Our experience with Designer’s Home Gallery was excellent. Ben and his team were very helpful throughout the process, as it relates to products and installations performed in our kitchen. He had a two man crew on our project. They were very knowledgeable, on time and pleasant to work with. They always verified what our preferences prior to beginning installations. Also checked with us after they got started to insure it was done to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with their high standard of quality.

We got LVP installed. The job was done well. They did have to come back to secure a couple of areas but it was an easy fix.Ben was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Ben was amazing to work with. He let me take home swatches of carpet for as long as I needed them, he worked with the Stanton vendor to price out additional carpets I was interested in and ultimately his team ripped out a very messy old runner filled with staples and poorly done and installed this complicated pattern perfectly! We were super pleased with the work done and the price on the whole project. We will be using them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

All of the staff at Designers Home Gallery treated us with friendly respect. They are genuinely interested in meeting your flooring needs and helping you understand the products that they have. We told Ben what we wanted to do and what we could afford, and he presented us his best options. He works with courteous, professional installers. We are very pleased with how the project turned out. You can go to a big box store and it will look cheaper at the beginning, but for the same money, you can get a better product and support a local business. we chose to support the local merchant. The carpet and the vinyl flooring both look great.

This was our first experience buying carpet, and the staff at Designer Home Gallery were friendly and very easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable about the different types of carpet and other flooring. They walked us through the process and helped us select carpet that is beautiful, comfortable, and within our budget. They were able to work around our timeframe, and we were able to have the new carpet installed on the main floor and in the basement of our new house before we moved in. We had decided to keep the existing carpet upstairs, and they were able to stretch that for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Designer Home Gallery and will definitely going back to update our kitchen tiles soon!
