I had to take care of my family's business yesterday at Dillons, I saw some of there sales and to my surprise is there sales that really shocked me. They did have a true lower price sale on many things. Fresh veggies were fresh and I got a bone- in -ham for 12 dollars nice size one. If you get a chance check the sales for this week out.

Pretty much every single cart is falling apart and needs maintenance! Cannot for the life of me figure out why they don’t install new wheels it would make the shopping experience SO MUCH BETTER. Everyone is clanking around the store making a huge racket and they are much harder to push too. Self checkout has the longest pause and delay between when you can scan the next item - bad enough that it’s actually often faster to wait and go through the cashier instead… why they can’t eliminate that 5-10 second pause after every item is beyond me. Everyone there is very friendly and upbeat though and I love that part of it.

This store is my neighborhood store. Which I have been coming to for the past 18 months. I must say that this is the worst managed the worst customer service the worst stocked grocery store in the city. The customer experience at this store is the most atrocious. This is clearly a reflection of leadership. Get it together!!!

we started shopping at dillons exclusively because Walmart got rid of most of their cashiers.today when we came in, there wasn't a single cashier. all self check out. guess we're done shopping at dillons.

This Dillon's location is most of the time well stocked and most of the time extremely busy. Staff is friendly and seem always willing to help. I go to it mostly for convenience but if you're not that big on crowds, I suggest going to another not so close to downtown. Other than the crowds, this Dillon's is awesome!

Never been to Dillons before. In Tennessee, we have Krogers. We found out Dillons is owned by Kroger, so we were able to use our rewards card and get those discounts, which was fantastic. Clean store with friendly staff.

I am so upset right now!!! I ordered a unicorn cake for my 8 year olds birthday and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture I understand it's not going to be picture perfect I get that but when you can't even recognize what's going on it's not okay what I am paying is almost $100 I expect some type of skill when it comes to decorating the cake I don't think I will ever ever order from Dillons again at least not this location I don't recommend anyone to go there if they are expecting some type of decoration far as flavors yes that's fine but if you need a cake decorated a certain way do not waste your time my eight year olds party is tomorrow and the cake still isn't ready!!!!🤔😠😠😠SO I WENT BACK UP TO DILLONS THE STORE MANAGER NAMED Nathan helped me this time seem to be very caring and understanding gave me a discount on my cake also but the fact that he actually cared meant a lot to me so shut out to the store manager Nathan I will continue to come because of the customer service I received from him!!

You're forced to enter thru an automated gate which is inconvenient, at least to me. The store is usually crowded throughout the day, especially at Customer Service where people are cashing checks, buying lottery tickets and more. It would be more convenient to have a separate area for these services, however this store doesn't have the space to expand unfortunately. Staff isn't the friendliest or the most unfriendly either.

It's a great local neighborhood with great sales! However it is a small location so it will not have a wide range of uncommon stuff. International cuisine items is pretty limited. You'll have to go to the one on central and Rock for more selection. Otherwise, it is a great place for a quick item you need!

It’s okay, it’s over crowded all the time, they barely have people running checkout lines so you end up standing in line or the self checkout line for a while. It’s also very old and dingy looking.. for a grocery store to be called a college hill store it sure is lacking. Employees are nice tho so that’s always a morale booster. It does look like some things were moved around so it is helping it’s appearance. I do hope they remodel it or do something because it just feels cramped.

It's cheaper than Walmart, not as crowded with people pushing and shoving! It's OK as long as you use the self check out. If you go to one of the cashiers, they will smash your bread or anything else that can be smashed!

Love this store! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have opened up more self-check lanes and almost always have what is needed in stock, which makes shopping a breeze. The store is not too big but is well-organized and has plenty of variety.

This review goes for all of Kroger/Dillons. They have the same stuff on sale every week in their ads. They are no longer open after 11 PM and makes it hard for 2nd shift workers to shop. They ran out all the competition and now they dictate the hours you can shop. And the produce quality has seriously deteriorated. What a joke

I love my home Dillons...I still remember when it was Food Barn. It does get incredibly busy at times and can be understaffed, but late Sunday morning seems to be a decent time to avoid the crowd.

I now understand why my grandma always insisted on going to the smaller Dillons in Derby. The Dillons near my house is a smaller one, but it is perfect when you just need a few certain items.Be aware that most check-out lanes are now self check-out lanes.

Avoid this Dillons if you are any hurry at all. I went to buy a gallon of Milk and it took me 15 minutes to check out. They had 4 self checkouts and only one cashier checkout. The place was packed and there were 20 people ahead of me in line. Having just the one manned checkout makes people go to self checkout with tons of merchandise which takes forever to get out of there. Until they can get better at having adequate staffing, please avoid this location.

It's a smaller store so sometimes it is backed up at the registers.. sometimes, there aren't any small carts inside. I shop here often enough to plan for that.. like take a small cart in with me.The store is clean and stocked with quality items as best they can.And if there's an item (particularly dairy)that isn't on the shelf, I've asked an employee to check for me... Which they did courteously and with success! I've always found their employees to be helpful.Thank You Dillon's, Douglas and Hillside

Yesterday a bag of my hygiene products were left behind and I didn't notice until later. So I called customer service for a few hours before someone finally picked up. Spencer answered and said yes it was there,I said I cant make it tonight,it willbbe tomorrow. He said that's fine just tell them Spencer put it in the books. So today my brother and his girlfriend went to get the items for me. Spencer was there and stated it was against company policy to hold items over night. Why would he tell me last night it was ok to be there today? If this is the case please emphasize that over the phone! My car is currently broke down so that's why I couldn't go back last night and Dillons I hope you realize theres others in my same position that cant just make there way back there the same day. Luckily my brother went in after they wouldn't let his girlfriend get them and retrieved them for me. This shouldn't even have been an issue as I paid for these items. They're mine. This is the worst Dillons in Wichita,I dread going here everytime. Rude cashiers,and rude customer service.
