Had a tub to shower conversion done today with Bathfitters of Wichita. The guys the done the work was very prompt, courteous ,friendly. Joe,Miguel(sp), Leon, were the three gentlemen that done the work. They done it one day and made sure they had everything clean when they left. Bathfitters was referred to us by a neighbor and so glad they did! We will be sure to recommend them to anyone who may need their service. Thank you so much Joe,Miguel,and last but certainly least Leon, for a job well done!!

Absolutely wonderful job by Joe and Miguel today and we love our new walk-in shower. These guys removed a garden tub, built a wall, and installed a beautiful walk-in shower all in just 1 day! Having such efficient, knowledgeable, and polite guys, along with Ray and Jessica in the office, made this a great experience. Highly recommend Bath Fitters to everyone!!

In January 2024 Joe and his assistant (from Bath Fitter in Wichita, Kansas) replaced our old fiberglass shower/tub with a new Bath Fitter shower/tub; the old shower/tub was completely removed and hauled off. The work also involved (at our request) re-doing the plumbing so that the fixtures and drain were on the opposite side from where they were before; an access door to the plumbing was also installed. The two workers were courteous and professional and also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. We were very impressed that everything was accomplished in 8 hours and are very pleased with the results. We definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

Over the last year my husband and I had them redo all 3 showers in our house and we love them! They are easy to keep clean and installation was quick. Lindsay, the secretary that handles scheduling and issues, was amazing! Unfortunately, there were some issues with their suppliers that caused some delays, but Lindsay made sure we know exactly what was going on and what to expect. The communication was AMAZING! Bill arrived at our home in Salina to explain their product and give us an estimate. It was the best in-home sales call I've experienced! On the day of installation, Mario arrived as scheduled. Had to replace tub/shower to walk-in shower in 1950's home due to mobility access issues. Contacted Bath Fitters (Wichita) after friend's recommendation. Salesperson arrived on time with plenty of information, but NO power sales techniques. Pleasant conversation with offered suggestions and comprehensive knowledge of process and options. Due to construction backlog, scheduled work for 6 weeks advance and accepted deposit. BF had opening, so had work done 2 weeks early. Robert (installer) arrived on time, we conferred and I went to work. Came back at noon to find 70% job done. He called me a bit later and met for finish. He did adjust water temp and everything was perfect. Cleaned up, no collateral damage, and other than some IPad problems, completed the transaction. Office called next day to finish payments. Had to purchase a long shower curtain as bar is higher now, but completely satisfied with experience. Would recommend to anyone their services.Services: Plumbing fixture installation, Drywall repair

Bath Fitter's replaced our shower and basin in an 1889 built home. The care and time Robert P. took with our home was exceptional. The overall experience with Robert was outstanding. We had a great experience with Bath Fitters. Morgan did the entire job by himself and was very professional and courteous. He answered any questions we had and even got us our extra storage corner shelf like we had requested. He was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job. This is only a partial review which is why only 4 stars at the moment. The rep, Calvin, came and gave an estimate. He was professional and answered all my ?'s. He left his # should I have more and I scheduled the job. I will update my review when contract is finished.So the install is done. Much later than planned but that's not Bathfitters fault. Family illness and snow storm caused it.The technicians, both Mario and Rodwell were very helpful and professional. The job was done in one day as promised. Product is wonderful. The floor is nonslip, the walls have no tile or grout so easy to clean. The safety bars and optional handheld shower head will make life easier in years to come.I am aware the cost is above average but the quality, lifetime guarantee and convenience are worth it to us. Also need to say that Lindsey in the office was great about all the rescheduling.If I could figure out how to post pics I would. The job included tearing out an old porcelain clad cast iron tub in a dinky bathroom. Rodwell did a great job and left no pieces behind. There was some dust but I expected that and it was not trouble to wipe away. We are very pleased.Services: Tile work replacement, Remodeling, Plumbing fixture installation

I have been debating on upgrading my bath tube for a while now. Just like any other big decision comes hesitation to go forward. I’m very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the service I was given and the value I will get back in the end. Robert did an amazing job and it’s like night and day compared to my old bath tube. If you are going back and fourth, I would recommend bath fitters to help you with your upgrade.

We had a liner installed back in October of last year. It developed a crack and they replaced it under warranty. The techs are professional and do an excellent job of installation. We have been super happy with the liner and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bath Fitter to anyone. In addition, the sales person who first contacted us was also very professional and didn't try to up-sell us, he gave us exactly what we wanted. They stand behind their product and installation. If you are considering a liner, don't hesitate, it's a great choice!

We removed a tub and installed a shower. Mostly pleased. It looks nice. They were nice and professional. We feel that the slope of the floor should have been more because the water sits and we have to squeegee it to the drain. The corner seat they installed (for $500) is not comfortable. The seat is too high and slippery and you feel like you are going to slide off. The seat doesn't have much sitting area either! Wish we could remove it, but we don't think that is possible. We also upgraded the shower head to have the extra hand-held hose for $200 and we've seen the same one at Lowe's/Home Depot for $50! The entire project was very expensive, $53oo. It is supposed to have a Lifetime Warranty, so hopefully they will honor that if we have any future issues. We don't think the issues mentioned here are correctable, so we'll have to live with them. Do your research and look at examples for the best experience. We thought we were prepared, but we hadn't done this before and didn't know all the questions to ask. Mostly happy, but some things could have been better. Also, we didn't get a follow up from the company. You would think after a few months they would follow up to ask you about their product, but …?

We called to get an estimate on replacing our bath and shower. The Wichita business recalled and made an appointment to come to our home. Noone ever arrived, noone called or texted us to say they were going to be late, or to reschedule. But obviously they had our phone number.We would definitely not recommend this local business to anyone.

We LOVE our Bath Fitter shower. The first thing we did to our house when we bought it three years ago was to have Bath Fitter come to put in a walk-in shower and we love it. After three years our water clogged up the water valves but Bath Fitter came to the rescue. They even came back three times to be sure we were 100% happy.We LOVE Bath Fitter service too!
