Medium sized home improvement store just east of Woodlawn and Harry. This place has expanded, mainly to highlight their nice selection of Green Egg and Traeger grills as well as their famous section of Stihl products. The rest of the departments are standard where I’ve mostly found what I needed. The Ace ad is the most reliable in the business to always offer at least one great deal I’m into so I grab one anytime I come in. Unfortunately, I’ve received horrible service here many times so this is definitely not one of the top tier Ace locations. I do, however, recommend it for those in the area needing a convenient hardware stop.

They are an great store. I use them every other day if not every day in my work as a maintenance man. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. If they don't have something u need they will order it. I highly recommended this store for home improvement needs

I have carried rhe same backpack purse every time I came to this location. You want people to leave their personal purse with you at the front door? What about a mask? If you get robbed and you allow a mask you won't be able to identify. I rate you a zero

Ace is always the best place to look for the hardware you need, without driving to one of the larger hardware stores. Their staff is always helpful in locating what you are looking for. I especially am thankful for the variety of screws and bolts that they have on hand, even some of the smaller hex bolts I need for my drone hobby. If you are needing hardware, a power tool, or some paint, Ace is the best place to start.

I called and placed an order to pick up some wood for my installation on my kitchen cabinets Burson said he would take care of it and I was going to pick it up before they closed I got there Not only did he not get the wood that I wanted and had it ready for me like you said he would but there wasn't any wood there to be bought that was any good in the size I wanted and he didn't bother calling me and telling me that that was a problem I've been a customer for a long long long time it Ace Hardware and I'm very displeased and I'm still gonna let the owner of the company and also device the supervisor it wasn't any help either that was there I was very displeased very angry and I ended up going to hup hardware

Why does the employee not know what iam talking about. I asked for toilet shims he had no idea what I was talking about. I walked right to it. And why do you have an employee standing in front of the store with a billy club in his back pocket???? Lazy employees. And the other employee. Sitting down when there is only one cashier. Talking about customer service going down the drain!!!!!

Awesome customer service!! Multiple employees standing by asking what we needed and walking us to the items! When something unexpected happens, and you are faced with repairs totalling in the hundreds sometimes thousands!! Knowledgeable friendly help softens the blow!! Thank you for setting the bar high!

I have always loved Ace hardware they have them in just about every state to go to and the staff is always knowledgeable about the store makes a difference when you go in there and ask someone where something is I appreciate that greatly I would recommend this store over any other hardware store

Great experience. I didn't have to ask an associate where anything was because their signs and layout make navigating the store super easy and efficient! Good prices. Front desk really made me feel like they were happy to be there and help customers. This is how you run a hardware store. I will always go here for my hardware needs. As long as the good environment stays as it always has, positive!

Staff has always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. They usually have some hard to find items that some of the larger stores don't have. Things are usually a little higher priced but they are close to home for me so it's worth a little extra.

Went in and got an air filter for my AC, and they had the size I was looking for. Customer service was friendly, and expedient. I go here for all my home improvement needs such as plungers, filters, fittings, etc.

Anytime I need help finding something, the guys(or gals)are always right there to take me to whatever I need. The aisles are roomy and they have a large selection of items. Ace is the Place!

Terrible customer service, seems like they don't want customers.I will start shopping at lowes or home depot, they jave better prices than ace anyway. Thought i would support my local store but i was told they don't want me as a customer. Not a problem.

Stopped by this store to get some items for a small project i was putting together for my 18 month old son. I was assisted by an associate named Starla who was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. I will be visiting this store again in the future and look forward to be doing business with them for a very long time.

I was told on 3 separate occasions and directed by their site to this store to have a replacement transponder key made. Was told the car needed to be there , I was clear what I needed. Paid for a tow and had to tow it right back. And sorry is supposed the make my wasted time and 110 bucks spent for NOTHING ok? No.On my last 3 trips there I was given wrong info and treated like I was lying about the info I'd been given over the phone.Time before not a single employer said a word until I hit the cash register.Time before, same, However I got to listen to them cuss, gossip and horse play. Ran by kids and manager by those who still behave like kids and have no interpersonal communication skills or customer service. Ace is priced higher than the next. To get people to return you need both of those attributed in your repitouire. Without it , crickets I won't be back.

The employees here were very helpful with what I was looking for, as a matter of fact if it wasn't for them I would of spent a lot longer looking for what I needed and he found it in a matter of seconds. This new location was pretty nice and much more roomier than where they were before on farther west of Harry street by the mini mall. Very easy to see from the street and plenty of parking here. There still moving in and getting organized but overall a very good experience, thank you. Prices are competitive with stores of this nature I feel and the quality is just as good or better compared to the big box stores.

I've always found both the manager and all the help at this store to be super friendly and exceptionally helpful. I know that I might find a few products a little cheaper at the big box stores, but not always...and when I consider the extra time and gas I have to spend, well I often end up at Ace, because they have just about everything I've ever needed...and free pop corn as well.

Awesome customer service on a Big Greenegg warranted part! They had the part, set it aside and was ready for a quick swap out. I ended up buying a few other Big Greenegg items given their awesome inventory. Great people, service and inventory! I'll be back for sure!! Thank you.

I have been s customer of my neighborhood ACE for almost 30 years the newer location is great, so much bigger with more but not too big it wears me out was walking around in.Always great customer service and knowledgeable staff who really help out on many projects over the years.

Very helpful guys, it was late and one of the 3 that greeted me, he helped me for a long time was very professional!
