Family dog was passing and when came in was yelled at by front receptionist because the doctor wasn't there so they couldn't do it. Hershey's in Wellington was way better and more polite treated me like an actual person would not recommend this place ever.

Unorganized, unprofessional and no accountability. If you care about your animal go somewhere else. I love my long hair rescue cat with AIDS. So to get him groomed for fall/winter is a big deal. I get him shaved for summer and groomed for winter. Airhead animal clinic can not do simple things. They have no structure and the leader of the joint basically told me it was my fault because they are short staffed. If you can not do the work required do not take on the job. Write notes. Hire some real staff. Or get out of the profession. You're not working on someone's car.Needless to say they shaved him.

I had two of my horses teeth floated recently. The vet and her tech were incredibly patient with my pony who was very naughty. I was so impressed and look forward to using this clinic for my other animals. They are passionate, knowledgeable and understanding.

Diagnosed my pomeranian with a heart murmur because of the way she coughed. Now she is on almost the same medication that I take for my heart. The pups didn't even yelp when they got their shots.They do dental work on small dogs and have x-rays. I think this will be my vet from now on.The vet and secretary were very nice and seemed like they cared.

They are great with our GSD. We had an emergency when she was a puppy and they got her in that day. She is 3 years old now and I recommend arrowhead animal clinic

We are so grateful for this clinic. We were traveling in our RV and had a scheduled stopover in Wellington. Our dog had been sick for several days with no improvement so we called on the off-chance they could help. They scheduled us for an appointment the day of our arrival. Everyone was so kind and treated us and our dog the same as a long-time client. Happy to say that with the meds the doctor prescribed, our dog is back to his old self. Wish we could see them for all of our vet needs.

Shanlyn and Camille are a great duo! We own a French bulldog breeding business and all of our dogs love them. The house visits and vet visits are always worth our time, money and we aren’t left without answers.We are always able to schedule in the near future, and we are in and out in a timely fashion; with a treatment plan.We recently lost one of our beloved family members and Dr. Shanlyn truly tried all she could to save her. She went above and beyond with care and was realistic with us but also compassionate. My cat became very ill on a weekend. Called to see if Dr would see her and he did! Gave her two shots and said she should be better In 2 to 3 days. She is now back to her normal playful self. So thankful.

The level of care and concern for Annabelles skin condition was unmistakable. I had a discussion with the vet and vet tech about the need to keep costs down since I have no income and the possibility of ordering needed meds thru an online pharmacy. Was told that the costs would be similar if I allowed them to dispense it. I took their word for it... And found out later that their price was more than double what the online pharmacy charges. And the injection she was given in the office was of a new medicine and the most expensive on the market instead of one of the more conservative older things to try first. Overall I spent almost $300. that I did not have and could have done with only half of that. The injection did work but was not in my price range. The vet wants to recheck her in 2 weeks. NO WAY; I am still trying to recover financially from the first visit.

This is the vet clinic I will use. They've treated my dog my cat my daughter and myself with the respect I'm not used to seeing for a single parent with our concerns. Therapy cat, service dog and nothing there with any of the staff or doc stop me in my tracks the way I've been treated as a disabled person. Thank you Arrowhead for letting use be family there.I don't know much about the other vet in town. I went to Arrowhead as it's closer and we love the staff...

Dr. Shanlyn is the best!She makes going to the vet a good experience for my dogs. She is very knowledgeable, kind and explains things so I can understand what is going on. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was worried that my dog wouldn't make it through surgery because he has a heart murmur, but the staff reassured me of how the take all the precautions, and he made it through just fine.Also, I took him in last Saturday with cluster seizures and the doctor saved my dogs lifeI wouldn't take him anywhere else

Dr. Bruce and everyone at Arrowhead always take great care of our fur babies. Our cat Boots recently had an infected puncture wound. He had to have surgery and needed to spend the night at the clinic. We trust everyone at Arrowhead and knew he was in good hands.

A couple of months ago our dog jumped through our glass window on our screen door and sliced her foot open(like a human slicing open their wrist). To her defense, we had previously taken the glass out of the window and it took awhile for us to find someone who could cut glass for that particular window. Our regular vet was on vacation so we called Arrowhead. We told them the situation, receptionist asked for the breed(Staffordshire/ American Pitbull mix) and said she would call us back. A few minutes later at 5:15(before clinic is even closed) she called us back and said the vet didn't feel like coming back in and then she preceded to give us the WRONG number to a vet she recommended in Ark City. We took our sweet girl to the vet in Ark City. She has completely recovered-no thanks to this vet!

Drove an hour for our 9am appointment only to wait 35 minutes, and then they asked us to come back later in the afternoon! Really? All we were wanting was to have our basset hounds nails trimmed which doesn't take but 10 minutes. What a waste of time.

This is a Great place to bring your pets. I highly recommend Arrowhead Animal Clinic for your pets medical needs. They go by your pets weight when they give them medicine, and they don't just leave you in the dark. They explain everything that they do, so that you can understand. The medical staff is professional and polite.

The staff takes AMAZING care of all of my animals. My husband named our pitbull Kraze due to how crazy and hyper he is but every time we bring him in for shots or boarding they are excited to see him. Kraze is afraid of everything!!!! But when we bring Kraze here he is always happy to see everyone and you can see the joy in his face when they work with him. Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing with my furbabies!
