I am buying my windows from Champion because what I had read prior to my appointment. The Salesman was spectacular. He had 18 years of experience; listened to what I wanted; and didn't try and talk me out of what I wanted. I gave him my requirements and he made the suggestions to fulfill the requirements. I would suggest this salesman for anyone wanting an excellent product.

Ryan's presentation was very informative, the quotes he gave us matched up with other companies selling inferior products. The promos available that day along with great financing is what sold us but Ryan made us feel very comfortable with our decision to choose Champion for our new home. He's very personable and knowledgeable about the products he's selling and we're looking forward to working with him.

Everything up the physical installation of my windows was professional and seamless.Setting up the quote was easy and fast and they kept me up-to-date in the status of my window production.The day came to have my 8 windows installed and the two men were not the most professional. One was clearly in training and the other was annoyed to have to deal with training him. Their interactions made me feel uncomfortable.The quality of the installation job is very concerning to me. If you review the photos, when they cut myold windows out, they did so haphazardly and then just sealed their mess ups with clear caulk. Then my front window screen is not properly installed and is hanging crooked. When I asked the installer about it, he said it was a sliding screen. I wasn't able to look around a ton when they finished because it was 730 pm and I was in the middle of feeding my kids and getting them to bed. When I was able to go "slide" it back in place I realized he lied.They did clean up when they left but as it stands now I wouldn't recommend them at all. I have serious concerns that I'll have water damage from them just filling holes with caulk.Service: Window installation

From start to finish a very positive experience!These are not your run of the mill box store, lumber yard and grocery catch all, check yourself out, "Walmart" of wood and screws, replacement double pane windows.Measured and exact built to fit the specific dimension of each opening of your home. If you trust your biggest investment to low bid contractors, half price, big sale supplies to keep your home in shape for years to come, CHAMPION WINDOWS ARE NOT FOR YOU!These are quality built, installed and "double" lifetime warranted and maintained windows. Cannot stress enough the the age old adage of " you get what you pay for" could not apply more aptly than it does to Champion windows.First, the installation contractor. I was lucky enough to be assigned a general contractor who does a ton more that windows and needless to say he has more work at my address for sure. The small 3 man crew arrived an hour before expected and after gaining permission, immediately went to work. Approximately 8 non-stop hours later, windows installed, job site completely sterilized and one very happy customer was appreciative of all they accomplished in a professional, quick manner. What they don't know is my previous building inspection experience. Every little detail was completed according to ICC standards.Now, the benefits you never realized you will experience.Extreme external sound pollution reduction. Don't hear mother nature, traffic, etc. with windows closed.Reduction of air leakage, drafts, accumulation of dust from outside.Retention of HVAC comfort. Unit runs far less and indoor temperature is retained far longer between cycles.Have not been through a full billing period on utilities yet so I can't really speak to that but by all indications I am fairly certain the savings will be substantial.What I do know financially speaking is that these windows are not free but the return on the investment is in the 70 percent range for home resale value. The windows energy efficiency ratings will earn me a nice return at tax time and now completed, I have windows that not only save on repair, accident, etc. but during the rest of my lifetime I will never need to go thru the expense of replacing windows again, which allows for vacations, cruises, big boy toys, restaurant visits, concerts... you get the gist!Service: General window replacement

We took advantage of their buy 1 get 1 deal and had all our windows replaced. They have a great warranty which shows they stand behind their product. Screens have puncture proof design, glass let's no heat from the sun seep through. They came and measured, put order in, took out, and put in new windows. They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves too. We did have a couple of issues, but we contacted them and they took care of those issues. The installer was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Thank you Champion for creating yet another sunroom for us! We absolutely love it! Due to various moves, this is our 4th Champion all season room and it has once again, become my favorite room in the house. Josh is awesome to work with and I personally, wouldn't want anyone else installing for me. He makes it smooth sailing from start to finish. Thank you, Champion!

Ordered 9 windows from champion about September. I was told they would be about beginning of December when they would be installed. The installation manager called me right on schedule and was very easy to work with. The installation team was on schedule and the work was done in 1 day. They did an awesome job and they look/work great. I told them about issues I was concerned about like sill slope and saving a stained glass panel I had and both were addressed perfectly. I would recommend the installation team. They really did a great job!Service: Window installation

I have met Steve many years ago when we did our upstairs with Champion windows. It means something when an employee is with the company for so many years, gives me faith and comfort. He’s knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help. Looking forward to our next installation.
