My first time taking Leroy here. Staff was great, friendly and listened to my needs. Great communication wonderful price for a large dog. Only took a couple of hours and he looks fantastic. Will be bringing him back.

Great job! I have been looking for a good west side groomer for a while and finally found the one! My poodle mix looks great. They said it would take an hour and a half and it actually did! They have nice facilities and I love that they don’t put my dog in a kennel alone while he waits for me to pick him up. I will continue to book with them

I have 3 dogs, who have been groomed here twice now, it’s easy to say I’ve found their new forever groomer. Not only do they come back looking beautiful, on just time two they got excited before going in, which shows me they already grew to like the employees. All the workers truly seem to care and listen to your requests. They are the fastest groomers I’ve been to, and still always look better than any previous groomer they’ve had.Something I find handy, is they have a text reminder day before, and send a text when the dogs are ready to be picked up, which I love.

They have been grooming my puppy since her first grooming last summer when she was an unsocialized 6 month old puppy who had seen no one but us and the vet. They are very responsive to the requests of the client, even ones who have never had a dog that needed a groomer so are pretty clueless what they are asking for. 😉 My boxerdoodle is loved there.

I took my Westie Newman in to get a groom last Spring w/ Celeste I can only say that he loved it. The shop is very clean. Newman was waiting for me behind the counter. He was very calm when I dropped him off and very well groomed and calm when I picked him up.

I started taking my Yorkie here after getting frustrated with my previous groomer that he was there for hours each time. The last time he went to his old groomer we called after 3 hours to see if we could pick him up because we were right around the corner and they hadn't even started him. Celestial spa is completely different they are done grooming within an hour and a half and call you to pick your dog up immediately. They are very friendly, provide great service, and my little Yorkie always looks amazing and smells great!

Took my Yorkie there an they lost my dogs vaccination records, next time didn’t brush out her top knot an it was so matted I HAD to cut the bow out. Third time I called to verify my appointment, I’d made before leaving second appointment as I hadn’t received a reminder and THEY HAD NO RECORD!! Needless to say I’m giving them a bad rating!!!

Speaking with the staff beforehand we were assured they would work with our dog whom had never been to a groomer, upon arrival he was nervous so we asked about us putting on his muzzle and was told they can't approach him, so we again stated we could put the muzzle on him if they would infact work with him. After he was done getting checked in I was approach by a person in non work attire very aggressively and told as I had a finger pointed in my face that I needed to wait outside. Unfortunately we will still be in search of a professional groomer.I see others have had good experiences here however ours was less then and hope we caught the employee on an off day and others don't experience the same issues we did.

Celestial Pet Spaw is amazing! They are able to groom our old grumpy Shi-Tzu’s face and ears and say he does a great job with them. Our former groomers always complained about him snapping at them when they tried it. Always a pleasure to work with and great prices!

I have two dogs. They have two groomers. Each dog got a groomer. Both dogs left a mess. My schnauzer's haircut is uneven and puffy. It looks like an 8 year old tried to cut him. I had to take clippers to him myself to try and even him out. My other dog is a havenese. They're not a common breed so I asked if he had cut one before. He said yes. Havanese are the cutest dogs in the world. Period. The groomer gave him a schnauzer's cut with a long haired bob. He was so ugly, I didn't even recognize my own dog! I had to take scissors to his head just to recognize him. People will say, you get what you pay for. However, in this case, they were just as expensive as any other groomer! $50/dog. I'm highly unsatisfied.
