Janet did amazing for our Pooton's first cut! Got us right in and was a great experience from start to finish. Puppy loves his new cut and smells so much better. Prices very comparable to other local places we had seen. Was a big ball of fur/hair when we went in, came out with a whole new puppy!

I get compliments often from people I know, dog trainers, and strangers on the street on my dogs groom. My son found them years ago while looking for someone who didn’t make his Soft Coated Wheaton look like a doodle of some sort. So I gave them and try and have stayed with them for the two and a half years of my Standard poodles life. As well as great grooming. My dogs love to go there. They bark and get excited when I take them in to Jessica. And she does a good job of taking the photos of the cuts I like and improving on them to fit my dogs. They know how to make a dog comfortable with the environment there.Thank you to everyone at Bonjour’s Puppy Parade for taking such good care of us.

They came Highly recommended!!!I have tried other groomers and have not been happy with the way my pets were treated and in some cases me.I think these ladies may have earned my business based on my experience so far. I called yesterday, they squeezed us in for today (for both dogs) so this AM I loaded the doggies up and off we went! The ladies are all super sweet and they care about doing a good job.You can see all dogs when you walk in that are getting groomed .. they were all looking so cute too! Can't wait to see what these too look like when I pick them up! Thanks to my friend Glenna and her standard Poodle, Coco Channel for recommending!!!Posted Before photos..will post Afters too?

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I took MY dog (medium sized). I stated that my dog had never been to a place to have her nails trimmed. She was scared. They took her to the table and strapped her tail was tucked. My dog ended up backing off the table and hung for a few seconds terrifying for my dog and me. The workers were talking amongst themselves saying that my dog has been there before/ the owner had someone else bring her. My dog had never been there before, and I wouldn’t trust someone to take my dog there… very bad service. They turned me away after all that.We then found somewhere else to take her Royal Heirs Pet Spa, LLC they worked wonders with my dog!!!!

Easily the worst dog grooming experience I have had anywhere in the United States. I took my F1B Goldendoodle in to be groomed and left explicit instructions for him. He did have mats and I was warned they might have to go short along the main coat body. However, I told them to leave his ears and tail untouched if they could not get the mats out and I would get them out. When I arrived to pick him up, they made me pay before I got to see him. Upon seeing him, it appeared they took a shaver without a guard to his whole body, ears and tail included. He already had a rash forming on his belly and they clipped the tips of his ears and made them bleed. It took over a month to get the dried blood and scabs fully healed, and he still does not look like himself. If shaving him had been their only crime, I might not have left a 1 star review but cutting him and causing him to bleed is unforgivable.

We were so relieved and happy when we picked up our 2 year old ShihTzu yesterday. He was pretty matted and needed a very close to the skin clip, he came out looking adorable, and most of all he was happy. Prancing around and his cut is so cute. The ladies who took care of them were friendly and you can tell just by the open atmosphere that they have nothing to hide. All the dogs who were being groomed when we arrived, just looked over at us, no attempt to get down off their tables and no signs of distress. Friendly, professional, and prompt. We love having our little guy around and even a few hours with him gone is odd, so very pleased to get him back within a few hours. Outstanding care. Thank you

I love this place! They have always taken care of my 3 pups. Other places had to muzzle my oldest dog while getting nails trimmed, but they never had to do it here. My dogs are just as happy going in as they are leaving.

The ladies there are amazingly sweet and treat the animals expertly. We're fairly new customers, but every time we take our Shih-Tzu/Poodle mix there he gets super excited and practically drags me to their door! I usually drop him off in the morning and he's ready to go by noon. When I pick him up he's perfectly groomed, I've never seen nicks, mistakes, or any skipped areas. They were also very accommodating and gentle when his rear area was super sensitive due to an infection and recent vet treatments. The business itself is always very clean and open, and all the dogs I've every seen there are quite happy and not stressed at all. Definitely one of the best values for dog grooming here in Wichita, I highly recommend it.

These ladies take the best care of my 9 year old Bichon. They are reasonably priced and always make her look fantastic. My Bichon has very bad anxiety about going to the groomer and they always take good care of her. She is never trembling when I pick her up like she was at past groomers. After finding Bonjour's Puppy Parade, I will never send my fur baby anywhere else!The ONLY negative is that it can take awhile to get an appointment and they are only open regular business hours. They let me create a standing appointment every few weeks and now I don't have to worry about it.
