I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel right at home. Dr. Hand and their team not only provided top-notch medical care but also took the time to listen and answer every question I had, no matter how small. The other provider, Dr. McQuilliams ("Dr. Q") even stopped in despite having his own busy schedule. This hopefully punctuates the point I am trying to make which is the fact you can tell they don't just see this as a paycheck and that providing compassionate, top-notch care seems to be their baseline.It can be stressful switching or picking a new veterinarian clinic, but I highly recommend the Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills.

I might have the rarest cats in existence. Two of them with a condition so rare, next to nothing is known about its cause.Dr. Q has been essential in keeping them alive and well. There have been times I felt like I lived at this place, but I don't mind because the staff is just amazing. And the care is fantastic. The front desk people are so friendly and hard working too. They never miss a beat. They have all gotten to know me at this point and I look forward to seeing them.I drive all the way from Derby for this place and I don't regret it one bit. At my previous vet (a good clinic, just very busy) I would spend FOREVER waiting just to be seen. I end up saving time driving all the way to this place because they don't keep you waiting.They've also saved me money by sending me to other vets who can perform the same procedures cheaper than they can. And they've even sent me to another pharmacy to save money. They really care.

I have never been so happy with the care my pet has received. I love the Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills. They treated my cat like an old friend and have called multiple times to check on him. I highly recommend. Everyone is FANTASTIC. ❤️

Prices are a little on the high side, but the quality of care you receive makes every penny spent worth it. Everyone is so kind and caring. We love the multiple treatment options and text check ins. Definitely our vet of choice for all of our pets.

I first met Dr. Landon McQuilliams when he worked for El Paso Animal Hospital. He was my dog's veterinarian for years. When he left, it took me a while to figure out where he had gone, but now he is treating our pups once again. Dr. Q is the best!! He is always upfront and honest. I have never had a service performed before the cost was disclosed to me which is not always the case at other offices. He cares deeply for all of the animals that he provides care for. We currently drive from Rose Hill to North West Wichita to see him. I simply don't trust anyone else to provide the level of care that he does for me and my pets. I would follow him anywhere.The staff at Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills are all extremely nice and helpful! I love that you can schedule online, text into their office number with questions or concerns, and email them if necessary.I am extremely satisfied with this office and know you will be too.

I had a very positive experience with them. I needed a health certificate to travel with my cat and they provided everything I needed. Everything was well explained and they took a good care of Tony. Dr. Hand was very attentive and treated Tony pretty well. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I would highly recommend Auburn Hills Animal Hospital for all your pet care needs. The Drs and the entire staff treat you like family and show our 4 dog's genuine love and care and know them by name when we walk in without an appointment.

Dr. Hand is great! She is very knowlegeable, thorough and you can tell she really cares about the animals. Amanda is like Jack's bestie and he has a fun time at his appointments. They follow up after appointments and encourage us to call anytime if concerns arise. All of our experiences there have exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Our two beloved fur-baby pups have been under the care of Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills for their whole lives (going on 5 years). We highly recommend them to anyone needing kind and compassionate care for the furry members of their family. The care that we have received has always been professional and prompt. What I love best about AHAAH is that while all exams are very thorough, we never feel pressured into unnecessary procedures or purchasing unnecessary products. They are always empathetic and sensitive to our family's needs. You can tell that they stay up to date on veterinary science and practices, and they will always explain things to you in a way that you can understand (without making you feel dumb). The staff there is very loving; you can tell that they genuinely love animals and will do all they can to help you and your pets. I hope AHAAH stays around forever because I could not imagine trusting our pups under anyone else's care!

Even though we had not been to the Auburn Hospital at Auburn Hills before, they were able to get us in the same day for an emergency with our dog. The facility is very nice and the staff is so kind. You can tell they really care about animals. Dr. Q is great and took time to fully evaluate my dog and explain everything to me.

I highly recommend the Auburn Hills Animal Hospital! I tried 3 different places and they were all full and couldn't see my husband's cat which was an emergency. One hospital however was kind enough to refer me to Auburn Hills to which I've never knew was located there! I called and they worked us in! They were all so amazing and kind from the reception staff up! Their rates are very affordable as well and they talk to you not at you! Their app is also awesome👌, I am definitely going to keep them as our permanent vet for all of our cats! Thank you💕😻!

We have taken our fur babies to Auburn Hospital at Auburn Hills for several years now and my babies love the staff and all Doctors. Dr Stamps sat on the floor with them on the first visit because he wanted to get down to their level to examine them since this was their first time to this clinic and my babies loved it. Every time we walked through their doors, it's evident this pet care center is truly dedicated to the well-being of Miki. Every veterinarian there goes above and beyond to ensure Miki receives the best possible care. Their attention to detail and commitment to finding the root cause of Miki's health issues are commendable. They take the time to thoroughly explain Miki's diagnosis, treatment options, and potential outcomes, making sure we are fully informed and involved in the decision-making process. The fact she is past her 17th year and still going fine can be attributed to a great extent to the outstanding health care provided by this entire dedicated team.

everyone here is so pleasant and kind. I went in just before Christmas with a stray that had many problems and they helped me get him fixed up at a very decent price to where we could set him free and hopefully he will live another 10 years....we had called so many places to try to get help for this cat and got nowhere with anyone especially around the holidays people were just cold but not here everyone there in the office was concerned about that cat that came in to ask about him. if I could send everyone's animals to these people I would. thank you all you are blessings!
