If they always get 5 stars they will get a big head.Really nice people here, stopped in to see what my friend Clarence (he leaves those little yellow tags) had discounted for me at this Walmart.Plenty of parking and very clean. This store is a little smaller than I am accustomed to. However, it seems to have the offerings of a Supercenter.

Cashier Marrisa is very rude, never once acknowledged me in her line. Employees need to remember that the customers are the reason they have a job. If it kills you to be kind and acknowledge your customers then you shouldn’t be working with the public.

I had not been to this Wal-Mart before because it's 30 miles away but I may put it in my regular rotation. The store is clean, well lit, has uncluttered aisles and cashiers that seem to care. I was able to buy clearance clothes for the Operation Christmas Child boxes my church is packing.

Although it is a smaller Walmart not as busy my showerheads I needed to buy were all in Spanish how are we as Americans SUPPOSED to by American products NOT IN English...the associates.dont know how to speak Spanish either..VERY FRUSTRATING That ITS ALL SPANISH.. Now the next day the service desk was amazing but the women's toilets were DISGUSTING..the sign says TO TELL associate WHEN BATHROOMS NEED ATTENTION and she just looked at me so NO HOPE

The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked. They are usually under staffed at the registers which is inconvenient and the self check out machines are faulty at times.

Miss Liz was at the front, she was extremely pleasant, and she educated me on a couple of things with the register, Lenny was very, very helpful. He helped us fine what we needed. When it wasn't where we're supposxed to be, he tracked it down. And the young man, that's super super nice there. That was doing all the boxes with the suites. He was extremely a pleasure to speak with him.

First of all.. I'm livid while typing this. It is labor day I get people are busy, but it's also AFTER 9 AM. There was NOT a SINGLE register open, but their were 2 or 3 employees covering self check out. I have two kids, one of them being an infant. My infant is screaming her head off, my other child is almost 4. I should not have to UNLOAD, SCAN MY ITEMS, BAG THEM, AND RELOAD MY CART!

Love getting home 40 minutes away to find I'm short a bag of cold stuff, 25.00 worth after I asked Kathy if I got everything and she rudely said yes as she's already checking out the next person! The employee's hate their job, and it shows. Walmart doesn't give a damn but I'm done. Shop your local small stores.

The store was clean and staff was friendly. No problem with lives at the register either. The layout of the store is a little different so I had a bit of difficulty finding the eggs (which were insanely priced). Also the selection of college gear, like Jayhawk swag, is non-existent.

Very nice walmart in wellington Kansas. I needed some additive for my jeep and was easy to find and this Walmart has very helpful and knowledgeable associates. Although I didn't see an automotive service area.

Basically the only full service type department store around. The isles are always full of online fulfillment carts being filled they park the carts where it's hard for the shoppers who show up in person to get around, and like other Walmarts self checkout is a mess and maybe 2 real lanes are open with actual cashiers. Beware they need to search those who use self checkout. Why have me do the work and have an employee make me feel like a criminal and having my stuff searched as I walk out. The employees could have done the bagging and it would feel more comfortable than having to search everyone.

I Love the free pickup with a $35.00 purchase. I can do my shopping from home and pickup when it's convenient for me. Even though you reserve a spot, if something comes up you can call and tell them it'll be 3 or 4 hours later. One day I got sick and picked my groceries up the next afternoon.

It would have been one of the only trips to this Walmart with out any weird stuff happening. But of course, since I use the scan and go option on the app. They stopped me at the self checkout and decided to tell me they needed to go over my whole shopping cart mind you, I do this because I'm shopping for a family of about ten. But they checked one by one everything I just got done paying for, this is the thing I was wanting to avoid emptying my card to fill another cart . Took a pretty long time, wasted not only my time but also theirs. Everything was paid for.

Clean store. Weird canned merchandising in separate aisles. Cashier's said absolutely nothing when checking out including no 'thank you' at the end. Interesting, annoying beeping theft system in the beauty aisle.

Poorly stocked, which is extremely irritating; goes way beyond the shortages seen all over. Bathrooms don't ever seem to be clean. Employees are not very pleasant, especially if you ask where something is.

I have to have a service dog with me for medical reasons not choice. I felt very uncomfortable at this Walmart like I was being watched as soon as I walked in the door.When I entered the door the greeter asked is that a service dog? I said, Yes. Which is Ok do. But then the Walmart greater got on the radio and what sounded like the complete store intercom and said, Management I have a service dog in the building! I almost left but need to buy stuff.This made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was not welcome and being watched like it is a crime to have my service dog which has save my life twice. Service dog owners don't want this kinda attention we just want to shop like every one else. Note the staff was nice and helpful. But please don't announce there is a service dog in the building if you must make up a code say something like a "friendly 38" or something not "Management I have a service dog in the building!”.This not only makes service dog owners feel uncomfortable but bring unneeded or wanted attention to the service dog owners from other customers and staff. It's like the greeter announcing management I have a guy with green hair with purple bow tie in the building. So do you think everyone in the store will be watching then?

It is very frustrating to get home after buying an item to discover that it was obviously a return that is missing parts. This is the second time I have encountered a problem with them respelling items without checking them first.

Very clean. Everything was easy to find. Friendly after talking to them. One cashier seemed kind of unfriendly at first, but as soon as we talked to her she was as friendly as anybody I've ever met. Just had that look I guess. We'll definitely make this a regular stop when passing through.

Clean and well stocked. Didn't have an ear piercing kit in stock, nor the earring my son wanted, tried twice within a month and still nothing. Would have given 5 stars, but they actually didn't have what I was looking for.

Walmart was very disappointing tonight. I have noticed the last 6 months or so Walmart has been raising the prices a huge amount on many different food items. It's alarming! Also this particular Walmart has a problem with running out of product and having empty shelves. One other problem tonight is the employees did not know how to handle a situation. I have noticed in the past when something out of the ordinary comes along some of the employees at this store get a not so nice attitude.

Customer service is very important. When I ask a store employee if your store has an item in stock, I expect them to actually check. After looking for an item that I couldn’t find, I asked 3 different employees about it. The first two said I don’t know and walked away. The third said she didn’t know but she will ask someone. I asked her, “Why don’t you check on your phone?”. She did and you actually had what I wanted. So I purchased 3 of them. You could have lost a sale. I’m also very tired of your employees wanting to search my stuff every time I leave your store. I am not a thief. Stop treating me like one. After I have purchased it, it belongs to me. Leave it alone.

BOTH entrances were open!! (No more herding everyone through same doors in close proximity!) No more directional signs on every aisle which translates into fewer miles walked and shorter visits in masks that are impossible to breathe through!! Absolutely the best shopping I've had in months!! And no long lines to check out!!🎈
