DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE! Ordered my wife a dozen (12) roses from the florist for our 18th wedding anniversary last week. They delivered 5 roses to her. When I went in to try to resolve the situation customer service said only the florist could help me and took my name and number down. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Don’t waste your money here, go to an independent florist.

This store has gone way down hill since the other manager left. Besides the way over inflated prices that kroger corporate greed is know for, hot ticket and very popular items are all together unavailable and no longer stocked. Some items listed in the ad are not available at this store as well. The current manager is doing a very poor job and needs to be demoted or removed. It's a shame this store has suffered from embarrassment brought on by this current management.

13th and Tyler Dillons is not a super store but has a large selection, fresh produce, nice selection of deli, bakery, and floral items. Check out their clearance isle.

Basic neighborhood grocery store. This is one of the smaller stores in the chain. It is clean and has all the basics. Staff is friendly and helpful. At times, checkout lines can be long because of a lack of cashiers and open checkstands. (This seems to a problem just about everywhere now,)

It’s a really small Dillion’s and they only ever have 1 person at a register who’s checking out people with a lot of items, so you will be waiting for awhile to do self-checkout. The lanes are very small so the lines tend to get really crowded as everyone waits. It’s a good Dillions when in a pinch though.

Shelves were empty, produce was awful. All of the bagged and prepackaged salads had yellowed lettuce. No seafood at all. Prices were inflated. Such a disappointment. I used to wort at this store and I can’t believe how they have let it go down hill to this point. Awful experience. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This Dillons is very clean with friendly staff. They are quick to help, and the lines are never too long. It is a smaller Dillons, but they still have a wide variety. Highly recommend!

I went in to get a birthday cake wanted to have it written on. Waited went and asked deli to page the bakery waited 10 minutes then went to pharmacy and they said Sharon was supposed to come and she never did. I called and talked to manager and she said bakery closes at 6 why didn’t anyone say anything or have a sign out. Now I wasted my time and have a cake with no writing.

To management. I hope you guys look at this. Dillons has a reputation for treating me horrible. Today, was an exception. The male cashier in the self checkout with long hair, is ALWAYS friendly and remebers me. He goes out if his way to make sure I get helped. And today the young clerk Joel he saw me struggling with getting my stuff to the car. He helped me and told me to go sit and rest in my vehicle. To Joel's parents, you should be proud of him. Joel, never loose your heart. You are a good kid. Noone offers help like that anymore. If this company doesn't offer you a raise here soon you need to find somewhere that will appreciate you. Thank you guys. It really made my night better.

A good amount of organics. They carry the Kroger brand Simple Truth organics. Its like shopping at Kroger. Reasonable prices too. Love the Dole organic Caesar salad. Good for traveling on the road.

Convenient location. Just the right size store. Not very busy. However, workers here tend to be on a power trip. One visit a young man darted out through one of the backroom doors then had the nerve to tell me "EXCUSE YOU". No sir, I'm a guest here, I wasn't intentionally in your way, you didn't do your dilligence checking for clearance before going through, so excuse YOU. Then another time at self-checkout one of my items didn't scan and it locked me out. The attendant just automatically accused me of trying to rip off a $2 piece of junk food and yelled at me in front of everybody. It was an honest mistake, sheesh! I seem to be fine here if I can get in and get out without having to interact with anybody.

I want to recognize my cashier this evening Dylan! I was in the "express lane" because I needed tobacco. It was very busy (5pm hour) and I had a question about the weekly digital coupon special for cage free eggs. I tried downloading my coupon prior to checkout and could not get it to work. After checking my receipt I noticed my savings were not on there. He took the time to help me through this and made sure I got the savings, even as the two people behind me were not patient and the lady behind me kept trying to interrupt him (3 times) asking how much longer? He was able to help me within just a few extra minutes and did not get shook or frustrated. I want to congratulate him for a job well done. He was fast, accurate, diligent, patient and kind even though those customers behind me were not.

I'm from instacart, they said they don't have paper bags, they can only tie one order and now she's talking about me as she's bagging cause I asked for some extra boxes. I'm autistic, I'm also in place of the customer and DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH! They need to be better prepared period or stop accepting 🙄 instacart orders.

Over the course of three days, there was no catfish!! Grocery is a bit pricey, friendly staff. Make sure you have a Dillon’s card to get the price deals!

The, older than thirty, lady at the customer service, on July 23 at 6 pm, seemed to be put off by having a customer. As she was busy helping a family member put clearance items up to be held for a later purchase. Very rude, I would avoid the store like the plague if this is how they want to be represented. Very rude! And this was the grocery store my family has used for more than twenty years. I will gladly take any future needs to a store not named Dillons, as I have advised my other family members to as well.

My store is a great store with fantastic people working there. Friendly, helpful, and courteous. The store is clean and most of the time very well stocked.Someone always takes my groceries to my car. Two restrooms, one at the front of the store and another at the back.That's good for me, because I am usually there a couple hours.The prices are great!! Very competitive with the other markets. I'm good at remembering prices and they are the least expensive options most of the time.I buy 99% of our meat products at Dillions, all our prescriptions, fuel points mount up fast and save us even more $.

I visited this store for some teeth care items. Bought a few things, my whiting strips never got returned to me after the lady took them to get the security box off. I had to come back to the store to get those. The next day I go to use the mouth wash, and I feel like something is off about it. I realize that it doesn't Have a Seal on it. I bring it back and wait in line for over 15 minutes. There is only one customer in front of me being helped, And two other employees sitting there going through some type of Book for work. Bad customer service!!!

13th and Tyler Dillon's, as always, love it. I never dislike grocery shopping - "my" Dillon's has the greatest employees - always friendly, helpful, can't do enough for me. Store is always clean well stocked and easy to find everything! I don't feel I have to hurry, even when store is busy - can always take my time and since store is so well arranged, spend more time looking at things NOT on my list - usually pick up things I hadn't planned on or thought about. Easy to get more ideas! Thank you, Dillon's, another pleasant trip! 😊

Walked in at about 6pm to have some spicy chicken wings cooked. The girl in the kitchen's response to my request was "I am by myself and I'm not cooking anything else tonight". Dillons is open for 6 more hours and the store wasn't busy. I thought this was your job! I'll take my business elsewhere where the employees are not so lazy.

I would like to acknowledge Paula who worked the self check out area this evening. Paula politely came came up to my son and I in another isle & offered to scan my larger items at the self check out lane. Paula then proceeded to scan almost the entire cart even though I said my son could do it. What she didn't know was that I had just returned back to work today after a car accident that I was in last week. It was difficult to get out but my husband was at home sick and we needed to stock up on groceries. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and extra help. Thank you for your service and commitment to your customers, you made a raving fan tonight.

great store its small employees are friendly BUT THEY NEED TO LEAVE PEOPLE IN PARKING LOT LOADING GROCERIES ALONE. man caused me to misplace my glasses after having a huge panic attack. RUINED my day and it's not even 10 a.m. I hope he never does that to someone armed. I think that scares me worse than my own panic attack. worries me for their employees that is dangerous

It's on my drive home, and I'm always in and out very quickly. It's great for picking up a few things for dinner. I had injured a muscle and it was immediately noticed. The employees unloaded my cart and sacked the groceries, reloaded the cart, took it out to my car, and loaded the groceries into the trunk. Thank you, Faith and Kaylie, your genuine concern and assistance made my day so much better.

I live right next door to this Dillons, kind of have a rapport with some of the employees. Every single one of them are knowledgeable, kind, attentive, friendly, and just plain pleasant to know. Best meat choices, best fruits and vegetables, the store is very clean. Everyone says hello, and it's genuine. Fast check out most of the time, not the fault of the cashiers, usually because of the customer. My only complaint about the store is that it runs out of Ramen cup of noodles very quickly, lolz.

I miss quoted the price on some cookies as 10 for $10. After the girl mad that adjustment I went back to the end cap to check because I wasn't sure I was correctThey were 4 for $10. I apologized and then took them to customer service. The girl behind the counter said the adjustment was made and I could keep the cookiesShe was so nice but I told her no because I would feel quilty. In my books great customer service. She thanked me for my honesty and refunded my money.

This Dillon's is smaller and PERFECT for a quick, pleasant shopping trip! The employees here are super friendly and always greet/ offer assistance to customers in passing. Keep up the great work, you are appreciated!
