PLEASE READ! I handed a MANAGER an item over 1 year old in the frozen section saying they needed to throw the food away. The manager chuckled commenting how the bag was super bloated. I came back 1 month later, and checked the dates and saw the manager put it back in the frozen section! PLEASE CHECK YOUR DATES!

This is a very clean grocery store. It has plenty of staff on duty to answer questions. The produceselection at this location is exceptional. Shelves were well stocked with inventory. The hours need updated, as they are open until 10pm

Some departments were spot on. (Priduce) others were a mess. The pricing is still confusing, and we still hate the card. We only shop Dillon's when we have to. Still feel like they are a used car dealer with their promotions. We can usually save 20% shopping elsewhere on the normal everyday items. The store brand is ok, but the kids won't eat some of the items. They have good pricing on their DSD items as loss leaders.

Gotta love Dillons and how easy it is to rack up fuel points especially as a family of 7 absolutely love getting $1 off of fuel was able to score full tank of fuel for car 13 gal and van 17 gallons worth for 1.63 a gallon that is absolutely insane with gas prices lately

This place needs new management the employees run the store. Matt is extremely nonchalant almost teen like and he sounds like he’s in his mid 20s. Dude needs to learn team management skills. Needs to learn to fire liars and people that make costumers feel uncomfortable…

Called at 12:35pm on Friday September 29th. Whoever was working the seafood department during this time was rude as hell to me. (I work two jobs, food and retail and it’s not hard to be nice). I said “Hi I would like to place and order”. And he responded “Ok what”. Super rude and condescending when I also asked if they had butter or lemon. Guess what buddie, it’s your job. I answer questions all day because people don’t know them, because ITS MY JOB. I can not stand the tone I was given and I do not recommend ordering anything from this place. Didn’t know it was so hard to have customer service for 1 minute when I do it all day everyday.

I have been shopping here since it opened. I really like this Dillons. The store is very clean and the employees are friendly. However, they are always moving and rearranging things around and I can't ever find anyone to help me. I don't like that about this store. Other than that I like this store. Try shopping at Dillons. May God bless you always!

I absolutely love Dillons, their plus card savings, gas points, weekly and daily deals and coupons help to save us so much money! I'll never grocery shop anywhere else! 👍👍 Two thumbs up!

I stopped in about 6pm this evening to grab a few things for dinner. One of the items I purchased were two bunches of asparagus. When I got them home and started cutting off the stems I noticed the tips were all slimy. The inside of the bag had green slime everywhere. When I smelled them, they even smelled rotten (not asparagus smell). I took them back to let Dillon’s know they need to remove or at least check the remaining asparagus before somebody gets sick. Customer service could have cared less. Rather than call someone in produce to check, the lady in customer service just said asparagus doesn’t get returned too often. I’ve had it with Dillon’s and their sub par produce. And, if it isn’t the produce, it’s the ground beef turning brown the day after I buy it. It’s going to be an inconvenience going to Walmart, but I will not continue giving Dillon my money. Shop this Dillons at your own risk. Check everything closely. I will not be back!

Great selection of products. Awesome produce section and several choices of nearly every item. They were having a job fair and hiring for many positions if anyone is looking for work. From 12.00 to 19.00 an hour.

By most reports, inflation is easing and some prices are coming down some, but not at Dillons. It seems that their prices just continue to rise. They have about out priced this shopper. Yet, I have noticed that many prices at Walmart have come down.

Terrible selection. Most of the time they don't have what I'm looking for. And they scam people by putting up "sale price" signs for certain items, but they don't include that you have to buy 4 of them to get that price. Anyone not paying attention to that is paying more than they budgeted for without knowing, and that's disrespectful.

If they forget an item during a pickup order, keep track of the date of your order or they won’t refund your items. They forgot a $20 ribeye and told us they would put a credit towards the next order and didn’t. When I tried to call to get my reimbursement they asked me if I had the date that I did the pick up order and I explained to them they never told me I’d need to keep track of the date of my order or I would’ve and they still wouldn’t honor a full reimbursement only offering me a $4 credit. That’s dirty business, if you’re going to make a rule that excludes you from getting refunds then you need to be sure to communicate that with your customers, it is unprofessional and shows the company’s lack of respect they have for their customers.

On Tuesday, 5/16 at 7am, I was getting gas and my battery died. The attendant recognized my issue, was sympathetic and got a jumper/charger battery from her car. I appreciated her kindness and helpfulness in my time of stress.

In the last month...Caramel sauce that was open....Slice of cake which should of been 4.99 but instead was charged 11.99 ...Package of water bottles 3 bottles almost empty....And fruit...I AM SO TIRED OF SPENDING MONEY ON TRASH! why put strawberries out for sale that are all clearly garbage...instead they put them on a 2 for $5....there wasn't 2 packages that were edible! Check your receipts not sure what has happened but seems things don't ring up as they are priced!

This grocery store is an upper-end store. I needed a specific item, Kitchen Bouquet, and they had it! This morning, the store was not crowded, and the Self Check Out was moving along nicely. Great experience for someone from out of town, and I feel like I was home.

Dillons is a good store. I just had a not so good customer service when I went there. Some people may not look good at times but that doesn’t mean they don’t have money. I’m not mad at the associate but they way they were raised. I take it a little bit offensive lol.
