Went in to this store based off a strangers recommendation and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Got healthier treat options for my dogs along with great food recommendations for my older dogs! Definitely will go here again and recommend to others!

Chuck and Dons has been very helpful while my little girl is having horrible allergies. I love that I can return a bag of food. If it makes her break out or she doesn’t like it, this is an absolute lifesaver in getting her to her best health, and we wouldn’t be able to do this without Chuck and Dons Helping us try and pinpoint the best food for her.

This is a wonderful place to shop for your fur babies. Unfortunately they have recently had to cut their hours due to lack of staff. I truly hope this store can find a way to keep its doors open. Prayers

Amazing experience every visit! They're helpful, and have the food my picky American Eskimo likes, I haven't found it at any other store in town. This evening a worker helped me look at the back of several bags of food for low fat grain free kibble for our chubby fella (it's not easy to find low fat grain free) I mean- above and beyond! So helpful! =)

So I drive a long way to get my dog a bath that I paid $100.00 for per year to get turned away because of a schedule change. Ok, I make adjustments and follow Chuck & Don's rules. I should have been contacted by mail/e-mail or something because of the change. So I make the drive again to be turned away again for yet another schedule change. Who's running this place and it seems they don't have a clue what the (insert expletive) they are doing. So the fee is still $100.00 but a modified schedule. Somebody's getting screwed and Chuck and Don's don't give a (insert expletive again) about the paying customer. So I'm the bad guy because of un-notified schedule change(s). That's not right and each time I get turned away I should be given a partial refund on my $100.00. This isn't what I signed up for. When I first started this program, everyday you could bathed your dog. Six months in to the program they start "changing the schedule" WITHOUT NOTICE" over and over. You bet it makes me mad. Will I renew my program next year? I don't think so. I can bath the dogs in the back yard without a (nsert expletive) schedule changes and save my $100 with a whole lot less frustrations. Chuck and Don's employees are trying to run off good paying customer's. That's bad business, I don't care what color you paint it.

We went to visit this location on a Sunday around 4:30. We were needing to give our dog a bath. With the location closing at 6:00, and the website stating that the dog wash closes an hour before the store closes, we should’ve had plenty of time. When we got there, we were informed that the dog wash closes at 4:30, and we wouldn’t be allowed to bathe our dog. When I let them know what was stated on the website, I was told we were wrong and it had always been that way. The woman working was very rude and condescending. We had been there a few times before and had good experiences, so I was shocked at her reaction. Needless to say, we won’t be back. We went to the new Pet Supplies Plus down the street instead. The employees there were helpful and polite, not to mention the wash was less expensive. I would recommend going there instead.

I was there today to get a Furminator, so I got one that has a price sticker for $29.99 but on the display says $34.99 I took it to the register and the lady told me that was $34.99 I said the sticker on the product says $29.99 and she reply yes but that is not the price. I’m all about supporting a local business but when they do this kind things I’m pretty much done. I’m used to go there for all my supplies for my small business and all my clients and my own dogs, but now sad to said but I’m taking my business to Petco.

Ever since they opened this place has been great. Their selection of good for your pet foods, treats, supplements and care products is good and the staff is generally nice. I will say that since the name change (from All Paws to Chuck and Dons) the service and product knowledgeably has seemed to have gone down, had they kept the people who were there I feel like it would be a bit better. But with time things may (should) get better.
