This is a pretty good spot to shop for food and groceries needs. The store is pretty well stocked, a few items were out of place, but I understand that is customers doing and not the locations fault.

Falsely advertised these shots were free. I later got a $320 bill for them. Called the pharmacy and they said “it’s in the small print “. That’s bull! Large print says free. They should be held to claims in bold print first. This is dishonest and predatory

I will give it to the people who work here. This store is always immaculate, in order, & well stocked. The staff is nice, friendly, & keep their store looking lovely. The sushi here is 100% amazing for a grocery store. The guy who makes it actually used to make sushi at a nice restaurant on the west side. I loved going there until it closed. I was shocked when I found out he makes the sushi at this Dillons, but also super happy! The man has skills! I absolutely recommend shopping at this store. It can get a little crowded due to location, but that is really one of their only issues. The check out lines up front can get congested when they are busy.

Always a great experience from finding what I need to the check out. I find this store is always very clean and employees are super nice! The store is always stalked and looks amazing. I find this establishment to be very clean and well maintained. Very good location and safe place to shop.

I have looked many places and Dillon s meat dept is the best around. I don't like to buy my meat products any where else but Dillons. 5 star in my book

If you need deli meat from this store dont bother. the folks that work in the deli will not even acknowledge you are there. the 3 separate times i have tried i have yet to be able to buy anything from them. they are to busy having personnel conversations to even to even notice there are customers waiting.

Great Place to shop! Easy access for loading your groceries. Dillon’s at 4747 S Broadway, in Wichita and this "Karen" pulled up in between the bollards blocking the doorway to avoid the rain. We are happy to have her shopping here.

THE BEST STARBUCKS DRINK! Whoever was the barista today had passion for her job! I have never tasted my drink from any Starbucks this good! If I inly remember her name but she worked this morning around 8am. She was amazing! If she didn’t feel like the expresso came out right she poured it out and remade it. It’s because she cares!! She knows what a great coffee taste like! Way to go! She was the best barista!

Dillons is getting out of control with the ID check items. I, a 27 year old female, stopped for NyQuil for my sick mom. Self checkout asked for ID, the guy came over, I had forgotten my ID in my husband’s wallet from an event yesterday, the guy took the NyQuil from me! There isn’t even pseudoephedrine in this NyQuil, literally zero reason to refuse to sell even if I was under 18

Wife and I stopped to get gas needed smokes wife went to window but had no id so he won't sell her any.I go up to window he refuses to sell me any with Id because I might be going to give them to her we are both 60 unbelievable this is the worst Dillons in town deli is terrible.

Like all other stores the over pricing forces me to buy less and pay more so on a budget barely get by..Ughh To many people shopping at once today lol. Tried to clip coupon for dr pepper 12 pack for 3.99 from a way over ballooned price as with all the food from 8 something checked out charged me the 8 dollars and? Change for each took to customer service got refund . Was hard to find the coupon on app but someone showed me upper right corner click on to scan in the product for clipping coupon.

I like ae btmDillon's produce and meat department... Really I can just drive all the department's there and not one of them has ever let me down.The pharmacy staff are always professional, kind, and courteous. I'm thankful for the quality Dillon's bring to the table and the money they save me.If you want save even more money, start clipping coupons from the Dillon's and sign up for a plus card...

I usually shop here around 10 am. Not so crowded and they have cashiers available. By the time I'm finished at 11 am the deli part is open. They have good fried chicken and good Chinese food. Found everything I needed. Found some good sales.

Unbelievable line (6 people) for chicken and because they were not prepared we all waited for almost 30 minutes till more chicken fried. This was at 5pm and should have been prepared for people during supper hours. Chicken was gone afterwards. So anyone that came in behind would have to wait additional 30 mins. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

It has really gone downhill the last few years. They are pricing themselves out of business. I paid 16.00 for two bags of apples. I would love to see them beat Walmart, but not at these prices. The good news is that today I visited the South Broadway Dillon's and the restroom was clean. The last few times I went, it was worse than any gas station bathroom I'd ever been too. Dillon's has significantly improved over the past year. The restrooms are now clean, and the broken urinal was repaired. The store is cleaner and more staff has been added, making a better shopping experience for us shoppers.

I am in Dillions at least 3 times a week. Clean store, most of the times friendly staff with the exception of a few. You can find good quality meat at a good price and not to mention the weekly deals via their mobile application. If for any reason I leave my phone home or in the car they will honor the sale unlike the other Dillions. 47th is the best

Standing 6 deep in a line because they have only one cashier. If you don't want to do their job and ring up your own purchase you will be waiting! I'm so disappointed in their customer service at this store.

I came into the dillons on 47th and Broadway today with my two year old daughter and my sister in law, and we continued shopping for about an hour or so, we get to the register and the cashier never acknowledged us, she was busy focusing on talking to the girl who was bagging the groceries about her personal life. My sister in law proceeded to take some cookies out of the bag for my daughter while I was inserting my card to pay for the $300 worth of groceries, while I’m in the midst of it the cashier asked “are those cookies something that you brought from home or did you steal them? “ I responded back with “steal them? We just paid for them and gave it to her. How about you focus more on your customer service and not on my daughter. “ Then out of nowhere the girl bagging my groceries starts slamming and throwing my groceries down almost broke a glass jar right near my child. And that right there aggravated me so bad that I yelled out at her “stop slamming my groceries down by my child what’s wrong with you??!” She then stopped bagging and just stared me down. I started asking to speak to a manager and again she just continued staring at me not moving at all. That’s when I started yelling to speak to the manager. The manager named Taylor starts approaching and instantly starts yelling at me telling me, “stop yelling at my employees!” I responded back with, “your employee is very disrespectful slamming and throwing mygroceries near my child, she could have gotten hurt.” And he responded back with “I don’t care, don’t yell at my employees!” And I told him “she needs to apologize for putting my child at risk and almost destroying my groceriesand they need to focus more on their customer service ” and again he responded back with “get out of my store or I’m going to call the police.” Then that’s when some random customers chime in saying “you guys are acting a fool, that’s embarrassing, you dont belong here.” And the true racism started showing. The cashiers and Taylor started rushing us out of the door swarming around me and my daughter and sister law and continued harassed us and threatening us. No apology was given a horrible customer experience where they were completely wrong. As we’re getting our groceries and my daughter in the car, a customer and her daughter said “you should hurry ma’am they’re calling the police, it was so wrong how they treated you guys, You weren’t wrong for freaking out about her throwing your groceries near your child, and the fact they never even apologized to you is messed up” while in the middle of the conversation a manager named Clint and the manager named Taylor rush outside again and start harassing me telling me to hurry up and get off of their property or they will call the police. I then got in my car and left. I’m so angry and appalled at how disrespectful and racist they were, and the fact that she put my daughter at risk by flinging the groceries around but yet treated me so horribly is outrageous.

KROGER DISCRIMINATES against elderly!!!It started with Kroger Cards to get your shopping discounts. NOW you have to download DIGITAL coupons to your smartphone. If you are over 60 you probably have difficulty understanding this process. You might not even have a smartphone!This policy definitely causes confusion and often disappointment at the checkout. I think that the Kroger Card should be your key to ALL Kroger shopping specials.Please help to make this go Viral!Maybe Kroger will see it and change their policy…… ( This is the only Dillons that won’t except a snapped photo and used at the register😡My mother is 90 years old with a flip phone & can’t download apps. So frustrating.

Been shopping here for years. Just keeps getting worse. Employees don't care. Empty shelves. I know it's hard to get good help. I've was in retail management for 20 years.Most of my employees made $7.25 an hour. They still cared about their job and the customer. I give up. I'm going to the dillions in Derby.

I really prefer doing my grocery shopping at Dillons over wally world. They have really good loyalty program along with weekly deals that saves me a lot money on food and gas. Oh and they send coupons every month for items I normally buy along with some freebies.

Due to the outrageous prices can only give a couple stars will be eating less. Looks like I will be shopping less and buying the bare minimum . The Cashier & Bagger was great though. Just irritating the way the PRESENT GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL'S ARE RUINING THE ECONOMY SOON ALOT OF businesses probably will have less on shelves, open less hours. Less everything but more on prices. Jmo
