the three scanned incorrectly. Buyer BEWARE!! Shop elsewhere if at all possible.

I will never use the online grocery pick up an ordering ever again. I ordered my groceries online on the 19th and picked up my groceries on the 19th. I was alarmed to see that a separate charge for the same amount of groceries was put onto my account on the 20th. When I contacted the store concerning this matter I was given the run around and my bank was put to blame. After contacting my financial institution it was told to me that this happens quite often with several upset customers. When contacting Dillons again concerning this I was given the run around again to finally be told that the amount would take 3 business days to fall off. Why was this amount taken twice? And why was it taken a day after my groceries were picked up? Isn't that theft?

I simply love this store. Although I get my prescriptions at a Dillons closer to my doctors office, I always make a point to drive to this Marketplace. They have some huge unadvertised specials, especially in regards to non food items. Extremely helpful employees and easy fast checkout lanes.
